Abstract
Description
- la figure 1 est une représentation schématisée et en coupe partielle d'un pêne demi-tour correspondant à une ferrure de verrouillage et auquel sont associés des moyens de retenue conformes à l'invention, ce pêne demi-tour étant muni, en outre, ici, de moyens de déblocage aptes à désactiver un dispositif de blocage agissant sur un autre organe de verrouillage, tel qu'une tringle de manoeuvre ce qui est illustré dans la figure 4 représentant la présente invention dans une application particulière ;
- la figure 2 est une représentation schématisée et en coupe selon II-II de la figure 1 ;
- la figure 3 est une représentation schématisée et en plan d'une lame ressort associée au pêne demi-tour pour rappeler en position active les moyens de retenue dont ce dernier est équipé.
- la figure 4 est une représentation schématisée d'une crémone-serrure à laquelle s'applique l'objet de la présente invention.
Claims (9)
- Ferrure de verrouillage pour ouvrant de porte, porte-fenêtre ou analogue, du type serrure, crémone-serrure ou autre, comprenant au moins un pêne demi-tour (2) à rappel élastique en position de verrouillage et apte à être actionné au travers d'un mécanisme de commande approprié (3), notamment par une poignée ou un bouton de commande, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comporte des moyens de retenue (10) associés audit pêne demi-tour 2 et prévus aptes, d'une part, à maintenir ce dernier dans une position déverrouillée ou semi-verrouillée lorsque l'ouvrant est ouvert et, d'autre part, à être désactivés pour libérer le pêne demi-tour (2) par le cadre dormant de ladite porte ou porte-fenêtre, tout particulièrement par une gâche (11) équipant ce cadre dormant et destinée à accueillir ledit pêne demi-tour (2).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens de retenue (10) sont à rappel automatique en position active sous l'impulsion d'un ressort de rappel (12) et sont intégrés directement à la tête (13), du pêne demi-tour (2).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens de retenue (10) se présentent sous la forme d'un levier (14) logé dans une rainure (15) ménagée au niveau de la face dorsale (16), opposée à celle biaisée (17), de la tête (13) du pêne demi-tour (2), cette rainure (15) s'étendant parallèlement au déplacement de ce dernier, tandis que le levier (14) est monté pivotant dans ladite rainure (15) autour d'un axe (18) perpendiculaire au déplacement dudit pêne demi-tour (2) et comporte, au niveau de son bord externe (19), une découpe (20) apte à coopérer, en position active de ces moyens de retenue (10), avec un rebord de retenue (21).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon la revendication 3, caractérisée par le fait que le rebord de retenue (21) est défini par la lumière prévue, soit au niveau d'un boítier accueillant le mécanisme de commande (3) de la ferrure de verrouillage (1), soit au niveau d'une têtière que comporte cette dernière, pour le passage de la tête (13) dudit pêne demi-tour (2).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon les revendications 2 et 3, caractérisée par le fait que ledit levier (14) est prolongé au-delà de son axe de pivotement (18) par un retour (22) sur lequel est à même d'agir le ressort de rappel (12), préférentiellement sous forme d'un ressort à lames (23) fixé à l'arrière de la tête (13) du pêne demi-tour (2).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon la revendication 5, caractérisée par le fait que le retour (22), prolongeant le levier (14) au-delà de son axe de pivotement (18), vient se loger dans une rainure (24) s'étendant à l'arrière de la tête (13) du pêne demi-tour (2), le fond de cette rainure (24) servant de butée contre laquelle ledit retour (22) est appliqué sous l'impulsion du ressort de rappel (12), correspondant à la position active des moyens de retenue (10).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisée par le fait que le bord externe (19) du levier (14), en regard avec le rebord de retenue (21) est défini sans redan pour permettre l'effacement des moyens de retenue (10) lors du recul du pêne demi-tour (2) en position de déverrouillage.
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon les revendications 3 et 4, caractérisée par le fait que levier (14) comporte, le long de sa partie (26) restant dans tous les cas saillante par rapport au chant avant d'un boítier accueillant ledit mécanisme de commande (3) ou, selon le cas, par rapport à une têtière, un doigt de commande (27) sous forme d'un bossage au niveau de son bord externe (19), ce doigt de commande (27) se présentant saillant par rapport à la face dorsale (16) de la tête (13) du pêne demi-tour (2) de manière apte à coopérer avec le cadre dormant, plus particulièrement la gâche (11) prévue pour accueillir le pêne demi-tour (2) au moment de refermer l'ouvrant de la porte, porte-fenêtre ou analogue, sur ce cadre dormant.
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que le pêne demi-tour (2) muni de moyens de retenue (10) constitue des moyens aptes à assurer le déblocage de moyens de blocage (29) prévus pour maintenir d'autres organes de verrouillage, tels que des tringles de manoeuvre, dans leur position déverrouillée, contre l'action de moyens de rappel élastiques, lorsque l'ouvrant de la porte, porte-fenêtre ou analogue, est ouvert.
