La portion cylindrique 610 se termine d'un côté, par le bouton-poussoir 605, et de l'autre côté, par une saillie radiale 609. Une pluralité de languettes 660 disposées entre le bouton-poussoir 605 et le plateau 639 maintiennent la saillie 609 en appui élastique contre le plateau 639. Au delà de la saillie 609, la tige 606 comporte une portion conformée en crémaillère 606a. La crémaillère traverse un orifice central 604a, ménagé au centre d'un piston 604, disposé dans l'enveloppe 603, de manière à servir de support pour un bloc solide de produit P, dans lequel est noyée l'extrémité libre 606b de la crémaillère. Le piston 604 comporte, sur sa face opposée au produit, des ailettes 640 s'appuyant sur la crémaillère.
