Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Wäscheständer nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
In der DE-GM 18 32 032 ist ein Wäschetrockner mit Beinen sowie einer Aufhängevorrichtung (Dach) für die Wäsche beschrieben und angedeutet, daß das Dach auch mit einem Federzug wie bei Rolläden versehen sein könnte. Diese Konstruktion sei jedoch kaum wirtschaftlich (Seite 1, letzte Satz). Ferner ist durch die EP-A2-0 432 110 ein Wäscheständer bekannt. Die Beinpaare des Wäscheständers sind dabei als Scherenständer ausgebildet, wobei die oberen Enden der Beinpaare mit Kappen versehen sind, die U-förmige Schlitze aufweisen, in die das Aufhängegitter eingerastet werden kann. Nach dem Aushängen des Aufhängegitters aus einem der Beinpaare kann der Wäscheständer zusammengeklappt werden, wobei das nicht ausgehängte Beinpaar gelenkig mit dem Aufhängegitter verbunden bleiben kann. An den Schmalseiten des Aufhängegitters können auch Verlängerungsgitter angeordnet sein. Wenn der Wäscheständer mit der zum Trocknen auf den Gitterstäben des Aufhängegitters aufgehängten Wäsche unter freiem Himmel steht, kann die Wäsche durch Regen von neuem durchnäßt werden. Schließlich ist es beispielsweise durch die DE-A1-3 536 254 bekannt, die auf ein Wäschetrocknungsgestell aufgehängte Wäsche durch eine Überdachung vor Witterungseinflüssen und Verschmutzungen zu schützen, wobei die Überdachung mit dem Wäschetrocknungsgestell dauerhaft und fest verbunden sein kann. Für die Überdachung werden kuppel-, hauben- oder schirmartige Dachformen vorgeschlagen, und das Dach wird durch eine im Dachmittelpunkt befindliche Stange gehalten. Eine solche Überdachung eignet sich für einen Wäscheständer der eingangs genannten Art nicht, der mitsamt dem Regenschutz ja auch leicht zusammenlegbar sein soll. Außerdem ist das Aufstellen und Aufspannen der Überdachung umständlich.
Aus der EP-A-0 563 026 A1 ist eine Wäschespinne für den Außenbereich mit einer mittigen Tragsäule bekannt, bei der zum Schutz der Wäscheleinen an dem Gestell ein Gehäuse befestigt ist, welches eine ausrollbare Plane aufnimmt, nach deren Ausrollen ein Dach gebildet wird, welches die Wäschespinne überdeckt. Bei dieser Wäschespinne handelt es sich jedoch um einen Wäscheständer, der konstruktiv völlig anders aufgebaut, als dieses bei einem zusammenklappbaren leichten Wäscheständer mit angelenkten Beinen der eingangs genannten Art der Fall ist. Der eingangs genannte gattungsgemäße Wäscheständer wird in der Regel innerhalb geschlossener Räume verwendet. Es lag daher nicht nahe, die aus der EP-A-0 563 026 bekannte Idee der Verwendung einer in einem Gehäuse ausrollbar untergebrachten Plane bei einer Wäschespinne für den Außenbereich auf einen aufstellbaren Wäscheständer der eingangs genannten Gattung zu übertragen.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht deshalb darin, einen Wäscheständer der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, der einfach und schnell mit einem Regenschutz versehen werden kann.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
Man erkennt, daß die Erfindung jedenfalls dann verwirklicht ist, wenn es sich um einen Wäscheständer handelt, dessen Aufhängevorrichtung aus einem Rahmen mit dazwischen angeordneten und vorzugsweise querverschieblichen Stäben für die Wäsche besteht, die mittels einer Plane abdeckbar sind. Die Plane und deren Wickelvorrichtung sind vorzugsweise im Rahmen selbst untergebracht, können jedoch problemlos aus dem Rahmen entfernt bzw. ausgewechselt werden.
Die das Aufhängegitter abdeckende Plane kann auch in vorteilhafter Weise dafür verwendet werden, darauf Gegenstände zu legen, die flächig getrocknet werden müssen.
Die Wickelvorrichtung kann an einer beliebigen Seite des Aufhängegitters angeordnet sein. Wenn das Aufhängegitter auch Verlängerungsgitter umfaßt, kann die Wickelvorrichtung insbesondere auch an einer freien Schmalseite eines Verlängerungsgitters angeordnet sein.
Nach einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung wird jedoch die Wickelvorrichtung an einer Schmalseite des Aufhängegitters angeordnet. Dabei kann die Wickelvorrichtung nach einer weiteren Ausbildung der Erfindung vorzugsweise einen Teil des Rahmens des Aufhängegitters bilden. Eine solche Anordnung ist raumsparend.
Die Aufwickelvorrichtung kann derart ausgebildet sein, daß die Plane von Hand, beispielsweise mittels einer Kurbel oder eines Handrads, aufwickelbar ist. Nach einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist die Wickelvorrichtung jedoch derart ausgebildet, daß das Aufwickeln der Plane automatisch, z.B. mittels Federzuges, erfolgt. Dadurch ist der Aufwickelvorgang einfacher und schneller.
Nach einer weiteren, zweckmäßigen Ausbildung der Erfindung ist die Aufwickelvorrichtung durch ein geschlitztes Rohr, eine darin gelagerte Wickelwelle und eine Feder gebildet, die die Wickelwelle beim Abwickeln der Plane vorspannt.
Eine weitere Ausbildung der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rahmenteil des Aufhängegitters auf der der Wickelvorrichtung gegenüberliegenden Seite des Aufhängegitters durch ein zweites geschlitztes Rohr gebildet ist, das ebenso wie das Rohr der Wickelvorrichtung aufgebaut ist, und daß das freie Ende der Plane im Schlitz des zweiten Rohrs befestigbar ist. Durch die gleiche Ausbildung der beiden Rohre wird ein fertigungstechnischer Vorteil erreicht.
Gemäß einer weiteren Ausbildung der Erfindung sind an den Enden der Rohre jeweils drei nebeneinanderliegende Scheiben angeordnet, von denen eine Scheibe mit dem Rohr und mit einer Rahmenstange des Aufhängegitters verbunden ist, eine weitere Scheibe mit einer Rahmenstange eines Verlängerungsgitters verbunden und drehbar ist und eine weitere Scheibe mit einem Bein der beiden Beinpaare verbunden und drehbar ist. Dadurch entstehen stabile Gelenke.
Wenn nach einer weiteren Ausbildung der Erfindung der Durchmesser der Rohre und der Durchmesser der Scheiben zumindest annähernd gleich sind, werden störende Kanten vermieden, und außerdem wird ein ästhetischer Eindruck vermittelt.

Der Wäscheständer 1 in Fig. 1 ist grundsätzlich aus zwei Beinpaaren 2, 3 und 4, 5 und einem an den oberen Enden der Beine angelenkten, im Wesentlichen horizontalen Aufhängegitter 6 gebildet. Die unteren Enden der Beinpaare sind jeweils durch eine Fußstange 7 bzw. 8 verbunden, wobei die Fußstange 7 mit Rädern 9, 10 versehen ist. An den Beinen 2, 3 sind etwa in halber Höhe jeweils zwei scheibenförmige Gelenke 11 bzw. 12 befestigt, und zwischen jedem Scheibenpaar ist ein Zusatzaufhängegitter 13 drehbar und nach oben klappbar gelagert.
Das Aufhängegitter 6 besteht aus zwei an den Langseiten angeordneten, vorzugsweise leicht nach oben gebogenen Rahmenteilen 14, 15, zwei an den Schmalseiten angeordneten, geschlitzten Rohren gleicher Ausbildung und einer Anzahl von in die Rohre eingesetzten Aufhängestäben, wie den Stäben 18. An den Enden der Rohre 16, 17 sind Gelenke vorgesehen, die noch gesondert beschrieben werden. Mit diesen Gelenken sind auch zwei Verlängerungsgitter 19 bzw. 20 gekoppelt, die jeweils aus einem nach oben gebogenen Rahmen und aus quer zu den Stäben 18 sich erstreckenden Aufhängestäben, wie den Aufhängestäben 21, bestehen. Die Aufhängestäbe 21 verlaufen dabei senkrecht zu den Aufhängestäben 18. Dadurch können gerade Aufhängestäbe 21 verwendet werden.
Am Rahmenteil 14 ist ein Behälter 22 befestigt, der zur Aufbewahrung von Zubehör, beispielsweise Wäscheklammern, dienen kann.
Das geschlitzte Rohr 17 ist ein Teil einer Ab- und Aufwickelvorrichtung 23, die ferner eine im Rohr 17 gelagerte Wickelwelle, eine von dieser Wickelwelle abwickelbare und auf diese Wickelwelle aufwickelbare Plane 24 und eine nicht dargestellte Feder aufweist, die die Wickelwelle beim Abwickeln der Plane 24 vorspannt. Das freie Ende der Plane 24 ist mit einer Handhabe 25 versehen, die nach dem Abwickeln der Plane 24 in den Schlitz des Rohrs 16 eingehängt oder eingerastet werden kann. Die Plane 24 wird dabei aus dem Schlitz des Rohrs 17 gezogen und deckt das Aufhängegitter 6 ab.
Der Wäscheständer 1 kann auf engstem Raum zusammengeklappt werden, indem das Zusatzaufhängegitter 13 nach oben, die Beinpaare 2, 3 und 4, 5 nach innen und die Verlängerungsgitter 19, 20 nach oben bewegt werden, bis die Enden dieser Verlängerungsgitter auf den Aufhängestäben 18 aufliegen.
In Fig. 2 ist die Aufhängevorrichtung im Querschnitt dargestellt. Das runde Rohr 17 ist durch einen Steg 26 in zwei Kammern 17a, 17b geteilt. Die linke Kammer ist mit einem Schlitz 27 versehen, durch die die Plane 24 durchtritt. Die Plane 24 ist auf einer in der linken Kammer angeordneten Wickelwelle 34 aufgewickelt und am Ende mit einer Versteifungsschiene 28 versehen. In der rechten Kammer ist ein zweiter Schlitz 29 in Längsrichtung des Rohrs 17 vorgesehen. In den Schlitz 29 werden die Aufhängestäbe 18 eingeführt und von in der rechten Kammer befindlichen Halteelementen 30 gehalten. Die Aufhängestäbe 18 können damit je nach Bedarf im Schlitz 29 in Richtung des Rohrs 17 verschoben und ortsfest positioniert werden.
In den Figuren 3 bis 5 sind verschiedene Ansichten eines noch zu beschreibenden Gelenks und seiner gelagerten Teile gezeigt. Das Gelenk besteht aus drei Scheiben 31, 32, 33, von denen die mittlere Scheibe 32 fest mit dem Rohr 16 und mit einem Rahmenteil 15 des Aufhängegitters verbunden ist, die innere Scheibe 33 mit einer Rahmenstange eines Verlängerungsgitters 19 verbunden und drehbar ist und die äußere Scheibe 31 mit einem Bein 3 der beiden Beinpaare verbunden und drehbar ist. Die Scheibe 33 mit dem Verlängerungsgitter 19 ist links herum in die in Fig. 5 gezeigte Stellung drehbar, während die Scheibe 31 mit dem Bein 3 rechts herum in die in Fig. 5 gezeigte Stellung drehbar ist. Der Durchmesser der Scheiben 31, 32, 33 entspricht etwa dem Durchmesser des Rohrs 16. Die übrigen Gelenke sind entsprechend ausgebildet.
Die Fig. 6 und 7 lassen erkennen, daß die Halteelemente 30 in Form von nagelförmigen Köpfen ausgebildet sind, die in Längsrichtung der Kammern 17b verstellbar und z.B. aufgrund vorhandener Reibung arretierbar sind. Die am freien Ende der Plane 18 angeordneten Handhaben 25 sind so ausgebildet, daß sie in den Schlitz einsteckbar sind und die Stäbe 18 unter Spannung halten. Schließlich zeigt Fig. 8, daß die Plane 24 als Gitter ausgebildet sein kann, das wasser- und luftdurchlässig ist. Vorzugsweise wird für diese Zwecke wetterfestes Material gewählt.

Claims (10)

  1. Wäscheständer (1) mit Beinen (2, 3, 4, 5) sowie einer an die oberen Enden der Beine (2, 3, 4, 5,) angelenkten und mittels einer ab- und aufwickelbaren Plane (24) mit Wickelvorrichtung abdeckbaren Aufhängevorrichtung (6),
    gekennzeichnet durch
    eine Ab- und Aufwickelvorrichtung (23) für die Plane (24), die Teil der Aufhängevorrichtung (6) bzw. in dieser angeordnet ist.
  2. Wäscheständer nach Anspruch 1, dessen Aufhängevorrichtung ein Aufhängegitter und einen Rahmen aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Wickelvorrichtung (23) an einer Schmalseite der Aufhängevorrichtung (6) angeordnet ist.
  3. Wäscheständer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Wickelvorrichtung (23) durch ein geschlitztes Rohr (17), eine darin gelagerte Wickelwelle (34) und eine Feder gebildet ist, die die Wickelwelle beim Abwickeln der Plane (24) vorspannt.
  4. Wäscheständer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Rahmenteil (14, 15) des Aufhängegitters (6) auf der der Wickelvorrichtung (23) gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Aufhängegitters durch ein zweites geschlitztes Rohr (16) gebildet ist, das ebenso wie das Rohr (17) der Wickelvorrichtung (6) aufgebaut ist, und daß das freie Ende der Plane (24) im Schlitz des zweiten Rohrs (16) befestigbar ist.

    daß an den Enden der Rohre (16, 17) jeweils drei nebeneinanderliegende Scheiben (31, 32, 33) angeordnet sind, von denen die eine Scheibe (32) fest mit dem Rohr (16) und mit einer Rahmenstange (15) des Aufhängegitters (6) verbunden ist, eine weitere Scheibe (33) mit einer Rahmenstange eines Verlängerungsgitters (19) verbunden und drehbar ist und eine weitere Scheibe (31) mit einem Bein (3) der beiden Beinpaare verbunden und drehbar ist.
  6. Wäscheständer nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Durchmesser der Rohre (16, 17) und der Durchmesser der Scheiben (31, 32, 33) zumindest annähernd gleich ist.
  7. Wäscheständer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dessen Aufhängegitter (6) Stäbe (18) aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Stäbe (18) längs der Rohre (16, 17) verstellbar sind.
  8. Wäscheständer nach Anspruch 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Stäbe (18) innerhalb der Rohre (16, 17) feststellbar sind.
  9. Wäscheständer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Verlängerungsgitter (19, 20) in ihrem Profil bogenförmig und nach oben zu gebogen sind.
  10. Wäscheständer nach einer der Ansprüche 6 bis 11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Rahmenteile (14, 15) in ihrer Seitenansicht noch oben zu gebogen sind.
