Definitions
- the present invention relates to a pivoting sliding door, in particular for Vehicles for the transportation of people and / or goods, such as buses, Trams, railroad cars, etc. is suitable.
- a pivoting sliding door of the type mentioned is, for example, from DE 36 30 229 A1 (Kiekert GmbH) is known.
- This publication represents a two-leaf Door, in which each leaf by at least two roller levers attached to a door tree is guided, each with a roller in a guide rail on the door leaf intervention.
- There is a cylinder piston arrangement for each door leaf to actuate the door provided which essentially to open the door leaf initially via a lever linkage swings out transversely to the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and then by means of a rail-roller guide in the vehicle longitudinal direction to the side.
- DE 43 34 403 A1 (IFE industrial facilities) is a pivoting sliding door for Vehicles described in which at least one door leaf by means of a carriage on a Suspended axially displaceable and pivotable about the rail and through Door guides is guided.
- the carriage is essentially parallel to one another Rail-mounted spindle of a spindle-nut drive driven.
- On a The spindle is driven by an electric motor on the opposite side
- On one side it is connected to a receptacle by a freewheel Brake is either rotatably or rotatably mounted.
- the freewheel allows the rotation the spindle in the direction that corresponds to the closing movement of the door and prevents unintentional by blocking the reverse direction of rotation Opening the door.
- the brake of the holder To open the door, the brake of the holder must be released so that the spindle can be turned in the opposite direction.
- the pivoting sliding door according to this document requires a complex and relative spacious construction in the ceiling area above the door.
- the necessary ones Spatial conditions are - if at all - mostly only with railroad cars, not but available for road vehicles.
- a contemporary swing sliding door must on the one hand be a safe one Locking the door while driving and on the other hand a reliable option to unlock the door in emergencies.
- rapid opening and closing processes are desirable, for example for buses not to unnecessarily extend the waiting time at stops.
- Such a swivel sliding door should also be as compact as possible, together with its actuating mechanism and have space-saving construction so that they can also be used in existing vehicles can be installed without the body, especially in the area of Roof frame, must be changed significantly.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a pivoting sliding door the type mentioned at the beginning of today's passenger transportation facilities security requirements and a simple and space-saving Construction.
- An inventive pivoting sliding door of the type mentioned is distinguished characterized in that it has a door leaf which is connected to a Mother member is rotatably connected.
- the mother link is in the manner of a spindle-nut drive displaceable horizontally along the vehicle wall by a spindle, which has the door opening.
- the spindle is driven by drive means Drivable rotation that have a self-locking. Through this self-locking is a secure locking of the door in any position, in particular in the closed position, guaranteed as soon as the spindle drive is switched off is.
- Self-locking drive means are defined as drive means, one Allow movement and / or power transmission in one direction only (from a driving Element to a driven element), but in the opposite direction To block.
- a pivoting sliding door according to the invention can be single-leaf, double-leaf or be made with more than one leaf.
- the spindle drive means preferably have and an electric motor Worm gear via which the spindle rotates through the electric motor is drivable.
- the self-locking of the spindle drive required for the door locking is then given by the system-specific given for worm gears Self-locking supplied.
- other drive means can also be used Self-locking can be used, e.g. a self-locking planetary gear, a gearbox coupled with a freewheel, etc.
- a coupling device which can be released by means of an emergency operating device between the spindle and the drive means and the spindle thread have a pitch angle which is necessary for opening the door by hand Moving the nut member connected to the door leaf on that of the drive means uncoupled spindle allows.
- This can open the door in emergencies be first by actuating the emergency operating device the spindle uncoupled from the drive means and thus the door is unlocked, and then the unlocked door leaf is pushed to the side by hand. It makes sense that this aspect of the invention is not necessarily in connection with the drive means must be used with self-locking.
- the releasable coupling device preferably has an arc tooth coupling, which has a pocket part with internal teeth and a hub part one External toothing, which interacts with the inner toothing of the pocket part.
- One of the parts of the pair of parts consisting of the pocket part and the hub part is rotatably connected to the spindle, which is the other part of the pair of parts non-rotatably connected to the drive means.
- the operative connection between the pocket part and the hub part can be operated by operating the emergency operating device be solved.
- a curved tooth coupling instead of a curved tooth coupling, another suitable coupling (e.g. a disc clutch) are used, through which the operative connection in an emergency can be solved between the spindle and the drive means.
- a disc clutch e.g. a disc clutch
- the pitch angle of the spindle thread is in a preferred embodiment the invention greater than 45 degrees. This pitch angle is preferably even greater than 60 degrees to make it particularly easy to move the one connected to the door leaf To enable nut member on the spindle uncoupled from the drive means.
- the pivoting sliding door An auxiliary opening device to facilitate opening the door by hand in emergencies on which, after actuation of the emergency actuation device, the door automatically opens at least to the extent that the door leaf then opens can be gripped by hand around a side edge of the door leaf.
- Swiveling sliding door can be the connecting means for Guide the door leaf transverse to the vehicle wall include a lever with a Guide roller in a substantially straight connected to the vehicle frame Guide rail engages the transverse movement of the door leaf with its Coupling longitudinal movement.
- the guide lever and the guide rail are preferred arranged such that the coupling of longitudinal and transverse movement in essentially during the entire movement sequence when opening or when The door closes. This will make an abrupt, jerky transition from one Pivoting movement of the door leaf essentially transversely to the vehicle wall Displacement movement substantially along the vehicle wall avoided because the Longitudinal movement and the transverse movement of the door leaf essentially simultaneously be carried out.
- This aspect of the invention can be independent of the spindle drive can be used for swing sliding doors.
- the pivoting sliding door can additionally a locking device with a solenoid for additional locking the door.
- the door leaf also has two swivel brackets, which can be rotated around a vertical axis door tree mounted on the vehicle frame are attached.
- a ball sleeve is articulated on the two brackets, one of which is preferably attached to the door tree at the top and the other at the bottom.
- Each of these ball bushings works with one at the appropriate height, essentially horizontally attached to the door leaf shaft together by being guided on the shaft in the manner of a longitudinal guide.
- longitudinal guides consisting of ball sleeve and shaft
- suitable longitudinal guides e.g. rail-roller guides
- They can also increase stability the door leaf can also be provided more than two longitudinal guides.
- the pivoting sliding door two door leaves open.
- the two door leaves are supported by a single spindle driven, the threads of which are formed in opposite directions on both spindle halves are around the mother links connected to the door leaves along one half of the spindle to move in opposite directions.
- the spindle both at both spindle ends and in the center of the spindle.
- the swivel sliding door according to the invention is compared to previously known Swing sliding doors are very easy to maintain and are characterized by a compact design, since they have neither hydraulic nor pneumatic drive means identifies and no complex additional devices for locking the door or needed for the emergency opening of the door.

- FIGS. 1 to 5 that in FIG Figure 6 shown sliding sliding door a substantially horizontally along the Vehicle opening 114 having a door opening arranged spindle 110, which with a mother member 120 cooperates in the manner of a spindle-nut drive.
- a door leaf 180 is rotationally fixed with respect to the spindle 110 via connecting means 125, 123, 122, but about pivot axes which are essentially parallel to those to the door tree 121 are pivotally connected to a nut member 120.
- the door panel 180 For guiding the door leaf 180 across the vehicle wall 114 is the door panel 180 in one of its upper region Connection plate 125 attached.
- the connecting plate 125 is on the other hand a substantially vertical axis of rotation 123 pivotable on one of the two Leg of an angle lever 122 articulated.
- the angle lever is on the other leg 122 a guide roller 124, which is connected to a fixed to the vehicle frame, engages essentially straight guide rail 126.
- the guide rail 126 is arranged in a substantially horizontal plane in such a way that it unites includes an acute angle to a vertical plane through the spindle 110, wherein the distance of the guide rails 126 to this vertical plane from the center of the door increases towards the door edge.
- the angle lever 122 is in the range of the lever angle a substantially vertical axis of rotation is pivotally connected to the nut member 120.
- the steering lever 142 When opening and closing the door, the steering lever 142 is simply in guided in one direction in the guide rail 146 slidable guide roller 144. As a result, the angle lever 122 and thus also the one via the connecting plate 125 door leaf 180 attached to this in comparison to that shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 Embodiment of the invention additionally performed and stabilized.
- the invention has a pivoting sliding door is provided, which in comparison to the previously known swing sliding doors is very easy to maintain and is characterized by a compact design, because it has neither hydraulic nor pneumatic drive means and no complex Additional devices for locking the door or for emergency opening of the door needed.
