Claims (12)
- Kippschalter, insbesondere Fensterheberschalter in einem Kraftfahrzeug, mit einem Schaltergehäuse (2), in dem ein federbelasteter Kipphebel (12) in zwei Endschaltstellungen und eine Totpunktstellung bewegbar ist, der zwei, jeweils ein Schaltelement (20) beaufschlagende Schaltarme (25) besitzt, wobei in einem mittigen Ansatz (15) des Kipphebels (12) ein federbelastetes Rastelement (18) eingesetzt ist, das mit einer gehäuseseitigen Rastkurve (9) in Abhängigkeit von der Stellung des Kipphebels (12) zusammenwirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Schaltergehäuse (2) an dessen Oberseite einstückig ein Aufnahmeteil (5) für die Lagerung des Kipphebels (12) und die Aufnahme der als Mikroschalter (21) ausgebildeten Schaltelemente (20) angeformt ist, wobei in dem Aufnahmeteil (5) die Rastkurve (9) integriert ist.
- Kippschalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufnahmeteil (5) im wesentlichen U-förmig am Schaltergehäuse (2) ausgebildet ist.
- Kippschalter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberseite des Aufnahmeteils (5) einen zumindest teilweise umlaufenden Kragen (7) aufweist, in dem der Kipphebel (12) gelagert ist.
- Kippschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schaltergehäuse (2) mit dem integrierten Aufnahmeteil (5) aus Kunststoff besteht.
- Kippschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schaltergehäuse (2) durch ein Sockelelement von unten verschließbar ist.
- Kippschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beidseitig vom Ansatz (15) des Kipphebels (12) beabstandeten Schaltarme (25) jeweils den zugeordneten Mikroschalter (21) betätigen.
- Kippschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mikroschalter (21) langhubig ausgebildet ist.
- Kippschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungskraft des Mikroschalters (21) kleiner als 0,5 N ist.
- Kippschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mikroschalter (21) unterschiedliche Schaltfunktionen umfaßt, die in Abhängigkeit von der Stellung seines vom zugeordneten Schaltarm (25) des Kipphebels (12) betätigten Stößels (26) aktivierbar sind.
- Kippschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mikroschalter (21) schalttechnisch mit einer außerhalb des Schaltergehäuses (2) angeordneten Leiterplatte oder mit einem außerhalb des Schaltergehäuses (2) angeordneten Stanzgitter verbunden ist.
- Kippschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in das Aufnahmeteil (5) integrierte Rastkurve (9) als V-förmige Gleitbahn (10) für das Rastelement (18) des Kipphebels (12) ausgebildet ist.
- Kippschalter nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die V-förmige Gleitbahn (10) für das Rastelement (18) des Kipphebels (12) vom Scheitelpunkt (11) aus ungleichmäßig erweitert.
