Definitions
- the present invention relates to a form removable card, on the back of the form, the Area of the map at least partially covering one Backing material is glued, which next to a backing layer a peel layer that loses its stickiness when separated comprises and wherein the card a through the carrier layer in Form held by one from the front of the form punching produced up to the carrier layer Is die cut.
- the invention also relates to a carrier material as well as a multi-layer material for forms of the aforementioned type as well as a manufacturing process.
- a form of the aforementioned type is e.g. known from the WO95 / 20493.
- the peel layer shows its typical Properties related to the map. That means that Peel glue layer towards the backing layer a permanent, for However, card developed a non-permanent adhesive effect.
- the card can be removed from the form without glue; the Peel glue layer remains on the carrier layer. Since the Card is not sticky, e.g. as an ID card or the like can be used. Another property of Known peeling layer is that after the No longer removing the card from where it is exposed sticks. The form can therefore be used later and e.g. also be filed.
- ID cards and other cards can be written on or printed on and therefore after the Form production e.g. personalization is appropriate can be.
- Such lettering or imprint in particular with ID cards in the sense of a certain Counterfeit protection is also not easy after the fact can be changed.
- the peel and the support layer at least one more Permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a cover layer provided for which is mostly a film.
- the back The surface of the removed card is when using a Plasticized film and therefore advantageous against moisture and other influences protected.
- a similar top layer is usually also on the front of the card.
- a disadvantage of plasticization is that the Hardly label or print on the card after it has been removed leaves. Basically, it is known, a label or Printability of smooth film surfaces by applying a to allow special coating, but would be for a such coating at least an expensive, separate Operation required. With the common coatings would there is also the difficulty of integrating them into one Integrate sound system of the aforementioned type, as all currently known peel glue to these permanent liability develop a non-destructive removal of the cards would not allow.
- the object of the invention is to provide a form at the outset specified type, in which the back of the card after after removing the card, it can be written on or printed over the entire surface is where the lettering or the imprint afterwards cannot be easily changed in which one separate pre-coating e.g. an inserted deck or Reinforcement film is not required and both the back surface of the card as well as that through the Removing the card in the form exposed surface after no longer stick after removing the card.
- one separate pre-coating e.g. an inserted deck or Reinforcement film is not required and both the back surface of the card as well as that through the Removing the card in the form exposed surface after no longer stick after removing the card.
- the peel layer comes with a Double function, through which a coating of the Foil surface in an additional and expensive operation superfluous (if a suitable coating at all could be found).
- the peeling layer consists of one applied to it Labeling or an imprint hardly changed afterwards can be. This is especially true in the case where the Card back is formed by a paper material. From the inventive form and then extracted the labeled card is therefore more counterfeit-proof. In the case of a paper back of the card, it is replaced by the Schwarzlim Anlagen invention approximately plasticized and contains water-repellent even without the use of a film Characteristics.
- composition can be selected for the peel in the peel layer: 70-90% Mixture of an ethylene-containing copolymer, a copolymeric ethyl acetate dispersion, an acrylic resin copolymer and a polyvinyl acetate polymer, 3-5% Aliphatic polyester urethane acrylate 1.5-2.5% 2-acrylic acid, 2 - (((butylamino) carbonyl) oxy) ethyl ester, 12-18% modified anionic pure acrylate copolymer emulsion, 0-1.5% Wetting agents, and 0.5-1.5% Aliphatic polyfunctional isocyanurate.
- the main part of the sound formulation the mixture of one ethylene-containing copolymer, an ethyl acetate dispersion, one Acrylic resin copolymer and a polyvinyl acetate polymer the actual peeling or peeling properties of the peeling ledge.
- the adhesive force of this adhesive takes on a certain value, and the layer can be made in a soft, noiseless way and peel off without residue.
- the polyvinyl acetate polymer enables as the best reemulsifiable and water sensitive Component printing the film, especially with ink-jet inks.
- the aliphatic polyester urethane acrylate increases the Elasticity as well as the water resistance of the film and improved the film strength as well as the anchoring Plastic surfaces.
- the substance 2-acrylic acid, 2 - ((((butylamino) carbonyl) oxy) ethyl ester serves as an additive to aliphatic polyester urethane acrylate.
- reactive groups e.g. Amino or Carbonyl groups
- pigments which is a real fixation of Ink-jet inks, even if the water comes into contact later Film surface, enables.
- the pure acrylate copolymer emulsion increases film cohesion and closes the surface of what Water contact prevents the film from becoming too cloudy.
- the Wetting agent lowers the surface tension and thus influences the rheology of the wet as well as the wetting the dry film by ink jet inks in a positive sense.
- the aliphatic polyfunctional isocyanurate crosslinks the individual components and improved, as well as the aliphatic Polyester urethane acrylate, the adhesion of the film to the Carrier film.
- the film hardness also decreases due to the cross-linking and the consistency too.
- the above-mentioned peel composition is particularly good suitable for use in connection with polyester films, whereby one for both the backing layer and the top layer such a film can be used.
- the different Adhesive effect on the carrier layer on the one hand (non-permanent) and the top layer on the other hand (permanent) can be in in this case through a suitable process control and / or different pretreatment of the mutual Foil surfaces can be achieved. So a permanent one Adhesion of the peel ledge according to the invention to the Cover layer used for example by a plasma, Corona or flame treatment of this film can be achieved whereas the same sound to that of the same, however untreated film only a non-permanent liability developed.
- a differentiated adhesive effect can also different types of foils can be achieved. So is liable For example, shells in the above composition are weaker on a polypropylene film than on a polyester film. Different foils could of course also be one different surface pretreatment.
- the peeling layer according to the invention is common with the Printing processes such as with a laser or an ink jet printer and a typewriter printable as well as by hand a fountain pen, a ballpoint pen, a Can be written on with a pen or a pencil.
- a form of the type according to the invention with one as a pendant trained card can be used directly by the travel agency the cover letter to the customer is used, on which then in the same step with the creation of the Letter and its expression e.g. on a computer printer the trailer is labeled with. On the part of the travel agency there are no additional handles due to the trailer on. Trailers also no longer have to be procured and be stocked.
- the one in Integrated trailer essential form according to the invention cheaper. There are also no shipping costs additional problems, in particular, the shipment to the Customers are practically no heavier thanks to the integrated trailer and also not more voluminous.
- foil cover layers can ensure that the trailer sufficiently stable, tear-resistant and also moisture-resistant is.
- Claim 16 relates to a method for producing a Form of the type according to the invention. Using a Support material according to claim 17 or a fully integrated Multilayer material according to claim 21 can form the be produced particularly efficiently according to the type of the invention.
- Fig. 1 denotes a form sheet made of paper which is any information, pattern or the like can be printed on one or both sides.
- 2 is a piece denotes a carrier material which has a carrier layer 21, a peel layer 22, a cover layer 23 and one Permanent PSA layer 24 comprises.
- the carrier material is by means of the permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 24 on the back of the form glued on.
- the two cover layers 23 and 41 are transparent Plastic films, especially polyester films, through which a possible imprint on the form sheet 1 in Area of map 3 can be seen.
- the cover layers are used for Stiffen the card 3 and give it a water-repellent as well as abrasion-resistant surface.
- Fig. 1a From the front of the form sheet 1 is as through the Arrows 31 in Fig. 1a) illustrates within the area of the Carrier material 2, preferably a completely rotating, i.e. web-free stamping, which covers all layers 41, 42, 1, 24, 23 and 22 interspersed and up to the carrier layer 21 reaches down. Due to the punching, the form sheet 1 a die cut, card 3, cut out, with the the surrounding material of form sheet 1 no connection has more and only by not with punched through carrier layer 21 held in the form sheet 1 becomes.
- the sound in the layer 22 is set according to the invention in such a way that that the card 3 on the one hand is sufficiently firm and secure Form sheet 1 is held, i.e. yourself as intended Fiddling with form sheet 1 or its automatic processing does not replace prematurely, on the other hand but can be easily removed from the sheet 1.
- the Hälim 22 completely detaches from the Carrier layer 21 off and goes with the card.
- peel glue layer 22 has a backing material 21 non-permanent and to the material of the cover layer 23 a permanent adhesive effect.
- the carrier material 2 is preferably complete as such prefabricated and then as a whole on the back of the form upset. This is much more economical than that Apply the individual layers one after the other.
- the Backing material can be in particular as a continuous material Roll form the form manufacturer from one on top of it delivered to specialized film manufacturers or film refiners become. Because the top layer 24 is a permanent pressure sensitive adhesive layer is, it is advantageous to take special measures to meet so that the carrier material 2 on itself can be rolled up. Such a measure is e.g. a back Release coating of the carrier layer 21 by means of a Silicone application. One of these is designated 25 in FIG. 1. Alternatively, the carrier material 2 could initially also be used with a additional release paper layer provided at the Form production would then be waste.
- cover material 4 on the front of the form which is then also prefabricated and can be applied as a whole.
- all layers including the form material even in a single, uniformly structured
- the later in more detail 4 described material could be act, for example, such a multilayer material. Those made from such a material would be on theirs entire surface have a uniform thickness and thereby especially for further processing e.g. in Single sheet printers are suitable.
- Fig. 2 shows an embodiment in which compared to Fig. 1 the two cover layers 23 and 41 and the permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 42 under the front cover layer 41 are omitted.
- the peel layer according to the invention is here in direct contact with the permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 24.
- the permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 24 although functional in the The finished form itself can be dispensed with on purpose the carrier material 2 as a whole can be prefabricated again. Without the permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 24 would have to Peel layer 22 wet applied to the back of the form become. Both layers of glue dissolve when the Card 3 from the carrier layer 21 and go with it.
- the coating with the two layers of glue is still from Advantage, because an inscription or an applied to this It is difficult to change the imprint afterwards can.
- the glue also provides the card surface with additional glue film-like properties, i.e. it appears plasticized.
- the layer structure of FIG. 2 is in the carrier material 2 to stiffen the card 3 by a self-supporting layer 28 the form material and a permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 27 extended.
- the layer 28 can in the same operation as the form sheet can be printed on a branch line.
- the peel in the peel layer preferably has the following composition in% by weight: 77% Mixture of an ethylene-containing copolymer, a copolymeric ethyl acetate dispersion, an acrylic resin copolymer and a polyvinyl acetate polymer, 4% Aliphatic polyester urethane acrylate, 2% 2-acrylic acid, 2 - (((butylamino) carbonyl) oxy) ethyl ester, 15% modified anionic pure acrylate copolymer emulsion, 1% Wetting agents, and 1% Aliphatic polyfunctional isocyanurate.
- ethylene-containing copolymer e.g. Epotal 181 D from BASF AG used and as copolymers Vinnapas EP 16 from Wacker can be used with ethyl acetate dispersion Use Chemie AG.
- acrylic resin copolymer e.g. Vinnapas AF 75 in question and as the polyvinyl acetate polymer e.g. Vinnapas Z 50 be used.
- the aliphatic polyester urethane acrylate serves as Adhesion promoter on the film surface and improved Film properties such as elasticity and water resistance.
- 2-acrylic acid 2 - (((butylamino) carbonyl) oxy)
- ethyl ester is an emulsification of the aliphatic Polyester urethane acrylates and the fixing of ink pigments enabled in the film.
- a suitable modified anionic pure acrylate copolymer emulsion can be obtained from Zeneca Resins under the Brand names NeoCryl can be obtained.
- An aqueous solution is preferably used as the wetting agent a fully or partially hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol or a standard commercial product used.
- Fig. 4 1 is again a form sheet, which e.g. can have a standard letter format. From this is however only the upper part is shown.
- the interrupted Lines is a glued on the back of the form sheet Backing material and a glued on its front Cover material indicated.
- Die cut 3 punched out in the form of a pendant.
- the die cut or trailer 3 has a shield part 5 and a loop part 6 on.
- the shield part 5 is on the form sheet 1 with advantage usual address range arranged so that when printing a Address of the trailer labeled in the same operation becomes.
- the loop part 6 is at its free end with a Provide widening 7, which is provided in a Insert slot 8 in the shield part 5 to be inserted and to get caught in it.
- a further punching designated at 9 is adjacent to the right edge of the Shield part 5 of the trailer 3 a further punching designated.
- the die-cut has already been removed here, so that the mentioned edge is exposed and with a finger or can be easily grasped with a fingernail. Die cut 9 thus forms a kind of removal aid.
- the multilayer structure of the form of Fig. 4 along the Section line I-I can be seen in Fig. 5. From top to bottom the following layers are available: a cover layer made of foil 41, a permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 42, the actual one Form material 1, another permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 24, another top layer of film 23, a writable Peeling layer 22 of the type described above and finally a carrier layer 21.
- the film 41 can be used for labeling or Printability can be specially coated. On an additional one Separating layer on the backing layer back was here waived.
- the punch 31 for producing the trailer 3 in the form sheet 1 is, as shown by the correspondingly labeled arrows, from the front of the form to the support layer 22 carried out, which itself is not injured, i.e. not with is punched through.
- About the continuous carrier layer 21 is the trailer 3 held in form sheet 1.
- the punch 9 for generating a removal aid is also carried out to the depth of the carrier layer 21, but could just as well be punched a through hole which through the edge of the tag 3 with your finger can be attacked. It could just be or additional incisions or perforation lines in the Multilayer material can be attached, which is an exposure of a Trailer edge or a grip zone by the user first allow immediately before the trailer is removed or facilitate.
- Fig. 6 shows the form 1 with the tag 3 detached Separation in the multilayer material is between the Shulle layer 15 and the carrier layer 21 and the Schwarzlim went along with the trailer 3.
