Claims (12)
- Ferrure (1, 101) de verrouillage pour ouvrant coulissant (2) de porte, fenêtre ou analogue, comprenant un assemblage coulissant (4) mobile dans la direction longitudinale (5) d'un boítier (3) et portant un pêne (40), un organe de manoeuvre (7) pour actionner l'assemblage coulissant (4) depuis la paroi (17) du côté intérieur de l'ouvrant (2), et des moyens pour actionner l'assemblage coulissant (4) depuis la paroi (102) du côté extérieur de l'ouvrant (2) au moyen d'un barillet (46) de serrure entraíné par une clé (45), caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un organe d'entraínement (47, 103) mobile dans la direction longitudinale (5) du boítier (3) par rapport audit boítier (3) et comportant, d'une part, des moyens adaptés à coopérer avec des moyens complémentaires solidaires du barillet (46) pour permettre de déplacer ledit organe d'entraínement (47, 103) dans un sens (13) ou dans l'autre au moyen de la clé (45), d'autre part, des moyens adaptés à coopérer avec des moyens complémentaires de l'assemblage coulissant (4) pour permettre de déplacer ledit assemblage coulissant (4) dans un sens (13) ou dans l'autre au moyen de la clé (46).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'organe d'entraínement (47, 103) comporte sur sa face (110) tournée vers l'ensemble coulissant (4) des conformations (54, 111, 112) adaptées à venir en prise avec des conformations complémentaires (53, 113) de l'ensemble coulissant (4).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon la revendication 2, l'ensemble coulissant (4) comportant, sur sa face (10) adjacente à la plaque de propreté (9) du boítier (3), un élément (11) en saillie vers ladite plaque (9) adapté à venir s'encliqueter, dans la position verrouillée du pêne (40), et sous l'action de moyens élastiques (14, 61, 114), contre le chant (12) d'un bord transversal correspondant de la lumière (8) ménagée dans ladite plaque de propreté (9), caractérisée en ce que l'organe d'entraínement (47, 103) et l'ensemble coulissant (4) comportent des moyens complémentaires (53 ; 54, 111) à conjugaison de formes agencés de manière à transformer un déplacement en direction longitudinale (5) de l'organe d'entraínement (47, 103), au début d'une opération de déverrouillage, en un déplacement de l'ensemble coulissant (4) dans la direction (15) perpendiculaire à la plaque de propreté (9) du boítier (3) vers l'intérieur dudit boítier (3).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que l'ensemble coulissant (4) comporte un plot (52) dont la face transversale (53) tournée vers le sens (13) de verrouillage de l'ensemble coulissant (4) est inclinée par rapport à ladite direction perpendiculaire (15) et s'étend dans le sens (13) de verrouillage et vers l'intérieur du boítier (3), et en ce que l'organe d'entraínement (47, 103) comporte une face complémentaire (54, 111) inclinée sensiblement dans le même sens de façon à déplacer l'ensemble coulissant (4) dans la direction (15) vers l'intérieur du boítier (3) au début d'une opération de déverrouillage de l'ensemble coulissant (4) au moyen de la clé (45).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que l'organe d'entraínement (103) est une plaque (103) adaptée à coulisser le long des bords externes des replis (29, 30) des parois latérales longitudinales (25, 26) du boítier (3).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la plaque (103) est adaptée à coulisser entre le boítier (3) et un organe de guidage (115) solidaire du boítier (3) et s'étendant le long de la face interne (116) de la paroi (102) du côté extérieur de l'ouvrant (2).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que l'organe de guidage (115) est fixé à un organe de fixation (117) comportant des moyens pour venir en prise, d'une part, avec le boítier (3), d'autre part, avec la lumière (16) ménagée dans la paroi (17) du côté intérieur de l'ouvrant (2), pour fixer par encliquetage le boítier (3) à ladite paroi (17) du côté intérieur de l'ouvrant (2).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la plaque (103) comporte sur sa face (110) adjacente aux replis (29, 30) du boítier (3) au moins un téton (126, 127) en saillie vers le boítier (3) pour l'entraínement de l'ensemble coulissant (4).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon l'une des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisée en ce que la plaque (103) est symétrique par rapport à un plan de symétrie transversal (124) perpendiculaire à la direction longitudinale (5) du boítier (3).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon la revendication 8 et la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que la plaque (103) est adaptée à être introduite dans la direction transversale (18) du boítier (3) entre le boítier (3) et l'organe de guidage (115), en ce que les parois latérales longitudinales (25, 26) du boítier (3) comportent des encoches (128) pour le passage des tétons (126, 127), et en ce que le ferrure (101) comporte des moyens d'encliquetage pour retenir la plaque (103) dans sa position de fonctionnement, entre l'organe de guidage (115) et le boítier (3).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon la revendication 10 et la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que la plaque (103) comporte, à chaque extrémité dans la direction longitudinale (5) du boítier (3), au moins une patte élastique (129) s'étendant dans ladite direction longitudinale (5) et vers l'organe de guidage (115), et en ce que l'organe de guidage (115) comporte, pour chaque patte élastique (129), une rainure (130) s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale (5) du boítier (3) et adaptée à recevoir la patte élastique (129) correspondante pour guider la plaque (103) dans ses déplacements de coulissement dans la direction longitudinale (5) du boítier (3).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon la revendication 8 ou l'une des revendications qui en dépendent, caractérisée en ce que la plaque (47, 103) comporte, sur sa face (125) tournée vers l'organe de guidage (115), de part et d'autre de son plan de symétrie transversal (124), deux nervures (132, 133) s'étendant parallèlement audit plan (124) et adaptées à coopérer avec un doigt (49) solidaire d'un disque (48) entraíné par le barillet (46), et en ce que la longueur et l'écartement des deux nervures (132, 133) sont déterminés de façon à permettre au doigt (49) de pénétrer dans la logement (50) entre les deux nervures (132, 133), lorsque le disque (48) tourne dans un sens (81, 83) ou dans l'autre (83, 81), pour s'appuyer sur la paroi (50a, 50b) de la seconde nervure (132, 133) rencontrée et pour pousser, par l'intermédiaire de cette seconde nervure (132, 133), la plaque (47, 103) dans le sens correspondant de la direction longitudinale (5) sur une distance prédéterminée afin de déplacer l'ensemble coulissant (4) de la position verrouillée à la position ouverte du pêne (40) ou réciproquement, puis de permettre au doigt (49) d'échapper à ladite seconde nervure (132, 133) rencontrée pour autoriser la fin de la rotation du barillet (46).
