Claims (7)
- Verfahren zum Verschließen von Kartonverpackungen, die eine im Vergleich zu den Außenabmessungen (A, B) der Standfläche kleinere Kartonhöhe (H) sowie einen an eine Seitenwand angeformten, aufstehenden Deckel (2) aufweisen, bei welchem Verfahren die Kartonverpackungen (1) hintereinander an einer Beleimungseinrichtung sowie Faltwerkzeugen vorbeigeführt werden, wobei an die Seitenwände und/oder an den Deckel (2) angeformte Laschen (11, 4) beleimt werden, der Deckel (2) umgefaltet wird und die beleimten Flächen an Gegenflächen angedrückt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die offenen Kartonverpackungen (1) mit der dem Deckel (2) verbundenen Seitenwand voran in die Fächer (5) eines in einem geschlossenen Umlauf über Führungsrollen (6) geführten Fachbandes (7) eingefächert werden, wobei die Deckel (2) an den fächerbildenden Trennwänden (8) des Fachbandes (7) umgefaltet werden, unddaß die eingefächerten Kartonverpackungen (1) durch Werkzeuge (9), die längs des Umlaufweges des Fachbandes (7) angeordnet sind und in die Fächer (5) eingreifen, beleimt und verschlossen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fachband (7) kontinuierlich angetrieben wird und die Werkzeuge (9) parallel und synchron zum Fachband (7) bewegt werden, während sie in die Fächer (5) des Fachbandes (7) eingreifen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fachband (7) an einer Schließstation (14) vorbeigeführt wird, die beiderseits des Fachbandes (7) eine Mehrzahl von Faltwerkzeugen aufweist, und daß die Faltwerkzeuge parallel und synchron zum Fachband (7) bewegt werden, wobei die synchron in eine der Anzahl der Faltwerkzeuge entsprechende Zahl von Fächern (5) des Fachbandes (7) seitlich eingreifen und die Deckel (2) der in die Fächer (5) eingesetzten Kartonverpackungen (1) schließen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einer ersten Bearbeitungsstation (10) Staublaschen (11) umgefaltet werden, die an Seitenwände der Kartonverpackung (1) angeformt sind, daß in einer nachfolgenden zweiten Bearbeitungsstation (12) Klebstoff auf die Staublaschen (11) und/oder Klebelaschen (4) des Deckels (2) aufgetragen wird und daß in einer dritten Bearbeitungsstation (14) die Deckel (2) an die Oberkante der Seitenwände angedrückt sowie etwaige abstehende Laschen (4) umgefaltet und an die Seitenwände angedrückt werden, wobei die Bearbeitungsstationen (10, 12, 14) in Umlaufrichtung des Fachbandes (7) hintereinander entlang des Umlaufweges angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verschlossenen Kartonverpackungen (1) einzeln und/oder in Gruppen aus den Fächern (5) des Fachbandes (7) ausgeschoben werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Gruppe aus mehreren geschlossenen Kartonverpackungen im wesentlichen gleichzeitig mit Hilfe eines Schiebers (16) aus den Fächern des Fachbandes (7) ausgeschoben wird, wobei der Schieber (16) eine Hubbewegung unter einem in Transportrichtung des Fachbandes (7) spitzen Ausschubwinkel (α) ausführt und die Hubgeschwindigkeit des Schiebers (16) in Ausschubrichtung so geregelt wird, daß dessen Geschwindigkeitskomponente in Transportrichtung der Fachbandgeschwindigkeit entspricht.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Fachband (7) ein Lochband eingesetzt wird und die in die Fächer (5) eingesetzten Kartonverpackungen (1) zumindest an Abschnitten des Fachbandes (7) durch Unterdruck an dem Fachband fixiert sind.
