Description
The invention relates to a sweeper with a chassis, with unguided rear wheels and steered front wheels, with one arranged substantially above the rear wheels and this driving motor, with one the motor adjacent seat as well as with one on the underside of the chassis between the front and rear wheels across Arranged sweeper roller and a dirt collector.
Such sweepers are used, for example, for cleaning used by streets and squares, the one to be cleaned Surface swept with the broom and the dirt in the Dirt collecting container is collected. From the DE-A-22 63 224 discloses a sweeper, at the dirt from two plate brushes in front of one in the direction of travel Sweeper roller arranged behind the plate brushes swept which then picks up the dirt and into the Dirt collecting container transported. The dirt collector is arranged and embraced between the two rear wheels a swivel device so that it is against the direction of travel pivoted upwards and then over a Flap facing the rear wheels can be emptied. The end the aforementioned publication has known sweeper thus a complex construction using a Large number of moving parts and is therefore susceptible to failure. The use of a total of three sweeping brushes can produce a considerable amount of dust on dry surfaces result, the dust occurring only for Part is transported into the dirt collector.
The object of the present invention is a sweeper of the generic type in such a way that it is a has a compact, structurally simple structure and at a low Dust development shows a good sweeping effect.
This task is described in a sweeper of the beginning Art solved according to the invention in that the Dirt collector between the front and rear wheels arranged next to the broom and with a suction line a suction unit is connected and that the engine with essentially vertically aligned output shaft that protrudes up and down from the engine, the upwardly projecting section of the suction unit and the downward protruding section of the rear wheels and drives the roller brush.
In the construction according to the invention, the sweeping roller and the dirt collector side by side between the front and rear wheels arranged, this has a particularly compact Construction result. In order to avoid the dust development when operating the To reduce the sweeper, the sweeper additionally includes a suction unit that takes the dust into the dirt collector sucks in. So in the limited space between the The largest possible dirt collection container on the front and rear wheels can be arranged is in the invention Construction provided that the suction unit over a Suction line is connected to the dirt collecting container and thus be arranged at a distance from the dirt collection container can. A particularly compact design without the use of construction complex means is achieved in that the engine is arranged vertically, i.e. with essentially vertical aligned output shaft, both upwards and also protrudes downward from the engine. Over the down protruding section of the output shaft will be the one below of the chassis arranged rear wheels and the broom driven. The drive of the suction unit, its positioning independent due to the use of the suction line is from the location of the dirt collecting container the section of the output shaft protruding upwards from the motor.
It is advantageous to have the suction unit above the engine upwardly projecting section of the output shaft adjacent to arrange, because this is a particularly compact and space-saving construction results.
It is favorable if the motor protrudes upwards Section of the output shaft of a V-belt pulley for a V-belt driving the suction unit is held. Such a construction is particularly inexpensive producible because the drive connection between the motor and the suction unit using particularly simple means, namely V-belt.
It can be provided that on the down from the engine protruding section of the output shaft a gearbox for Transmission of the movement of the output shaft to the rear wheels and the broom is held.
The transmission can, for example, V-belt pulleys for the Include rear wheels and V-belts that drive the roller brush. Such a configuration results in a space-saving Structure, the V-belts also advantageously as Coupling elements can serve by changing their tension becomes.
In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention Sweeper is provided that the sweeper driving V-belts on a non-rotatable on an intermediate shaft held V-belt pulley attacks, the Intermediate shaft rotatably mounted coaxially to the axis of rotation of the sweeping roller is in operative connection with the sweeping roller via gear means stands. The coaxial arrangement of the intermediate shaft the drive movement can be made to the axis of rotation of the sweeping roller the output shaft can be easily transferred to the broom.
A structurally particularly simple and inexpensive to manufacture Structure results from the fact that the gear means another between the intermediate shaft and the sweeping roller Grip V-belts with V-belt pulleys.
To the movement of the rear wheels regardless of the movement to be able to influence the sweeper roller or the suction unit, is provided in an advantageous embodiment that the V-belt driving the rear wheels on a V-belt pulley of an intermediate gear that attacks with the rear wheels is in operative connection.
The intermediate gear can, for example, a V-belt pulley with variable outer diameter for speed regulation of the sweeper include. That’s it with simple means possible at the speed of the rear wheels constant speed of the output shaft of the motor vary.
It is an advantage if on the chassis in front of the front wheels a rotating around a substantially vertical axis of rotation Brush is arranged by means of gear from which to section of the output shaft protruding from the bottom of the motor is driven. With the help of the additional brush you can also clean corners and edges that are in between the the front wheels and the rear wheels arranged Sweeper roller are not accessible. This is for the additional Brush no separate drive required, rather For example, the brush is fitted with additional V-belt pulleys and V-belts from the protruding downward from the engine Section of the driven shaft driven.
In a particularly preferred embodiment, the Suction line switched on a fine dirt collection container, the contains a filter from that through the fine dirt collector is passed through air flow. Thereby will a complete cleaning of the extracted air flow achieved, the cleaned dirt particles in Fine dirt collection containers are collected.
The fine dirt collection container can be advantageous Embodiment arranged in the direction of travel behind the engine be. This results in particularly good accessibility of the fine dirt collecting container and the filter contained therein.
