Definitions
- the invention relates to a self-locking lock according to the preamble of claim 1.
- DE 44 07 244 C1 is a self-locking lock with a change, one by a spring in the closed position movable latch, a latch and an auxiliary latch known in which the over a split follower or a lock cylinder operated latch via a catch, which can be triggered via the auxiliary trap in the open position can be locked.
- Door lock is a bolt in a guide setting guided a push rod, the push rod linear is displaceable against the force of a biasing spring and the bolt is drawn into the lock.
- a lock which e.g. one arranged on the push rod Has a locking rod and a tiltable locking plate, attacks the push rod in such a way that the bolt in each Treatment position can be locked.
- the locking mechanism With the help of one the locking device protruding from the door lock is the locking mechanism releasable, the bolt under the action of the bias spring, which acts on the push rod can exclude.
- This known lock is intended in particular for burglar-resistant locks with several locked bolts.
- the linear push rod movement is used as a particularly simple transmission for the secondary locks. It is considered a disadvantage of this lock that the bolt can be locked in the end section of its retraction movement in any retracted position, so that the bolt is not fully retracted into the lock case and a door can only be opened with a correspondingly wide air gap between frame and door.
- the invention has for its object to provide a tamper and reliable self-locking lock, in which an uncontrolled extension of the bolt is particularly effective and prevented in a structurally extremely efficient manner in each phase of the opening and closing process.
- a basic idea of the invention is the mechanics a lock for the interaction of bolts, lock latch and training auxiliary or control trap such that the Bolt "leading" towards the lock latch when opened is adjustable.
- the bolt is always fully in the lock withdrawn and in the fully withdrawn state locked.
- a slide plate, which is spring biased is and the bolt and the lock latch in excluded Locked position against pushing back into the lock and with the door open, the bolt on the auxiliary latch, which blocked a locking lever, holds it back in the lock and such prevents the latch from being triggered unintentionally linear, preferably adjustable in the vertical direction and has a backdrop for example 90 ° deflected adjustment of a locking bolt.
- the slide plate is designed such that this from a latch bushing arranged on the lock latch or roller is held when the lock latch when Opening the door in a so-called intermediate state on the Front of the counterpart or striking plate slides.
- the slide plate is locked by the role of the lock latch in an intermediate state when opening the door and a tamperproof and reliable Retention of the bolt in this intermediate state through a defined design of the lock latch and arrangement achieved in relation to the auxiliary or tax trap.
- a lock latch is used, which a widening in a predeterminable intermediate state having.
- the broadening can e.g. through a multi-part, in particular a two-part training become.
- the lock latch preferably has at least one Case part, which is adjustable and counteracted in this way is arranged on the lock latch that this in the unloaded Condition and when viewed from the face plate, wider is when opening in a widening the lock latch Position is held and therefore longer on the Strike plate is present.
- the auxiliary latch arrives up to the counterpart, creating one on the slide plate provided in the area of the auxiliary trap in engagement with the auxiliary trap arrives, so that the entire slide plate further prevented from moving vertically downwards becomes. In this way, the bolt stays in the lock withdrawn position.
- the lock latch also extended. Since the auxiliary trap, e.g. is blocked by a locking lever, the Latches are in no way triggered unintentionally.
- the lock latch comes first the pivoting latch part to an edge of the striking plate.
- the trap part is counter-loaded in this way, e.g. by a leg spring that it is pushed back into the lock latch or is pivoted.
- the Auxiliary trap which expediently the same bevel or has a wedge-shaped design like the lock latch and the trap member, engaging the edge of the Striking plate and releases the slide plate via a locking lever from the rest position. Via a control curve on the But slide plate comes into engagement with the Role of the lock latch and is thereby on a vertical Readjustment prevented until the lock latch fits into the corresponding Can pre-open the striking plate. Only then can the slide plate be adjusted and the Latch over the scenery guide and a guided in it Lock the locking pin so that the home position is closed Door with bolt and bolt excluded Lock latch as well as pressed on the striking plate Aid or tax trap is reached.
- the slide plate is at least in regions on an inner surface of the castle cuff.
- the slide plate In the area of the auxiliary trap the slide plate has an elongated hole guide, in which is a housing-side bolt for the locking lever the auxiliary trap is arranged.
- the slide plate is guided in a recess of the auxiliary trap and over a Locking nose lockable on this.
- the slide plate In the area of the lock latch and the latch bushing arranged on the lock latch or roller is the slide plate with a preferably arcuate recess in which the role is included when bolt and lock latch for opening the door withdrawn, i.e. are accommodated in the lock housing.
- the lock latch can be adjusted using a latch lever and a lever linkage known per se, which directly or indirectly also in operative connection with the slide plate stands and this in the vertical direction against the force of one Tension spring adjusted, done.
- the self-locking lock is also over one Keys and a cylinder block and a change to to open.
- the cylinder beard comes e.g. with a shape the slide plate for actuating the bolt and with a Change in engagement, which the latch in the lock housing withdraws.
- the main advantages of the lock according to the invention are extremely high security against manipulation and malfunctions in critical intermediate positions or handling and at the same time a particularly efficient and space-saving Mechanics when ensuring an insurance law relevant bolt exclusion for self-locking Castles.
- a lock according to Figures 1 to 7 has a lock faceplate 2 and a housing 3 in which a bolt 4, a lock latch 5 and an auxiliary or control latch 6 adjustable are arranged.
- the castle is divided into two Inside / outside handle follower 7 and a key operated Lock cylinder 8 can be actuated with a locking lug 9.
- the bolt 4 is designed such that an insurance law relevant exclusion length of 20 mm is.
- the bolt 4 is with a recess 11 in one Latch bolt 10 performed when an adjustment of the withdrawn to the excluded position and vice versa is carried out. This adjustment is done with Using a slide plate 12, which from the lower edge of the housing 13 to over the auxiliary trap 6 and against one Tension spring 14 is linearly adjustable in the vertical direction. About the locking bolt 10, which is in a backdrop Guide 15 of the slide plate 12 is performed at a vertical adjustment of the slide plate a horizontal Bolt adjustment.
- Fig. 1 the lock is in with the door closed a basic position "door closed", in which the bolt 4 and the lock latch 5 arranged above each in Openings 17 of the striking plate 16 of the door frame pre-closed are.
- the slide plate 12 is in the area of the auxiliary trap 6 a vertical slot opening 18 and is in a recess 37 of the auxiliary trap 6, wherein in the Slot opening 18 a bolt 19 is mounted.
- the bolt 19 forms the pivot axis for a locking lever 20, which is formed almost at right angles and with an upper Lever arm 21 for locking the auxiliary latch 6 and with a lower lever arm 22 in operative connection with the lock latch 5 is feasible.
- the slide plate 12 has in the area of Lock latch 5 has a recess 38 which has a Bevel 23 in an almost vertical control edge 24 passes, which e.g. in the basic position according to FIG. 1 on a roller or a case bush 25 of the lock case 5 is present and the lock latch in the locked state locked.
- the locking of bolt 4 is on the backdrop guide 15, which is approximately at an angle of 45 ° Vertical runs, made.
- the locking bolt 10 is then held in an end position.
- a transport lever 29 When the door lock is operated using the follower 7 is a transport lever 29 via a known, Mechanism not shown pivoted.
- the transport lever 29 is connected to the slide plate 12 and adjusted this in the vertical direction.
- Both the lock latch 5 and the auxiliary trap 6 are in the direction of the excluded Spring-loaded position.
- the lock latch 5 is via a latch lever 30 which is around a housing side Bolt 35 is pivotally mounted (see Fig. 2nd and 5), when actuating the follower 7 via the mechanics (not shown) adjusted.
- Figure 3 shows the lock with the door open, in which the auxiliary trap 6 and the lock trap 5 from the lock faceplate 2 protrude and the bolt 4 held in the lock and is secured against unintentional triggering.
- This backup takes place through the auxiliary trap 6, which through the upper Lever arm 21 of the locking lever 20 is blocked and over a latch 31 locks the slide plate.
- Figure 4 shows an actuation from the outside when closed Door. Since there is no authorized access, is the door handle or the follower outside 7 in Freewheel function. The lever handle on the outside can then Be depressed 35 ° and run empty. The latch 4 and the lock latch 5 are not in the freewheel function moves and the lock remains locked.
- Figure 5 shows the lock when actuated from the outside with authorized access, for example with an access control system.
- Door handle or the handle follower 7 electrically by a Solenoids can be coupled with the door handle on the inside (not shown). Through the coupling, the bolt 4 and the lock latch 5 on the panic side by turning the Door handle withdrawn into the outside of the lock (see Fig. 2). The door can be opened.
- FIG 6 is an actuation of the lock with a key-operated locking system 8 shown. Go berserk the locking system 8 with the locking lug 9 becomes the bolt 4 via the slide plate 12 and the lock latch 5 via a Change 36 withdrawn into the lock housing. The door can then be opened.
- FIG. 7 shows an intermediate status of the lock according to FIG. 1 to 6 when opening and closing a door, this one Intermediate state over that shown in Figures 8 to 11 Lock latch 5 with widening 40 and with a roller 25 and the defined arrangement of the lock latch 5 relative to Auxiliary trap 6 and the slide plate 12 is reached.
