Claims (21)
- Austragvorrichtung für Medien mit einem Medienspeicher und einer Austragöffnung für das Medium, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Austragvorrichtung (1) mindestens teilweise aus einem Kunststoff hergestellt ist, der als Zusatz mindestens eine gegen Mikroorganismen wirksame Substanz enthält.
- Austragvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Substanz ein Antibiotikum ist.
- Austragvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Substanz ein Bakterizid ist.
- Austragvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Substanz ein Penicillin ist.
- Austragvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Substanz in einer Menge von 0,01 Gew.% bis 1 Gew.%, bezogen auf die Menge an Kunststoff, enthalten ist.
- Austragvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Substanz in einer Menge von 0,01 Gew.% bis 0,5 Gew.%, insbesondere 0,1 Gew.% bis 0,25 Gew.%, bezogen auf die Menge an Kunststoff, enthalten ist.
- Austragvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit dem Medium in Berührung kommende Teile der Austragvorrichtung mindestens teilweise aus dem Kunststoff mit Zusatz hergestellt sind.
- Austragvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, insbesondere nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein für die Austragfunktion der Vorrichtung nicht notwendiges Teil aus dem Kunststoff mit Zusatz hergestellt ist.
- Austragvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle mit dem Medium in Berührung kommende Teile der Austragvorrichtung aus dem Kunststoff mit Zusatz hergestellt sind.
- Austragvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Austragvorrichtung im wesentlichen vollständig aus dem Kunststoff mit Zusatz hergestellt ist.
- Austragvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Austragvorrichtung (1) eine Pumpe (5), insbesondere eine Schubkolbenpumpe, aufweist.
- Austragvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit dem Medium in Berührung kommenden Bauteile der Pumpe (5), insbesondere alle Bauteile der Pumpe, aus dem Kunststoff mit Zusatz hergestellt sind.
- Austragvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Austragvorrichtung einen die Austragöffnung aufweisenden Austragkopf (4), insbesondere einen sogenannten Dosierkopf, besitzt.
- Austragvorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit dem Medium in Berührung kommenden Bauteile des Austragkopfes (4), insbesondere alle Bauteile des Austragkopfes, aus dem Kunststoff mit Zusatz hergestellt sind.
- Austragvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Austragvorrichtung (1) zwei gegeneinander bewegbare Einheiten (2, 3) aufweist, wobei insbesondere eine erste Einheit (2) von einem Austragkopf (4) und eine zweite Einheit (3) von einer dem Medienspeicher (7) zugeordneten, vorzugsweise am Medienspeicher (7) angeordneten Pumpe (5) gebildet ist.
- Austragvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Austragvorrichtung (1) eine sogenannte Medienführung mit mindestens einem in die Austragöffnung (11) mündenden Austragkanal (12) aufweist, wobei vorzugsweise zumindest der Austragkanal und/oder ein dem Austragkanal zugeordnetes, mit dem Medium in Berührung kommendes Bauteil aus dem den Zusatz enthaltenden Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
- Austragvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Austragvorrichtung eine zum Druckausgleich durch ein Fluid dienende Führung mit mindestens einem Kanal aufweist, wobei insbesondere zumindest der Kanal aus dem den Zusatz enthaltenden Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
- Verwendung eines Kunststoffs, der als Zusatz mindestens eine gegen Mikroorganismen wirksame Substanz enthält, in einer Austragvorrichtung für Medien mit einem Medienspeicher und einer Austragöffnung für das Medium.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich um eine Austragvorrichtung zum Dosieren, Fördern Zerstäuben und/oder Spenden von Pharmazeutika und/oder Kosmetika handelt.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 18 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich um einen Dosierzerstäuber für den einmaligen oder mehrmaligen Gebrauch handelt.
- Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 20, gekennzeichnet durch eine Austragvorrichtung mit mindestens einem der Merkmale nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17.
