Definitions
- the present invention relates to a carrier material for a form removable card, which is provided on the back of the form, to be stuck on at least partially covering the area of the card and which comprises, in front of a carrier layer, a peeling layer with respect to the card.
- a peeling layer with respect to the card is to be understood here as a glue layer which on the one hand, a permanent adhesive effect towards the backing layer, towards the card on the other hand, however, no permanent adhesive effect developed and by which the card therefore without Residues of glue remain on it, can be removed.
- One becomes permanent Adhesive effect considered when the layers glued together can no longer be easily separated from one another without destruction.
- Forms with a removable card are increasingly used by Organizations used to collect contributions while making one Submit membership or ID card to the addressee.
- cover layers glued on both sides on a form sheet and the card by punching created through all layers in the form sheet. There are punch bars leave so that the card does not fall out of the form.
- cover layers is a transparent film material used through which through it an imprint determining the appearance of the card on the Form is visible in the area of the card. The cover layers serve as protection this print, to achieve a smooth, water-repellent surface as well as to reinforce the map.
- the punch webs have proven to be disadvantageous in the known form. On the one hand, they appear optically and tactile on the removed card disturbing and on the other hand form problem areas where the risk of Tear the card when removing it. After removing the The card always leaves a hole in the form.
- EP-A1-0613792 (document according to Art. 54 (3) EPC) is a form of known type, in which one in a separate Card produced after the punching out of a sufficiently large one Holes in the form and glue the back with a peel glue provided carrier material is inserted into the hole. Because of the manufacturing and Positioning tolerances must be a certain distance between the outer circumference of the card and the inner edges of the punch hole be respected. The production of the card in separate operations as well their positioning in the punch hole of the form sheet is relatively complex.
- US Patent 3,420,364 describes so-called "tags" on one continuous, i.e. Carriers available in endless form. There are different ones Described layers for releasable connection of the tags with the carrier. Generally, the tags should not be sticky after detachment from the carrier. Likewise The surfaces exposed by the detachment of the tags should not be sticky on the carrier. This is achieved, among other things. through a special so-called “release Coating "which should no longer be sticky after removing the" tags ".
- the object of the invention is to provide a carrier material for a form removable card that avoids the aforementioned disadvantages, in which the However, the card can be removed at least as easily and until then is kept at least as safe on the form level.
- a form sheet This consists e.g. made of paper, on which one or any information, a pattern or the like can be printed on both sides.
- 2 is a preferably rectangular piece denotes a carrier material which has a carrier layer 21 and a Peel layer 22 includes.
- the backing material 2 further comprises another cover layer 23 and a permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 24.
- Das Backing material 2 is attached to the by means of the permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 24 Glued back of form.
- On the front of the form is another preferably like the carrier material 2 rectangular piece of a covering material 4 is provided, which also has a cover layer 41 and a permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 42 includes.
- Fig. 1a From the front of the form sheet 1, as shown by the arrows in Fig. 1a) illustrates, preferably one within the surface of the carrier material 2 fully rotating, i.e. web-free punching which covers the covering material 4, the form sheet 1, the permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 24, the cover layer 23 as well as the peel layer 22 and up to the carrier layer 21 way down. It is harmless if the carrier layer 21 has something with it is punched as long as it does not lose its load-bearing properties.
- Form sheet 1 Due to the preferably completely circumferential punching, the Form sheet 1 a die cut or a card 3 cut out, the or no longer has any connection with the surrounding material of the form sheet 1 and only by the carrier layer 21 not punched through Form sheet 1 is held.
- the sound in the layer 22 is adjusted in a known manner so that the card 3 is held sufficiently firmly and securely on form sheet 1, i.e. yourself when handling the form sheet 1 as intended or also its automatic processing does not replace prematurely, but on the other hand is easily detachable from the sheet 1.
- the Shells in the 22 remain completely on the carrier layer 21. So he can not, as is the case with self-adhesive labels, vice versa replace with card 3.
- the peel layer 22 points to Backing layer 21 is permanent and one is not toward top layer 23 permanent adhesive effect.
- Fig. 1b shows the form with the card 3 removed Peeling layer 22 remained on the carrier layer 21 and not with the card 3 "Went along". The card 3 is therefore not self-adhesive.
- the joslim Anlagen 22 is also set so that after Removing the card 3 is practically no longer sticky.
- a paper or film material can be used for the carrier layer 21. Like the form, this can carry a print job. It can be transparent or be opaque. In the latter case, a print job would be on the card-side surface of the carrier layer 21 and on the back of the card initially hidden and would only become visible when card 3 was removed become.
- the two cover layers 23 and 41 are preferably transparent Plastic films, through which a possible print on the Form sheet 1 can be seen in the area of card 3.
- the cover layers serve continue to stiffen the card 3 and you can also use a water-repellent as well as abrasion-resistant surface.
- the cover layers 23 and 41 could also be made of a paper material with preferably similar properties, e.g. Parchment paper.
- a paper material for at least one of the two cover layers 23 or 41 would have the advantage that this cover layer would be writable.
- methods are also known (e.g. by Application of matting), with which smooth film surfaces can be labeled can be.
- the carrier material 2 is preferably completely prefabricated as such and then applied as a whole to the back of the form. This is essential more economical than applying the individual layers one after the other.
- the Backing material can, in particular, be the continuous material in roll form Form manufacturer from a specialized film manufacturer or Foil finishers can be delivered. Because the top layer 24 is a permanent pressure sensitive adhesive layer special measures must be taken to ensure that the carrier material 2 can be rolled up on itself. Such a measure is one back release coating of the carrier layer e.g. by means of a silicone application. One of these is designated 25 in FIG. 1. Alternatively, the carrier material 2 initially also be provided with an additional release paper layer, the would then be generated as waste in the production of forms.
- the Weg 1 the Weg 1 layer 221 and a second sub-layer 222 are formed.
- a peel glue is a special non-permanent one Pressure sensitive adhesive
- a permanent pressure sensitive adhesive for the second sub-layer 222 (with respect to the carrier layer 21) used.
- the layer structure of FIG. 1 in the carrier material 2 is one self-supporting layer 28 and a permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 27 and in Covering material 4 around a self-supporting layer 43 and a permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 44 expanded.
- the additional layers 28 and 43 are used for further stiffen the card 3 and advantageously consist of the same Material like the form sheet 1 itself. You can then in the same Operation like the form sheet can be printed on a branch line, like this shows Fig. 4.
- Fig. 4 shows an endless web 12 from already printed form sheets 1, which connected via perforation lines 13. Laterally connected to the web 12 from the form sheets 1 and printed together with them is one Secondary path 14. This is at the point indicated by the arrow P from the Main web 12 separated and wound on a roll 15. The main line 12 is wound on another roll 16.
- Per form sheet 1 in the Main web 12 can usually have two print jobs on the secondary web 14 the size required for the carrier material 2 and the covering material be attached. One of these is designated 18.
- a print job corresponding size on the form sheets 1 in the area of the later card is designated 19.
- Fig. 5 the same material as in Fig. 1 is used as the carrier material 2, the of Fig. 2 would be equally applicable.
- the covering material 4 on the The front of the form is here between a cover layer 41 and a permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 42 a separating layer 45 is additionally provided.
- the card 3 can therefore, as shown in FIG. 5 c), be removed from the cover layer 41 detached together with (their) release coating 45 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 42 be exposed.
- the card 3 ' is then self-adhesive on its front side
- a vignette can e.g. on a glass pane 17 be glued.
- the carrier material 2 is that in FIG. 1 used, which of Fig. 2 would in turn be applicable as well. Also lies the modification on the front of the form.
- cover material 4 which corresponds to that of Fig. 1 or 2 and a cover layer 41 and a Permanent PSA layer 42 includes a further material 5 with a bearing layer 51 (paper or film) and a release coating 52 for Pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 42 inserted, which is subsequently simply used as release paper referred to as.
- the covering material 4 projects beyond the release paper 5 on both sides, whereby a permanent in the two emerging edge zones 46 and 47
- the covering material 4 is glued to the front of the form.
- the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 42 is only for illustrative reasons the marginal zones mentioned exaggerated. In reality it should be even and the cover material 4 on the release paper 5th to adjust. With the usual layer thicknesses only one occurs negligible gradation.
- a Punching line 31 comes to lie in the edge zone 46 and the other 32 the Release paper 5 interspersed.
- the two remaining punching lines 33 and 34 are chosen so that they are in the coverage area of the covering material 4 the release paper.
- Fig. 6c) shows a kind of top view schematically relative arrangement of the individual layers or materials to each other and the Location of the card 3 defined by the above-mentioned punching lines Pieces of material 2, 4 and 5 are shown in different sizes for reasons of illustration. In the direction of the punch lines 31 and 32, however, they could all be the same To have expansion.
- the carrier material 2 could also be in the direction of the punched lines 33 and 34 can be chosen to be the same size and smaller than the covering material.
- FIG. 6d shows, because of the release paper 5, the cover material 4 from the form sheet 1st be lifted off by bending on one side. It just sticks in the Edge zone 48 firmly attached to this. Due to its preferably large enough selected inherent stiffness, the release paper 5 also loosens, as in FIG. 6d) can see in the bending zone 49 a bit far from the covering material 4, there therefore simply detected and, as shown in Fig. 6e), removed. following can cover material 4 permanently on the form sheet 1 over the entire surface be glued.
- FIG. 6f shows the structure shown in FIG Edge zone 48 does not actually detect a thickening of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is present but based on the chosen representation, as already explained.
- FIG. 6 makes sense above all if the cover layer 41 of the covering material 4 is transparent. 6 can then with Advantage on form sheet 1 e.g. an individual lettering by hand are made, which after removing the release paper 5 and permanent sticking of the covering material 4 through the transparent cover layer 41 recognizable through it, but sealed by it and made inaccessible. There could also be a passport photo of a person between Form 1 and Cover material 4 are glued.
- the die-cut to produce the card according to the present Invention preferably all the way round, i.e. without leaving the punch webs 6, e.g. in the embodiment of FIG. at the in Fig. 6c) with 35 and 36 designated places such webs are left standing to prevent the covering material 4 from moving prematurely Form sheet lifts up and may cause problems with the Form processing, especially in laser printers.
- FIG. 7 corresponds functionally to that of FIG. 6, only that here Release paper piece 5 between the back of the form sheet and the Carrier material 2 is inserted.
- the resulting card 3 is recognizable Mirror image of that of FIG. 6.
- Fig. 8 shows an embodiment according to FIG. 1, but in which backing material 2 within the card area, i.e. within the Punching lines 31 and 32 an additional punching 6 (window or strip) and the diecut was subsequently removed.
- the back of the Card 3 is therefore exposed in the window area and can be used e.g. printed become.
- cover layer 23 which is preferred, is a film
- Fig. 9 finally shows a top view of a semicircular punching 8, the chord of which is formed by the punching line 31 and which are as deep as the other punchings 32 - 34 is executed.
- the resulting die-cut 81 corresponding to the card 3 with regard to its layer structure is removed from form sheet 1, which is a practical Removal aid for card 3 results.

Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a carrier material for a form removable card, which is provided on the back of the form, to be stuck on at least partially covering the area of the card and which comprises, in front of a carrier layer, a peeling layer with respect to the card. In a known form with a removable card there are cover layers glued on both sides on a form sheet and the card by punching created through all layers in the form sheet. There are punch bars leave so that the card does not fall out of the form. For the Cover layers is a transparent film material used through which through it an imprint determining the appearance of the card on the Form is visible in the area of the card. The cover layers serve as protection this print, to achieve a smooth, water-repellent surface as well as to reinforce the map.
The punch webs have proven to be disadvantageous in the known form. On the one hand, they appear optically and tactile on the removed card disturbing and on the other hand form problem areas where the risk of Tear the card when removing it. After removing the The card always leaves a hole in the form.
From EP-A1-0613792 (document according to Art. 54 (3) EPC) is a form of known type, in which one in a separate Card produced after the punching out of a sufficiently large one Holes in the form and glue the back with a peel glue provided carrier material is inserted into the hole. US Patent 3,420,364 describes so-called "tags" on one continuous, i.e. Carriers available in endless form. There are different ones Described layers for releasable connection of the tags with the carrier. Generally, the tags should not be sticky after detachment from the carrier.
42 umfasst. In Fig. 1, 1 denotes a form sheet. This consists e.g. made of paper, on
which one or any information, a pattern or the like
can be printed on both sides. With 2 is a preferably rectangular piece

From the front of the
Due to the preferably completely circumferential punching, the

The sound in the
"mitgegangen". Die Karte 3 ist insofern nicht selbstklebend.Fig. 1b) shows the form with the
The
A paper or film material can be used for the
The two
Instead of a plastic film, the cover layers 23 and 41 could also be made of
a paper material with preferably similar properties, e.g.
Parchment paper. The use of a paper material for at least
one of the two
It goes without saying that, depending on the application, only one of the two
Cover layers 23, 41 can be provided, for which purpose the
The
All of the exemplary embodiments described below are based on the above basic structure, therefore also on its repeated explanation is waived in each case.
In Fig. 2, the
dies Fig. 4 zeigt. In FIG. 3, the layer structure of FIG. 1 in the
Fig. 4 shows an
In Fig. 5, the same material as in Fig. 1 is used as the
Also in the exemplary embodiment in FIG. 6, the
The punching for generating the
After the
The embodiment of FIG. 6 makes sense above all if the
Formularverarbeitung insbesondere in Laserdruckern entstehen.Although the die-cut to produce the card according to the present

Spiegelbild der von Fig. 6.The example of FIG. 7 corresponds functionally to that of FIG. 6, only that here
Fig. 8 shows an embodiment according to FIG. 1, but in which
If the
Fig. 9 finally shows a top view of a
Trägermaterialen sowie für die Abdeckmaterialien 4.With regard to the
