Description
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die im Hauptanspruch beschriebene Vorrichtung gelöst. Diese erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung hat demgegenüber den Vorteil, daß neben der Verriegelungseinrichtung die übliche willkürlich betätigbare Verschlußeinrichtung vorhanden ist, die über einen Handgriff betätigt wird, so daß nach Öffnen dieses Verschlußmittels und Schrägstellung des Fensterflügels und dessen automatischen Schließen durch die Vorrichtung wieder eine Verriegelung beispielsweise gegen Einbruch gegeben ist. Durch die Bestimmbarkeit des Beginns der Schließbewegung kann vorteilhafterweise je nach Jahreszeit eine unterschiedliche Einstellung vorgenommen werden, es kann aber auch je nach Raumgröße und angestrebter Lüftungsqualität je nach Wunsch eine unterschiedliche Öffnungsdauer erzielt werden. Durch die Änderbarkeit der Kraft der Feder für den Schließvorgang wird vor allem erreicht, daß eine gegebene Vorrichtung für verschiedene Fenstergrößen verwendbar und entsprechend lieferbar ist, wobei durch das Einstellen der Federkraft bei leichteren Fenstern verhindert wird, daß diese ungewünscht hart beim Schließen aufschlagen und andererseits wird erreicht, daß bei schweren Fenstern die Federkraft noch ausreichend ist, die Fenster wirklich zu schließen, d.h. über die Kraft ist aufgrund des proportionalen Zusammenhangs die Beschleunigung einstellbar, die die Verschlußeinrichtung durch das Zugmittel beim Schließvorgang erfährt. Je kleiner die Kraft, um so kleiner ist die Beschleunigung und um so langsamer schließt sich die Verschlußeinrichtung. Damit kann über die Kraft der Feder, die über das Zugmittel auf die Verschlußeinrichtung übertragen wird, die Geschwindigkeit des Schließvorgangs eingestellt werden.

Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum selbsttätigen Schließen von einem, in einem Rahmen (4) odgl kippbar und/oder schwenkbar gelagerten und willkürlich über Verschlußmittel auf- und zumachbaren Fenster (1) odgl.mit einem durch eine Antriebsvorrichtung (7) betätigten Zugmittel (6) zwischen Fenster (1) und Rahmen (4)mit einer als Motor der Antriebsvorrichtung (7) dienenden, das Zugmittel (6) betätigenden beim Aufmachen des Fensters (1) spannbaren Feder (10)mit einer Betätigungsvorrichtung (8) zum willkürlichen Aufmachen des Fensters (1) bei gleichzeitigem Spannen der Feder (10) undmit einer durch die Betätigungsvorrichtung (8) beim willkürlichen Öffnen des Fensters entriegelbaren und nach dem selbsttätigen Schließen des Fensters (1) wieder selbstätig das Fenster mit dem Rahmen verriegelbaren Verriegelungseinrichtung (12),daß der Beginn der Schließbewegung durch ein in der Antriebsvorrichtung (7) angeordnetes Zeitglied bestimmbar ist unddaß die Kraft der Feder für den Schließvorgang änderbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsvorrichtung (7) am Fenster angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsvorrichtung (7) eine mit dem Zugmittel (6) zusammenwirkende Welle (9) aufweist, welche über die Feder (10) antreibbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fenster um eine horizontale Achse (2) kippbar gelagert ist und daß die Antriebsvorrichtung (7) an einem oberen Abschnitt des Fensters (1) angreift.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Zugmittel ein Zugseil dient.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Betätigungsvorrichtung (8) ein von der Antriebsvorrichtung (7) ausgehendes Seil (8) dient.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zeitglied willkürlich einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinrichtung (7) mittels einer Sperreinrichtung ausschaltbar ist (für Normalfunktion Öffnen/Schließen/Kippen und dergl. des Fensters).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schließvorgang ausschließlich durch die Kennlinie und Kraft der Feder bestimmt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder als Zugfeder ausgebildet ist und in einem Hohlraum des Rahmens des Fensters integriert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsvorrichtung an einem zwischen Fenster und Rahmen angeordneten Haltebügel angreift.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entriegelung über die Verschlußmechanik des Fensters erfolgt oder daß diese im Bereich der vertikalen Schwenkachse des Fensters angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an mehreren Stellen des Fensters Verriegelungseinrichtungen angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelung bzw. Entriegelung mit mindestens einem Elektromagneten arbeitet.
