Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Warenkühltheke für leicht verderbliche Lebensmittel, insbesondere für Fleischwaren. Eine solche Theke umfaßt eine Thekenauslage mit einer um sie herumgeführten Luftströmung von insbesondere gekühlter Luft. Die Luftströmung wird von der Rückseite der Theke über die Thekenauslage nach vorn und von dort in einem Strömungskanal wieder auf die Thekenrückseite zurückgeführt, wo sie aus einer sich im wesentlichen über die Thekenbreite erstrekkenden und oberhalb der Rückkante der Thekenauslage angeordneten Austrittsöffnung eines Strömungskanals austritt.
Eine Theke der vorbezeichneten Art ist beispielsweise aus DE-U-83 16 262.3 bekannt. Bei dieser Theke ist in dem sich unterhalb der Thekenauslage angeordneten Bodenraum ein Ventilator angeordnet, der die Luft von der Kundenseite der Theke ansaugt und über eine Austrittsöffnung auf der Bedienseite in den die Thekenauslage umgebenden Warenraum bläst. Um aus der umgewälzten Luft Schwebpartikel etc. herauszufiltern, ist in einem kundenseitig von der Thekenauslage nach unten führenden Fallschacht ein Hygienefilter angeordnet. Trotz dieses Filters läßt es sich nicht vermeiden, daß sich in dem Bodenraum, der einen Teilbereich des Strömungskanals bildet sowie im restlichenStrömungskanal Keime wie Bakterien, Pilzsporen o.dgl. ansammeln und sich dort vermehren. Solche Keime können dann mit dem Luftstrom ungefiltert auf die Thekenauslage gelangen. Die Bildung von Keimen im Bodenraum wird bei der bekannten Theke noch dadurch unterstützt, daß dort - also an einer schwer zugänglichen Stelle - leicht verschmutzbare und die Brutstätten von Keimen bildende Thekeneinrichtungen, nämlich ein Verdampfer und ein Ventilator angeordnet sind.
Davon ausgehend ist es die Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine Warenkühltheke der eingangs genannten Art in hygienischer Hinsicht zu verbessern. Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe sieht ein von der Umwälzluftströmung durchströmtes Filter zum Ausfiltern von Schwebeteilchen, Bakterien o.dgl. vor, wobei dieses Filter in der Austrittsöffnung des Strömungskanal angeordnet ist und deren lichten Querschnitt vollständig überdeckt. Durch diese Anordnung ist zunächst gewährleistet, daß die in den Warenraum gelangende Luft im wesentlichen frei von Schwebeteilchen, Bakterien u.dgl. ist. Jedenfalls enthält sie weniger solcher Teilchen, als wenn die umgewälzte Luft den gesamten sich unterhalb der Thekenauslage befindlichen Raum und den sich daran anschließenden Teil des Strömungskanals durchströmt, wobei sie sich insbesondere im Bereich des Verdampfers, der bekanntermaßen eine Brutstätte für Keime ist, mit Keimen anreichern kann. Ein weiterer wesentlicher Vorteil besteht weiterhin darin, daß nun der Ventilator praktisch in unmittelbarer Nähe der Austrittsöffnung stromaufwärts hinter dem Filter angeordnet werden kann (Anspruch 12). In Warenkühltheken wird eine langsame und gleichmäßige Umwälzluftströmung angestrebt. Aus diesem Grunde ist bei der bekannten Warentheke der Ventilator relativ weit weg von der Austrittsöffnung und insbesondere unterhalb der Thekenauslage im Bodenraum angeordnet, um Luftverwirbelungen und lokale unterschiedliche Luftströmungen zu vermeiden. Ein erfindungsgemäß angeordnetes Filter wirkt somit luftreinigend und gleichzeitig als Luftstauelement, das für eine gleichmäßige langsame Luftströmung sorgt. Üblicherweise ist im Bodenraum auch ein Verdampfer angeordnet, was insbesondere bei nicht regelmäßiger Reinigung, was nicht allzuselten der Fall sein dürfte, in hygienischer Hinsicht problematisch ist.
Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Anordnung des Filters dagegen ist es sehr leicht möglich, den sich dahinter befindlichen Ventilator zu reinigen. Dazu muß lediglich das Filter lösbar, insbesondere verschwenkbar in der Austrittsöffnung befestigt sein (Anspruch 2). Vorteilhaft ist es auch, wenn der Ventilator gemäß Anspruch 13 um eine sich in Thekenlängsrichtung erstreckende Schwenkachse aus der Austrittsöffnung herausschwenkbar ist. Es kann dann auch die Rückseite des Ventilators leicht gereinigt werden. Eine solche Schwenkbarkeit des Ventilators ist auch dann von Vorteil, wenn - in Strömungsrichtung gesehen - sich der Verdampfer nach Anspruch 14 unmittelbar hinter dem Ventilator befindet, so daß dieser unter Zuhilfenahme von geeigneten Reinigungsgeräten, wie Stielbürsten etc. leicht gereinigt werden kann, so daß die Hemmschwelle für eine gründliche Reinigung der in hygienischer Hinsicht problematischen Bereiche deutlich gesenkt ist.
Die Erfindung wird anhand von in den Figuren dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Der Thekenkorpus 1 enthält eine im wesentlichen horizontale Thekenauslage 2 zur Auflage von Ware 3, die hier schematisch durch einen Raumkörper dargestellt ist. Der Warenaufnahmeraum 4 oberhalb der Thekenauslage 2 ist von einer hochschwenkbaren Thekenverglasung 5 abgeschirmt, die hier nur schematisch dargestellt ist. Der Käufer betrachtet die Ware 3 im Warenaufnahmeraum 4 von der Frontseite 6 her.
Die Thekenauslage 2, die hier als horizontale Plattform zur Auflage der Ware 3 ausgebildet ist, wird von einer Strömung von insbesondere gekühlter Luft in Strömungsrichtung 7 umströmt. Die Strömung erfolgt von der Bedienseite 8 der Theke her über die Thekenauslage 2 bzw. über die darauf ausliegende Ware 3 in Richtung auf die Frontseite 6. Dort wird sie z.B durch die Thekenverglasung 5 nach unten abgelenkt oder abgesaugt und dem Fallschacht 9 zwischen der Frontwand 10 und einer dazu parallelen, an die Thekenauslage 2 anschließenden vertikalen Wandfläche 11 dem Bodenraum 12 zugeführt. Der Bodenraum 12 ist zwischen der Thekenauslage 2 und dem Boden 14 eingeschlossen und die Luftströmung wird seitlich auch unterhalb der Thekenauslage 2 von der Thekenwanne 15 geführt . Aus dem Bodenraum 12 wird die Umluft einem Kühlaggregat zugeführt, welches meist durch einen Verdampfer 16 gebildet ist. Der Verdampfer 16 befindet sich hinter dem Bodenraum 12 in einem Aufstiegsschacht 17, der den Endbereich des von Fallschacht 9, Bodenraum 12 und Aufstiegsschacht 17 gebildeten Strömungskanal 20 darstellt. Durch den Aufstiegsschacht 17 bzw. Endbereich steigt die Umluft nach oben und vollendet den beschriebenen Umluftzyklus. Oberhalb des Verdampfers 16 ist ein Ventilator 19 positioniert. Er ist der Antrieb für die Umluftströmung. Seine Blasrichtung ist schräg nach oben gerichtet.
In Strömungsrichtung bzw. stromabwärts hinter dem Ventilator 18 befindet sich in der Austrittsöffnung 20a des Strömungskanals 20 ein von der Luftströmung durchströmtes Filter 19 zum Ausfiltern von Schwebeteilchen, Bakterien o.dgl. Das Filter 19 ist von der aus dem Ventilator 18 ausgestoßenen Umluft beaufschlagt, die sich vor dem Filter 19 staut und sich daher gleichmäßig über dessen gesamte Oberfläche verteilt. Es herrscht im Bereich der Austrittsöffnung 20a vor dem Filter 19 ein Überdruck. Das Filter 19 überdeckt nämlich den lichten Querschnitt der Austrittsöffnung 20a, so daß zum einen nur nur gefilterte Luft und insbesondere im wesentlichen keimfreie in den Bereich des Warenaufnahmeraumes 4 eindringen kann und zum anderen eine gleichmäßige, verlangsamte Luftströmung vorliegt.
Die Austrittsöffnung 20a weist die Querschnittsform eines liegenden Rechtecks auf. Sie ist oberhalb der Rückkante 21 der Thekenauslage 2 angeordnet. und erstreckt sich im wesentlichen parallel zur Thekenauslage 2.
Das Filter 19 ist in einem die Austrittsöffnung 20a überdeckenden Hohlprofil 22 von über die Thekenbreite gleichbleibender Querschnittsform angeordnet. Die Längsachse des Hohlprofils 22 verläuft in Richtung der Längserstreckung der Thekenbreite und damit lotrecht zu den Zeichnungsebenen der Fig. 1-3. Das Hohlprofil 22 enthält zwei zueinander parallele Flankenwände 23,24. Beide Flankenwände 23,24 sind zum Strömungsdurchtritt mit Perforationen 25 versehen. Das Hohlprofil 22 bildet die Umhüllung für den Filterstoff 26. Beide Hohlprofilenden sind durch eine Kappe oder einen Pfropfen (nicht dargestellt) verschlossen. Der Filterstoff 26 ist reinigungsfähig. Dazu ist das Filter 19 einfach aus seiner Filterstellung (Fig. 1,2) vom Thekenkorpus 1 lösbar. Das Hohlprofil 22 weist in Einbaustellung eine stehend-rechteckige Querschnittsform auf und die mit den Perforationen 25 versehenen Flankenwände 23,24 sind die längeren Rechteckseiten. An das obere Ende 27 der dem Warenaufnahmeraum 4 zugewandten Flankenwand ist eine Griffleiste 28 angesetzt. Die Griffleiste 28 ist einstückig mit dem als Strangpreßprofil ausgebildeten Hohlprofil 22 hergestellt, wobei die Strangpreßrichtung mit der Längsachse des Hohlprofils lotrecht zu den Zeichnungsebenen von Fig. 1-3 verläuft. An das untere Ende 29 der vorderseitigen Flankenwand 24 des Hohlprofils 22 ist eine nach unten abstehende Senkrippe 30 angesetzt. Die Senkrippe 30 dient zum in Verschließstellung (Fig. 1,2) wirksamen Formschlußeingriff in eine das Teil eines Hebe-Senk-Verschlusses bildende Aufnahmerille 31 am Thekenchassis 32. In Verschließstellung liegt das Filter 19 an einer Anlageleiste 33 des Thekenkorpus 1 an. Zur Lösung des Filters 19 wird es an seiner Griffleiste 28 zunächst in Pfeilrichtung 34 angehoben, sodann im Gegenuhrzeigersinn nach unten in Pfeilrichtung 35 geschwenkt, wobei es die in Fig. 2 gestrichelt dargestellte Schwenkposition einnimmt, und dann in Pfeilrichtung 36 aus der Aufnahmerille 31 des Thekenchassis 32 herausgezogen, d.h. vom Thekenkorpus 1 gelöst. Das Wiedereinsetzen erfolgt auf umgekehrtem Wege. In Fig. 4 ist eine alternative Ausgestaltung eines Filters 19 dargestellt. Es umfaßt einen Träger 42, der perforiert ist, um eine Luftdurchströmung zu ermöglichen. An seinem im Montagezustand oberen Rand ist die Griffleiste 28 angeformt. Der untere Rand des im wesentlichen eine liegend rechteckige Form aufweisenden Trägers bildet die Senkrippe 30. Oberhalb der Senkrippe 30 ist ein - im Schnitt quer zur Thekenlängsrichtung gesehen - C-förmiger Tragarm 43 angeformt, der eine Aufnahmenut 44 bildet. In diese Aufnahmenut 44 ist ein Filterelement 45 mit seinem unteren Randbereich eingesteckt. An der dem Strömungskanal 20 zugewandten Seite des Trägers 42 sind Abstandshalter 46 angeformt, an denen sich das Filterelement 45 abstützt. Der Filterstoff 26 des Filterelements ist von einer perforierten Umhüllung 47 im wesentlichen vollständig umgeben. Vorzugsweise ist das Filterelement 42 in Thekenlängsrichtung in mehrere Teilelemente unterteilt. Zur Reinigung des Filters 19 wird der Träger 42 unter Zuhilfenahme der Griffleiste 28 aus seiner Verschließstellung herausgeschwenkt und das Filterelement 45 bzw. die einzelnen Teilelemente können dann ganz einfach aus der Aufnahmenut 44 herausgenommen und gereinigt werden.
Bei entferntem Filter 19 ist der Ventilator 18 zugänglich. Der Ventilator 19 ist an einem Träger 38 befestigt, der an seinem dem Warenraum 4 zugewandten Rand um eine Schwenkachse 37 schwenkbar gelagert ist. Die Schwenkachse 37 verläuft in Thekenlängsrichtung. Der Ventilator 19 ist bei entferntem Filter 19 aus der Austrittsöffnung 20a in Pfeilrichtung 39 herausschwenkbar. Er nimmt dann etwa eine Position 40 ein, die jener des von der Austrittsöffnung 20a weggeklappten Filters 19 entspricht. Seine Rückseite 41 ist dann leicht zugänglich und dementsprechend gründlich reinigbar. Wenn sich der Ventilator 18 in der Positon 40 befindet, ist auch der Verdampfer 16 oder ein sonstiges zur Kühlung eingesetztes Kühlaggregat zugänglich und kann einer gründlichen Reinigung unterzogen werden.
Eine Anzeige zur Bestimmung des Zeitpunktes einer Filterreinigung könnte über einen Überdrucksensor mit Fühler im Strömungskanal 20 oder durch einen Säuregehalt-Sensor bestimmt werden.

Claims (14)

  1. Warenkühltheke z.B. für leicht verderbliche Lebensmittel, insbesondere für Fleischwaren,
    mit einer Thekenauslage (2)
    mit einer von der Rückseite der Theke über die Thekenauslage (2) nach vorn und in einem Strömungskanal (20) auf die Thekenrückseite geführte Luftströmung, die aus einem
    sich im wesentlichen über die Thekenbreite erstreckenden und
    oberhalb der Rückkante (21) der Thekenauslage (2) angeordneten Austrittsöffnung (20a) des Strömungskanal (20) austritt,
       gekennzeichnet durch
    einen den lichten Querschnitt der Ausrittsöffnung (20a) überdeckenden Filter (90) zum Ausfiltern von Schwebeteilchen, Bakterien o.dgl.
  2. Warenkühltheke nach Anspruch 1,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Filter (19) lösbar befestigt ist.
  3. Warenkühltheke nach Anspruch 2,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Filter (19) einen die Austrittsöffnung (20a) überdeckenden, einen Filterstoff (26) bzw. wenigstens ein Filterelement (45) haltenden und eine den Durchtritt der Luftströmung erlaubende Perforation (25) aufweisenden Träger (22,42) umfaßt.
  4. Warenkühltheke nach Anspruch 3,
       gekennzeichnet durch
    eine an das untere Ende (29) des Trägers (22,42) angesetzte Senkrippe (30) zum in Verschließstellung wirksamen Formschlußeingriff in eine das Teil eines Hebe-Senk-Verschlusses bildende Aufnahmerille (31) am Thekenchassis (32).
  5. Warenkühltheke nach Anspruch 4,
       gekennzeichnet durch
    eine in angehobener Stellung des Filters (19) dessen Schwenkbarkeit und dessen anschließende Lösbarkeit und dessen anschließende Lösbarkeit ermöglichende Ausgestaltung der das chassisseitige Teil des Hebe-Senk-Verschlusses bildenden Ausnehmung (31).
  6. Warenkühltheke nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (22) ein Hohlprofil ist, in dessen Hohlraum ein Filterstoff (26) angeordnet ist.
  7. Warenkühltheke nach Anspruch 6,
       gekennzeichnet durch
    eine stehend-rechteckige Querschnittsform des Hohlprofils (22), dessen längere Rechteckseiten perforiert sind.
  8. Warenkühltheke nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (42) eine sich in Thekenlängsrichtung erstreckende Aufnahmenut (44) aufweist, in der wenigstens ein Filterelement mit seinem unteren Ende einliegt.
  9. Wahrenkühltheke nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (22,42) ein Strangpreßprofil insbesondere aus Aluminium ist.
  10. Warenkühltheke nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
       gekennzeichnet durch
    einen Überdruck-Sensor oder einen Säuregehalt-Sensor zur Bestimmung des Reinigungszeitpunktes für das Filter.
  11. Warenkühltheke nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 10,
       gekennzeichnet durch
    eine an das obere Ende (27) der vorderseitigen Flankenwand (24) des Hohlprofils angesetzte Griffleiste (28).
  12. Warenkühltheke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
       gekennzeichnet durch
    wenigstens einen Ventilator (18), der in dem sich unmittelbar stromaufwärts an die Austrittsöffnung (20a) anschließenden Endbereich des Strömungskanals und mit räumlicher Nähe zum Filter (19) angeordnet ist.
  13. Warenkühltheke nach Anspruch 12,
       gekennzeichnet durch
    eine Anordnung des Ventilators (18) derart, daß er um eine sich in Thekenlängsrichtung erstreckende Schwenkachse (37) durch die Austrittsöffnung (20a) hindurch und aus dem Strömungskanal (20) herausschwenkbar ist.
  14. Warenkühltheke nach Anspruch 12 oder 13,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Endbereich ein Verdampfer (16) mit räumlicher Nähe zum Filter (19) angeordnet ist, wobei sich der Ventilator (18) zwischen dem Filter (19) und dem Verdampfer (16) befindet.
