Claims (16)
- Verfahren zur automatischen Ermittlung und Erhebung von Strassenbenutzungsgebühren, wobei mittels einer in einem Fahrzeug befindlichen Vorrichtung Daten zwischen dieser Vorrichtung und mindestens einer straßenseitigen Bake ausgetauscht werden und dadurch ein Zahlungsvorgang vorzugsweise im Fahrzeug veranlasst wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung ihre jeweilige Position mit Hilfe eines in ihr enthaltenen Satellitennavigationsmoduls ermittelt und ein entsprechendes Positionssignal speichert, das letzte gespeicherte Positionssignal sowie weitere Tarif-relevante Parameter der Bake übermittelt und eine Mitteilung über den Betrag der zu entrichtenden Gebühr von der Bake empfängt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem Empfang der Mitteilung über den Gebührenbetrag die Vorrichtung die Gebühr entrichtet und der Bake eine Zahlungsgarantie übermittelt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Positionsermittlung und -speicherung unter gleichzeitiger Erfassung der jeweiligen Uhrzeit erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die jeweilige Uhrzeit durch ein von der Vorrichtung empfangbares Satellitensignal übertragen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Datenaustausch zwischen Vorrichtung und Bake bei der Passage der Bake durch das Fahrzeug stattfindet.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während des Datenaustausches zwischen Vorrichtung und Bake eine gegenseitige Authentifizierung stattfindet.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Speicherung der Positionsdaten periodisch erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Speicherung der Positionsdaten selektiv erfolgt, insbesondere in Abhängigkeit von einer der Vorrichtung vorgegebenen Positionsliste.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nur eine Position gespeichert wird.
- Vorrichtung zur automatischen Ermittlung und Erhebung von Strassenbenutzungsgebühren, insbesondere zur Durchführung eines Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, mit mindestens einem Datenspeicher, mit einem Mikrowellen-Transponder zur Kommunikation mit externen Baken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (1) ein Satellitennavigationsmodul (7) zur Positionsermittlung der Vorrichtung (1) aufweist, dass der Datenspeicher vom Satellitennavigationsmodul (7) ermittelte Positionssignale aufnimmt, dass der Transponder das letzte gespeicherte Positionssignal sowie weitere Tarif-relevante Parameter aussendet, und dass der Transponder eine Mitteilung über den Betrag der zu entrichtenden Gebühr empfängt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung (1) ein elektronisches Zahlungsmittel (6) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Satellitennavigationsmodul (7) das Global Positioning Modul (GPS) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elektronische Zahlungsmittel (6) eine Chipkarte ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mindestens eine Datenspeicher (8) Positionsdaten, Uhrzeiten und weitere Tarif-relevante Parameter aufnehmen kann.
- System zur automatischen Ermittlung und Erhebung von Straßenbenutzungsgebühren, umfassend eine Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, mindestens eine Bake (2) und einen Satelliten (3).
- System nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bake (2) einen Datenspeicher, vorzugsweise mit Informationen über die Tarifstruktur und das Straßennetz, enthält.
