Abstract

Bei einer airblast-Zerstäuberdüse (2) für den Betrieb eines mit flüssigen und gasförmigen Brennstoffen (4, 6) betriebenen Brenners (1) wird die Zwischenwand (18) zwischen innerem (14) und äusserem Luftkanal (13) über innere und äussere Stützelemente (21) gehalten, welche einen Schiebesitz (28) aufweisen und als Drallschaufeln ausgebidet sein können. Die Zerstäuberkanten (19) der airblast-Düse (2) sind in Richtung Düsenachse (11) abgewinkelt. Die Düse zeichnet sich durch geringe Abmasse, niedrigen Druckverlust und geringe Verkokungsneigung aus.
