Abstract
Gasbrenner, insbesondere zur Verwendung in der Küchentechnik, mit einem Luftzuführkanal (1) und einer Brennkammer (3), die in einem Winkel zueinander angeordnet sind, und einer Umlenkeinrichtung (5) zum Umlenken eines Gasstroms von dem Luftzuführkanal in die Brennkammer. Der erfindungsgemäße Gasbrenner ist durch eine Ausgleichseinrichtung (30) gekennzeichnet, welche den Gasstrom auf der Außenseite der Brennkammer, welche in einem Schnitt entlang der Ebene des Winkels zwischen der Richtung des Gasstroms in der Brennkammer und der Richtung des Gasstroms in dem Luftzuführkanal, bezogen auf die Strömungsrichtung in dem Luftzuführkanal weiter entfernt von dem Luftzuführkanal ist, zugunsten des Gasstroms auf der Innenseite der Brennkammer verringert, welche in einem Schnitt entlang der Ebene des Winkels zwischen der Richtung des Gasstroms in der Brennkammer und der Richtung des Gasstroms in dem Luftzuführkanal, näher bei dem Luftzuführkanal liegt, so daß der Gasstrom in der Brennkammer, bezogen auf einen Querschnitt senkrecht zur Richtung des Gasstroms in der Brennkammer vergleichmäßigt wird.
