Claims (5)
- Heizkessel für flüssige oder gasförmige Brennstoffe, bestehend aus einem wasserführenden Stahlblechgehäuse (1) mit einem die Umkehrbrennkammer (2) und die Heizgaszüge (3) umschließenden, zylindrischen Stahlblechrohrzug (4), in dem ein die Umkehrbrennkammer (2) bildender und die Heizgaszüge (3) mit radialen, mit dem Stahlblechrohrzug in Wärmeleitkontakt stehenden Längsrippen (5) begrenzender Einsatz (6) aus Guß angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Einsatz (6) an seinem abzugsseitigen Endbereich (6') mit einem mit den Enden (5') der Längsrippen (5) wärmeleitend verbundenen, sich mindestens längs der unteren Innenumfangshälfte (H) des Stahlblechrohrzuges (4) erstreckenden und an dessen Innenflächen (F) nur zum Teil anliegenden, sich axial erstreckenden Steg (7) versehen ist und der Steg (7) mit dem Einsatz (6) in Form eines in sich einheitlichen Gußkörpers ausgebildet ist. - Heizkessel nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Steg (7) ringsumlaufend an den Enden der Längsrippen (5) angeordnet ist. - Heizkessel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Einsatz (6) aus Guß aus mindestens zwei Teilen (T, T') gebildet und der Steg (7) am abzugsseitig angeordneten Teil (T') angeordnet ist. - Heizkessel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Steg (7) mit seiner axialen Breite (B) im Bereich der Erstreckungsebene (E) des Bodens (B) der Umkehrbrennkammer (2) endend bemessen ist. - Heizkessel nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Gußkörper auf seinem Umfang spanabhebend bearbeitet und der Steg (7) mit einer sich im wesentlichen über seine ganze Breite (B') erstreckenden, flachen Nut (8) versehen ist.
