Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Kaminschalung.
Gegenwärtig werden die Kamine für Gebäudeheizungen oder dgl. meist aus vorgefertigten Formsteinen erstellt, wie dies z.B. aus der DE-A-1 027 869 bekannt ist. Die Formsteine enthalten das Kaminrohr bzw. Futter, die in einer verputzbaren Masse eingeschlossen sind. Zwar sind die bekannten Formsteine schnell zu einem fertigen Kamin zusammengesetzt, ihr Transport ist jedoch wegen des höheren Gewichtes aufwendig und teuer.
Die DE-A-43 14 285 beschreibt einen Fertigkamin, der vollständig im Fertigungsbetrieb vorgefertigt und danach auf die Baustelle transportiert wird. Die Herstellung des Kamins erfolgt in den üblichen, wiederverwendbaren Schalungen. Auch hier ergibt sich das Problem des sicheren Transports auf die Baustelle.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Kaminschalung bereitzustellen, mit der Kamine an Ort und Stelle aus Beton vergossen werden können.
Die Aufgabe wird durch die in Anspruch 1 angegebenen Merkmale gelöst.
Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Kaminschalung müssen nur die vorgefertigten Schalungselemente transportiert werden, die ein relativ leichtes Putzträgermaterial als Außenschale und das ebenfalls leichte, meistens aus Edelstahl bestehende Kaminrohr umfassen. Das erfindungsgemäße Schalungselement erlaubt die Herstellung des Kamins in situ, d.h. das Schalungselement wird im Verlauf des Schalungsaufbaus beispielsweise für Wände oder Decken aufgebaut und anschließend beim Vergießen der Wände bzw. Decken mit verfüllt, so daß ein sehr zügiger, und nicht durch andere Arbeiten unterbrochener Arbeitsablauf auf der Baustelle möglich ist. Das erfindungsgemäße Schalungselement ist als verlorene Schalung ausgebildet und verbleibt im fertigen Beton, wobei durch die Verwendung von Putzträgermaterial als Schalungswand auch das anschließende Verputzen erleichtert wird.
Gemäß Anspruch 2 kann auch die gegebenenfalls notwendige Isolierung in das Schalungselement mit eingebaut werden.
Das in Anspruch 3 beschriebene Material für die Schalungswand ist genügend ausgesteift, um dem Betonierdruck widerstehen zu können. Durch die Fertigung aus Metall kann die Schalungswand in den unterschiedlichsten Querschnittsformen je nach Einsatzzweck erstellt weden, was insbesondere bei der Rekonstruktion oder Nachrüstung in vorhandenen Gebäuden von Vorteil ist.
Anspruch 4 beschreibt ein besonders bevorzugtes Material für die Schalungswand.
Besonders hohe Einsparungen an Einbauzeit für die Schalung bzw. Fertigungszeit für den Kamin ergeben sich mit geschoßhoch vorgefertigten Kaminschalungen gemäß Anspruch 5.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Die Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen in Drauf- und Vorderansicht ein Schalungselement 1 für eine erfindungsgemäße Kaminschalung. Das Schalungselement 1 ist in Geschoßhöhe vorgefertigt, wobei für mehrgeschossige Gebäude die gesamte Kaminschalung aus zwei oder noch mehr einzelner Schalungselemente 1 zusammengesetzt werden kann.
Jedes Schalungselement 1 hat eine Schalungswand 2, die aus einem Putzträgermaterial besteht, das zu einem an gegenüberliegenden Seiten offenen Hohlkörper mit einem vorbestimmten Querschnitt geformt wurde. Die Schalungswand 2 besteht aus einem zwischen die Querstäbe 3 und die Längsstäbe 4 eines metallischen Gitterwerks eingeschlossenen Streckmetalltafel 5. Dieses Material ist beispielsweise in der EP-A-507 054 beschrieben, auf die hiermit Bezug genommen werden soll. Die Quer- und Längsstäbe 3, 4 bestehen aus Baustahl und versteifen die Streckmetalltafel 5, so daß sich ein selbsttragendes Schalungselement 1 ergibt.
Zentriert innerhalb des von der Schalungswand 2 umschlossenen Querschnittes ist ein übliches Kaminrohr 6 beispielsweise aus Edelstahl angeordnet und durch Querstreben 7 im vorbestimmten Abstand zur Schalungswand 2 gehalten. Falls erforderlich, kann das Kaminrohr 6 von einem üblichen Isolationsmantel 8 umgeben werden, wobei zweckmäßigerweise auch der Isolationsmantel 8 durch die Querstreben 7 befestigt ist.
Zum Herstellen des erfindungsgemäßen Schalungselementes 1 für eine Kaminschalung wird ein Streifen vorbestimmter Größe des Materials für die Schalungswandung 2 in den vorbestimmten Querschnitt gebogen und an seinen Stoßkanten bzw. seinen Überlappungskanten verschweißt. Anschließend wird mit Hilfe der Querstreben 7 das Kaminrohr 6 mit seinem Isolationsmantel 8 im durch die Schalungswand 2 umschlossenen Hohlraum zentriert, wobei die Querstreben 7 zweckmäßigerweise ebenfalls aus Metall bestehen und sowohl an der Schalungswand 2 als auch am Kaminrohr 6 angeschweißt sind. Dieses vorgefertigte Schalungselement wird auf die Baustelle transportiert und dort in gewünschter Weise eingebaut, beispielsweise mit der Schalung oder der Bewehrung einer angrenzenden Wand oder einer Decke verbunden. Anschließend wird der Zwischenraum zwischen dem Isolationsmantel 8 und der Schalungswand 2 mit Beton vergossen, der teilweise durch das Streckmetallgitter 5 nach außen quillt, so daß sich auf der Außenseite eine rauhe, gut putzhaftende Oberfläche ergibt.
In Abwandlung der beschriebenen und gezeichneten Ausführungsbeispiele kann die Schalungswand 2 in jedem gewünschten Querschnitt und mit jeder gewünschten Höhe erstellt werden. Anstelle des beschriebenen Putzträgermaterials kann jedes geeignete Putzträgermaterial, gegebenenfalls durch Bewehrungen versteift, ebenfalls verwendet werden.

Claims (5)

  1. Kaminschalung mit einem vorgefertigten, verlorenen Schalungselement (1) mit einer Schalungswand (2) aus Putzträgermaterial und einem fest mit der Schalungswand (2) verbundenen Kaminrohr (6).
  2. Kaminschalung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kaminrohr (6) mit einer Isolierung (8) umgeben ist, die mit der Schalungswand (2) verbunden ist.
  3. Kaminschalung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schalungswand (2) aus einem biegbaren, versteiften, metallischen Material besteht.
  4. Kaminschalung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schalungswand (2) eine zwischen Quer- und Längsstäben (3, 4) eines Gitterwerks eingeschlossene Streckmetalltafel (5) aufweist.
  5. Kaminschalung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schalungswand geschoßhoch vorgefertigt ist.
