Abstract

The drawer gear has a fixed rail on each side to run on a fixed rail fitted to the furniture body via an intermediate free running rail with bearings. A flat locking plate (16) under the drawer gear is operated by a profiled slot (18) in a support plate (15) and interacts with a catch (17) attached to the drawer rail. The catch has a stepped action with one end of the catch having a guide pin (19) moving around a triangular track. The drawer is closed against spring pressure, from a spring (21) in the support plate, until the catch secures the closed drawer. The drawer is opened by pulling against the retaining catch or simply by pressing the drawer inwards, to release the catch. The spring tension opens the drawer by a small amount.

Description

The present invention relates to a drawer slide guide with a guide rail which can be fixed on the furniture body and with a pull-out rail fixed to the drawer which can be moved relative to the guide rail, the drawer being secured in the closed position by means of a spring-loaded locking element.

Drawer pull-out guides are known in various designs. The connection between the guide rail and the pull-out rail takes place, for example, by means of an inner profile rail, on which rolling elements which are held in a cage roll. The pull-out rail can be telescopic to pull the drawer completely out of the furniture body.

In the drawer pull-out guides in question, locking elements in various designs are known. They are designed so that a tension spring is tensioned when the drawer is extended, which causes the drawer to be pulled into the end position when it is retracted. However, locking is not possible. One disadvantage is that the drawer can only be opened by pulling, which is particularly cumbersome when both hands of a person are occupied. In addition, the known tumbler elements are such that they cannot be mounted on the outside in gaps between the furniture body and the drawer slide guide.

The present invention has for its object to provide a drawer slide guide of the type described in the introduction in such a way that the spring-loaded locking element can be mounted on the outside of the drawer slide guide, and that the drawer is secured in the end position in the simplest manner, and that it is in the simplest manner in one Open position can be brought.

The object is achieved in that the spring-loaded locking element is a detent which can be moved by means of a driver arranged on the extendable pull-out rail, which is arranged displaceably in a flat guide body and is guided along a guide path running in the direction of displacement of the drawer, which has a turning loop, in its turning area a recess locking the latch in the closed position of the drawer is located.

The latch has a relatively small thickness, so that the guide body is correspondingly flat. This means that it can be easily installed in the gaps between the drawer slide guides and the furniture body. When the drawer is retracted, the driver takes the catch with it when the drawer can still be pushed in a defined distance. This path is relatively small in relation to the entire sliding path. When retracting a tension spring is tensioned, which is hooked at one end to the latch with the opposite end at a fixed point on the guide body. The displacement of the latch is predetermined by the course of the guideway. As soon as a pin arranged on the locking pawl engages in the recess of the turning loop, the retraction of the drawer is ended. For this purpose, this recess must be such that the drawer is also in the closed position. However, it must be ensured that the drawer can still be opened a little bit in the direction of entry into the furniture body, so that the pin of the latch is led out of the recess, and that by the action of the tension spring now relaxing the drawer by one corresponding displacement path is opened. This design of the guideway makes it very easy to lock the drawer in the closed position and to release this lock by a short path in the direction of entry.

The guideway is expediently designed as a guiding groove. The reversing loop expediently adjoins a straight-line section of the guideway and the reversing loop describes a basic contour in the manner of a triangle. This significantly simplifies the direction reversal of the latch. In addition, a defined section of the reversing loop can be used for the locked position of the drawer. It is then expedient if the section of the guideway which has the recess is at right angles to the rectilinear section and faces away from it. In this way, for example, a locking pin of the locking pawl can snap into the recess during a movement from bottom to top. The path of the latch, which is predetermined by the turning loop, is closed, ie a certain point of the latch returns to a point when the drawer is extended, which point is also reached when it is retracted. Therefore, a further section of the reversing loop is expediently at an obtuse angle with respect to the straight section and the other section is in alignment or approximately in alignment with the straight section. The section running at an obtuse angle is used when retracting the drawer. This changes the angular position of the locking pawl with respect to the tension spring, so that the pawl is automatically pulled in the part running transversely to the straight part. Since the recess for the locked position is still below the straight section, the pawl is pulled into this section as soon as the drawer is moved a little bit into the furniture body. In order to ensure that when the drawer is retracted, the latch also runs into the section at an obtuse angle, it is provided that the piece of the reversing loop which is aligned with the straight section has a shallower depth than that at an obtuse angle. This forms a stop, so that the latch is deflected when retracting. For the catch to be carried by the catch, it is provided that the catch has a slit which is positioned transversely or obliquely to the guideway or to the guide groove and in which the catch engages. Expediently, at least one spring bar protrudes into the part of the turning loop which is transverse to the rectilinear part of the guide track and which locks the latching pawl instead of the latching recess. This spring bar is adjacent to the rectilinear section of the turning loop, so that the drawer can also be extended when it is pulled, causing the spring bar to deform accordingly. However, so that the drawer can initially be moved a little bit into the furniture body at all for extending, it is provided that a guide web protruding into the guide groove is formed on the guide body opposite the spring web. As a result, it is first necessary that the guide pin the pawl bypasses this guide web, whereby in the end position the drawer is pulled back a little by the spring action. This retraction can first be retracted into the furniture body to move out. In order to ensure that the locked position is also reached, it is provided that a guide bar projects into the guide groove between the spring bar and the guide bar, but is formed on the other side of the guide body.

The drawer pull-out guide 10 shown in FIG. 1 essentially consists of a guide rail 11 which can be fixed on the furniture body (not shown), a pull-out rail 12 which is approximately C-shaped in cross section and an inner profile rail 13 which connects the pull-out rail 12 to the guide rail 11 and which, in the exemplary embodiment shown, has the guide rail 11 is in one piece. Rolling elements 14 are arranged between the inner profile rail 13 and the pull-out rail 12 by means of a cage (not shown in more detail). On the outside of the horizontal leg of the guide rail 11, a guide body 15, which is explained in more detail with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3, is fixed, for example, by latching. On the side facing away from the vertical leg of the guide rail 11, a latch 16, explained in more detail with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3, protrudes out of the guide body 15 and is taken along by a driver fixedly arranged on the pull-out rail 12 over a certain displacement distance of the pull-out rail 12. The guide body 15 is U-shaped in cross section, the parallel legs being relatively short, so that the guide body 15 is relatively thin and can be easily mounted in gaps between the drawer slide guide 10 and inner surfaces of a furniture body. The guide body 15 has an approximately parallel to the upper and lower edges guideway in the form of a guide groove 18 into which a guide pin 19 of the latch 16 engages. Of the Guide pin 19 sits on the side of the locking pawl 16 facing the guide groove 18. On the opposite side, a further guide pin and a hanging pin 20 are integrally formed on the locking pawl 16 on the locking pawl 16. One end of a tension spring 21 is attached to the hanging pin 20. The other end of the tension spring is hooked onto a further pin 22 located in the end region. The guide groove 18 consists of a substantially rectilinear section 18 a and a reversing loop 18 b lying away from the tension spring 21, the basic contour of which describes a triangle. The turning loop accordingly consists of an essentially upright section 18 c, which is transverse to the straight section 18 a of the guide groove 18. The reversing loop 18 b also has a rectilinear section, which is aligned with the rectilinear part 18 a. It also contains a section at an obtuse angle to the straight section 18 a. The depth of the rectilinear section of the turning loop 18 b is less than the depth of the remaining part of the turning loop. This creates a stop 23 for the guide pin 19 of the detent pawl 23. Adjacent to the section of the reversing loop 18 b running at an obtuse angle, a guide web 24 projects into the guide groove 18. Opposite in the region of the straight-line section, a spring bar 25 projects into the guide groove 18. The guide web 24 and the spring web 25 are integrally formed on the area of the guide body 15, which is limited by the turning loop 18 b. A guide web 26 protrudes approximately centrally between the guide web 24 and the spring web 25 into the guide groove 18, but is formed on the guide body 15 on the opposite side. As a result, the upright section 18 c of the reversing loop 18 b is quasi S-shaped in this area. In contrast to the embodiment shown, the upright section 18 c of the guide groove 18 could be provided with a latching recess for the guide pin 19. In the embodiment shown, the locking recess is formed by the spring bar 25.

The locking pawl 16 is approximately triangular in shape, the guide pin 19 and the hanging pin 20 and the further guide pin being arranged on one side. Opposite there is a slot 27 running approximately at right angles to this base in the tip, the tip facing away from the tension spring 21 protruding from the facing tip, so that the driver 17 strikes against this area.

As already mentioned, FIG. 2 shows an intermediate position in which the drawer or the pull-out rail 12 is retracted. The tension spring 21 is already tensioned and the catch 17 has been moved through a defined distance by the driver 17 Move towards the upright section 18 c of the reversing loop 18 b. The guide pin 19 is located directly in front of the stop 23 or in front of the sloping section of the turning loop 18. It can be seen from FIG. 2 that when the drawer is retracted further, the guide pin 19 is inevitably pressed into this sloping section. When retracting, the guide pin 19 bypasses the guide web 24, so that after the drawer has been moved around, the tensioned spring 21 automatically moves a little in the opposite direction. Since the guide pin is no longer in alignment with the line of action of the tension spring 21, it is automatically pulled against the spring bar 25, so that the drawer is locked in this position, which is shown in FIG. 3. If the drawer is to be pulled out of the furniture body, it is normally pushed a little bit into the furniture body so that the guide pin 19 bypasses the spring bar 25 and then reaches the straight part of the turning loop 18. Through the relaxing tension spring 21, the drawer is then pulled out a certain distance from the furniture body. However, if a tensile force is exerted on the drawer, the spring bar 25 deforms, so that the guide pin 19 thereby also enters the rectilinear section of the reversing loop 18 b. It can be seen from the figures that the guide pin 19 describes an approximately triangular orbit at the end of the retraction of a drawer and at the start of the extraction.
