Dadurch, daß die Längsachse 32 des hülsenförmigen Kontakabschnitts 39 zur Aufnahme eines Lampenkontaktstifts auf die Stützfläche 20 trifft, kann dieser in einfacher Weise als Anschlagbegrenzung für den Lampenkontaktstift selbst dienen. Bei Kontakten entsprechend dem Stand der Technik war es hingegen stets erforderlich, am Kontakt selbst Mittel zur Lampenstift-Einschubbegrenzung auszubilden, und zwar in Form einer am unteren Kontaktabschnittende ausgeklinkten und einwärts in den hülsenförmigen Einsteckraum umgebogenen Zunge.
Claims (8)
- Halogenlampenfassung, umfassend einen Fassungskörper (14) aus Isolierstoff mit einem länglichen Schaft (11) und einem mit Durchstecköffnungen für die Lampenkontaktstifte versehenen plattenartigen Kopf (12) sowie mit Kanälen zur Aufnahme und Mitteln zur Verankerung zweier Kontakte mit daran angeschlossenen Leiterenden für die Spannungsversorgung der Lampenkontaktstifte, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kanäle jeweils eine zur Außenseite des Fassungskörpers (14) mindestens teiloffene Einlegenut (14a) sowie eine zur formschlüssigen Festlegung eines Kontakts (15) hinterschnittene Tasche (16) ausbilden, derart, daß der Kontakt von der Seite des Fassungskörpers (14) her in eine zug- und druckfeste Gebrauchslage in die Tasche (16) einklinkbar ist und das angeschlossene Leiterende (21) an einer am Fassungskörper (14) mitangeformten Halterung (27, 28, 29) verankerbar ist.
- Halogenlampenfassung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsachse des Leiteranschlußschuhs (37) des Kontakts (15) und die dazu parallele Achse (32) der Klemmhülse (39) für einen Lampenkontaktstift mit Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Halogenlampenfassung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hinterschnittene Tasche (16) zur Aufnahme des Kontakts (15) unmittelbar unter der Kopfplatte (12) ausgebildet ist, ein druckentlastendes Auflager (20) für den Kontakt (15) sowie einen von diesem untergreifbaren Rückhalteanschlag (18) umfaßt.
- Halogenlampenfassung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das druckentlastende Auflager (20) die gegenüber dem Leiteranschlußschuh (37) seitlich versetzte Klemmhülse (39) für einen Lampenkontaktstift des Kontakts (15) unmittelbar unterfängt.
- Halogenlampenfassung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rückhalteanschlag (18) nahe der Außenseite des Fassungskörpers (14) der Kopfplatte (12) unmittelbar angeformt ist.
- Halogenlampenfassung nach Anspruch 3 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rückhalteanschlag (18) etwa diagonal dem druckfesten Auflager (20) gegenüberliegend nahe der Außenseite des Fassungskörpers (14) der Kopfplatte (12) unmittelbar angeformt ist.
- Halogenlampenfassung nach einem der Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Halterung (27, 28, 29) für das Leiterende (21) aus einer hinterschnitten Einschnürung (35) ausgebildeten Aufnahme (36) besteht, in die sich das Leiterende unter zumindest vorübergehender Kompression seiner Isolierumhüllung (30) einsetzbar ist.
- Halogenlampenfassung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme (36) zur Längsachse des Leiteranschlußschuhs (37) versetzt angeordnet ist und somit der Leiter (21) unter Erzwingung eines verkröpften Leiterverlegeweges, im Fußbereich des Fassungskörpers (14) angeordnet ist.
