Claims (8)
- Großflächige Unterlegscheibe (1) mit einer Öffnung (15) zum Einsetzen eines Befestigers (6), wobei an der Unterlegscheibe (1) Versteifungselemente (16) wie Verstärkungseinbuchtungen oder -sicken und/oder Verstärkungserhebungen oder -rippen ausgebildet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dem Außenrand der Unterlegscheibe zugewandte Begrenzung der Versteifungselemente (16) zumindest in den Eckbereichen (21) der Unterlegscheibe (1) spitzwinklig zu beiden einander zugewandten Seitenbegrenzungen verläuft, und daß außerhalb der die Versteifungselemente (16) aufweisenden Abschnitte (25) frei von Versteifungselementen ausgeführte Eckbereiche (21) bzw. Übergangsbereiche zwischen den Längs- und Schmalseiten angeordnet sind, welche um eine spitzwinklig zu den beiden Mittelachsen (22, 23) der Unterlegscheibe (1) gedachte Linie (L) bis zu einem bestimmten Lastbereich elastisch abbiegbar sind.
- Unterlegscheibe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Eckbereichen (21) an der in Befestigungsrichtung weisenden Oberfläche zum Verbessern der Reibung und/oder des Eingriffs eine die Reibung erhöhende Beschichtung und/oder vorstehende Eingriffselemente (13) ausgebildet sind.
- Unterlegscheibe nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Versteifungselement (16) als umfangsgeschlossen die mittige Öffnung (5) in der Unterlegscheibe (1) umfassende Verstärkungssicke ausgebildet ist, welche in den Eckbereichen (21) der Unterlegscheibe (1) spitzwinklig zu beiden Mittelachsen (22, 23) verläuft.
- Unterlegscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterlegscheibe (1) in an sich bekannter Weise rechteckig oder quadratisch mit abgerundet ausgeführten Ecken oder als Ellipse ausgebildet ist.
- Unterlegscheibe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sowohl an den Eckbereichen (21) als auch innerhalb eines von einer Versteifungssicke (16) eingeschlossenen Abschnittes (25) Eingriffselemente (13) ausgebildet sind.
- Unterlegscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Versteifungselemente (16) entgegen der Befestigungsrichtung weisen, wobei die ebenen Eckbereiche (21) und die zwischen den Versteifungselementen (16) liegenden Abschnitte (25) der Unterlegscheibe (1) mit Ausnahme des Bereiches mit der Öffnung (5) in einer gemeinsamen, unterhalb der Versteifungselemente liegenden Ebene (24) ausgerichtet sind.
- Unterlegscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Eckbereichen (21) der Unterlegscheibe (1) zwei oder mehr als zwei Eingriffselemente (13) in Form von Spitzen, Zacken, Vorsprüngen oder dergleichen vorgesehen sind, wobei zumindest zwei oder drei solcher Eingriffselemente (13) in einer Reihe ausgerichtet sind, welche parallel zur gedachten Linie (L) zum elastischen Verbiegen der Eckbereiche (21) verläuft.
- Unterlegscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese aus einem Federstahlblech gefertigt ist.
