Claims (6)
- Zünd- und Flammenüberwachungseinrichtung einer Heizungs- Brenneranlage mit:a) einem Hauptbrenner (MB) und zugeordnetem Hauptbrennerventil (MV1);b) einem Zündbrenner (PB) und zugeordnetem Zündbrennerventil (PV);c) einer dem Zündbrenner zugeordneten Zündeinrichtung (IG, ZE); dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßd) ein in den Flammenbereich (F) des Hauptbrenners (MB) hineintauchender Flammen fühler (FE), bei vorhandener Flamme (F) die Zündeinrichtung (IG) stillsetzt,e) der Flammenfühler (FE) die Flamme (F) des Hauptbrenners (MB) überwacht und bei vorhandener Hauptbrennerflamme ein das Zündbrennerventil (PV) schließendes Signal liefert,f) ein ebenfalls vom Ausgangssignal des Flammenfühlers (FE,FV) beaufschlagter Zeitgeber (ZG) nach Ablauf einer vorgegebenen Zeitspanne ab dem Öffnen des Zündbrennerventils (PV) die Anlage abschaltet, falls bis zum Ablauf dieser Zeitspanne keine Hauptbrennerflamme (F) festgestellt wurde,g) Hauptbrennerventil (MV1) und Zeitgeber (ZG) über einen Wärmebedarfsschalter (WB) an eine Versorgungsstromquelle (V) angeschlossen sind; undh) das Zündbrennerventil (PV) und die Zündeinrichtung (IG) über einen vom Ausgangssignal des Flammenfühlers (FE, FV) gesteuerten und bei vorhandener Hauptbrennerflamme (F) öffnenden Ruhekontaktschalter (RK) an den Wärmebedarfsschalter (WB) angeschlossen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zeitgeber (ZG) auf einen nur von Hand rückstellbaren Sicherheitsschalter (SI, si) in der Stromzufuhrleitung für die Zünd- und Flammenüberwachungseinrichtung einwirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kontakt (si) des Sicherheitsschalters (SI) mit dem Wärmebedarfsschalter (WB) in Reihe zwischen die Versorgungsstromquelle (V) und das Hauptbrennerventil (MV1) eingeschaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stromversorgungseingang des Zeitgebers (ZG), der Festkontakt des Ruhekontaktsschalters (RK) und das Hauptbrennerventil (MV1) an den Wärmebedarfsschalter (WB) angeschlossen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Hauptbrennerventil (MV1) ein zweites Ventil (MV2) vorgeschaltet ist und die Leitung zum Zündbrennerventil (PV) zwischen diesen beiden Ventilen abzweigt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erregerwicklung (E2) des zweiten Ventils ebenfalls an den Verbindungspunkt von Ruhekontaktschalter (RK) und Sicherheitsschalterkontakt (si) angeschlossen ist.
