Claims (6)
- Métier de filature préparatoire avec un dispositif de transport interne au métier pour transporter des bobines pleines et des canettes vides dans la région du métier de filature préparatoire, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif (13), exclusivement affecté au métier de filature préparatoire et destiné à éliminer des résidus de fil de préparation (25) de bobines épuisées (24), est disposé sur le parcours de transport du dispositif de transport (15 ; 33).
- Métier de filature préparatoire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (13) pour éliminer des résidus de fil de préparation (25) est adjoint au métier de filature préparatoire (1).
- Métier de filature préparatoire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (13) pour éliminer des résidus de fil de préparation (25) est intégré au métier de filature préparatoire (1).
- Métier de filature préparatoire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (13) pour éliminer des résidus de fil de préparation (25) est disposé sur le parcours de transport de bobines épuisées (24) entre le point de chargement du dispositif de transport (15, 33) et le point de fourniture d'une canette vide pour le changement de bobine qui est le plus proche du point de chargement.
- Métier de filature préparatoire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (13) pour éliminer des résidus de fil de préparation (25) présente un capteur (33) détectant des résidus de fil de préparation sur les bobines épuisées (24), capteur qui ne rend actif le dispositif que sur des bobines épuisées pourvues de résidus de fil de préparation.
- Métier de filature préparatoire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (13) pour éliminer des résidus de fil de préparation (25) présente- un capteur (33) pour détecter des canettes vides (24) non entièrement débarrassées de résidus de fil de préparation,- un magasin (44) de canettes vides dépourvues de résidus de fil de préparation, et- un dispositif (71, 73) pour remplacer des canettes vides (24) non entièrement débarrassées de résidus de fil de préparation par des canettes vides dépourvues de résidus de fil de préparation provenant du magasin.
