Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a spinning machine, in particular a ring spinning machine, with a plurality of spinning stations arranged in a row, each of which is assigned at least one roving bobbin holder, a number of roving bobbin holders for adjacent spinning stations being arranged in a group on a mobile magazine.
  • the roving bobbin change still takes place by hand on spinning machines and in particular on ring spinning machines.
  • the full roving bobbins are placed in containers near the machine in question and then individually replaced with empty bobbin tubes.
  • on an upper horizontal frame of the machine there are a number of roving bobbin supports corresponding to the spinning positions in the form of self-locking hanging devices, onto which the roving bobbins are pressed from below.
  • a German Offenlegungsschrift No. 1 760486 further shows an automatic loading and emptying device for bobbin wagons for draw twisting machines.
  • full bobbin wagons are lifted from a lifting device provided on one end face of the stretch-twisting machine to a predetermined height above the twisting machine and brought into the intended operating position in the horizontal direction on the rails provided for this purpose by moving drag chains on the twisting machine.
  • the present invention has the further object of achieving the automation of the roving bobbin change by means of a technically elegant concept which is acceptable from a cost point of view.
  • the magazine can be grasped by a lifting mechanism and is lifted from this operating position from the operating position, in which the roving bobbins of the spinning machine serve as a thread pattern, to a position above the spinning machine, or is lowered from this position into the operating position , and that the hoist is part of a transport device which is arranged to be movable along the spinning machine.
  • An expedient embodiment of the present invention then consists in that the mobile magazines are designed as plates which can be inserted next to one another in a frame in at least one row.
  • the frame is designed as a rail arrangement for the transport device and extends above the machine, in which case the transport device is expediently a transport carriage or carriage with at least one lifting mechanism for receiving at least one magazine.
  • each hoist comprises a mounting plate for its temporary mechanical and / or electromagnetic connection with a plate-shaped magazine, in which case the transport carriage or carriage carries a control and drive unit which, on the one hand, on the hoists and, on the other hand, via a motor pinion acts on a rack.
  • a further embodiment of the arrangement also consists in that the frame forming the rail arrangement for the transport device continues over the end faces of the machine in transfer stations for magazines with full or empty roving bobbins, each transfer station then comprising a transfer linkage and a receiving frame for the magazines.
  • the entire automatic roving bobbin change is preferably programmed by one baren processor arrangement controlled.
  • the double-sided ring spinning machine illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2 initially comprises, in a conventional design, a base frame 1 with a plurality of spinning stations 2 on both long sides of the machine, which, as FIG. 1 clearly shows, each interact with an anti-balloon ring and ring frame 3 and a rotor 4 to wind a spinning sleeve 5 with a yarn 9.
  • This yarn 9 is drawn off from a roving bobbin 10, of which a plurality of roving bobbins are suspended above the base frame 1 in two rows on both sides and passed over a drafting system 6.
  • the spinning sleeves 5 are automatically replaced by a so-called doffer device 7, which is attached to the base frame 1.
  • a control and drive cabinet 8 is also arranged on at least one of the end faces of the machine (FIG. 2).
  • a box-shaped frame 11 extends above the base frame 1 over its entire length and somewhat on both end faces, which is supported at intervals, partly via center supports 12 on the base frame 1 and partly via end supports 13 on the floor.
  • the lower frame supports serve for the removable and loose support of plates 14 which can be lined up on both sides of the machine and which form mobile magazines which can be removed or resumed essentially one after the other in the following manner.
  • plate-shaped magazines 14 are provided on their underside with a plurality of self-locking hanging devices 16 of a known type, onto which the roving bobbins 10 can be attached in a known manner.
  • Each plate-shaped magazine 14 carries in two rows one behind the other four hanging devices 16 for receiving eight roving bobbins 10 (FIG. 4).
  • this arrangement can vary as desired.
  • the box-shaped frame 11 also serves as a rail arrangement for a transport carriage or carriage 15 with lifting means to be described in more detail below, which transport carriage 15 is able to take at least one plate-shaped magazine 14 with empty roving bobbins on its way from one machine end to the other and to deposit a plate-shaped magazine 14 with full roving bobbins 10 at this point in order to then carry out the spinning process in the usual manner at the relevant spinning positions to be able to continue.
  • the transport carriage 15, which is suitable here to carry out a magazine change on both machine sides at the same time or with a time delay, has, in particular according to FIGS. 3 and 4, means for receiving two magazines 14 on each machine side.
  • These means include a vertically movable lift 17 per magazine, for example in the form of a pneumatic cylinder with telescopic means, an electric linear motor or the like (not shown in detail), which lift 17 moves a lift plate 18 up or down. 3 and 4, this lift plate 18 can be placed flat on the top of the magazine 14 in question and the two parts can be connected to one another in order to be able to raise or lower the magazine 14 in question by lifting or lowering the lift plate 18.
  • connection between the lift plate 18 and the magazine 14 can be made in many ways, for example by means of magnetic holding means or here by a type of bayonet lock with gripper pins 19 on the underside of the lift plate 18, which can rotatably engage in corresponding openings 20 in the magazine 14.
  • the transport carriage 15 is also supported by rollers 22 and 23 on an upper and a lower roller rail 24 and 25 which extend in the center of the box-shaped frame 11.
  • this roller guide of the transport carriage is only given as an example, with various other solutions being conceivable.
  • control and drive unit 21 which is fastened to the transport carriage 15 on the upper side thereof.
  • This control and drive unit 21 interacts with a rack 27 via a motor pinion 26.
  • This control and drive unit 21 receives its signals for the forward and return as well as for the actuation of the hoists 17, 18 or their locking means 19, 20 via busbars 28.
  • each transfer station is equipped with a transfer linkage 31 or 41, which in a suitable manner brings the magazines 14 into a receiving frame 32, from where the magazines can be taken over by the transport trolley 15 or which lifts the magazines 14 out of a receiving frame 42 into the the magazines were removed from the trolley 15.
  • FIG. 1 and 2 also show that a box pair 50 is supported on the box-shaped frame 11, on which the pneumatic machine fan 51 is slidably arranged.
  • suitable capacitive or optoelectric switching means 33 (FIG. 1) now monitor the state of the roving bobbins 10, expediently per sections determined by the magazines 14.
  • An "empty" signal via line 34 to a processor arrangement 35 then sets the transport carriage 15 in motion via a coaxial line 36 connected to the busbar 28 until the latter has its free lifting mechanism 17, 18 above the magazine 14 with the empty roving bobbins 10 comes to a halt. This position is illustrated in the right part of FIG. 2.
  • the individual stopping positions of the transport vehicle 15 can be determined by suitable signal transmitters 37 (FIG. 1) and transmitted via a corresponding line 38 to the processor arrangement 35, which then transmits the necessary control signals via the coaxial line 36 to the control and drive unit 21 of the transport vehicle 15.
  • the transport carriage 15 can now first take up the magazine 14 with the empty roving bobbins 10, and then move one section further to the left in the illustration drive where, according to FIG. 2, the lowering of the magazine 14 carried by the transport carriage 15 with the full roving bobbins 10 takes place in the cleared frame section. Then the trolley 15, now carrying the magazines with the empty roving bobbins, to the transfer station 40 on the left in the illustration, in order to deposit the magazines in the receiving frame 42, from where they are transferred in the manner described above by the relevant transfer linkage 41. The transport carriage 15 then returns empty to the transfer station 30 on the right-hand side in the illustration, in order to pick up 32 new magazines with full roving bobbins from the holding frame.
