Claims (10)
- Richtmaschine für gewalzte Träger (5), insbesondere Hyper-Beams, bei der mindestens eine der beiden den Trägerflanschen (4) von innen her anliegenden, von einer drehbaren Richtwelle (1) getragenen Richtscheiben (2, 3) axial verstellbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen den Richtscheiben (2, 3) ein Tragring (20) für mehrere darin über den Umfang verteilte Hydraulikzylinder (23) angeordnet ist, deren Stellkolben (24) mit einer Richtscheibe (3) verbunden sind. - Richtmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Hydraulikzylinder (23) in den Tragring (20) eingeschraubt sind. - Richtmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
gekennzeichnet durch
die Hydraulikzylinder (23) miteinander verbindende Ringleitungen (31, 32, 33). - Richtmaschine nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zu den Hydraulikzylindern führende Druckmittelanschlüsse (33, 34 bzw. 32, 35 bzw. 31, 30) für einen Stell- und einen Rückhub sowie zur Klemmung der Stellkolben (24) vorhanden sind. - Richtmaschine nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stellkolben (24) mit einer Federrückstellung ausgebildet sind. - Richtmaschine nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Klemmanschluß (30, 31) in einen zwischen jedem Hydraulikzylinder (23) und einer die Stellkolben (24) umgebenden Hülse (28) ausgebildeten Druckraum (29) mündet. - Richtmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in der axialbeweglichen Richtscheibe (3) angeordnete Gewindebolzen (27) in die Stellkolben (24) eingeschraubt sind. - Richtmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Tragring (20) auf einer Paßfeder (13) angeordnet und von einem von einer Seite her auf einen Gewindeabschnitt einer den Richtzapfen (4) der Richtwelle (1) umschließenden Montagebuchse (7) aufgeschraubten Gegenring (41) verspannt ist. - Richtmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die axialbewegliche Richtscheibe (3) auf einer Paßfederführung (8) der Montagebuchse (7) angeordnet ist. - Richtmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine axiale Kammerbohrung (22) des Tragrings (20) mit einem Weggeber (39) versehen ist.
