Claims (6)
- Dispositif de déviation pour des tubes image, avec une bobine de déviation horizontale (12) et une bobine de déviation verticale (16) reliée à la bobine de déviation horizontale (12), caractérisé en ce que l'une des deux bobines de déviation (12, 16) présente au moins deux logements de broche (19), en ce que des broches d'ajustage (22) sont prévues sur l'autre bobine de déviation (12, 16), chaque broche d'ajustage (22) ayant une section de tige inférieure qui ne remplit pas la section intérieure du logement de broche (19), en ce que les logements de broche (19) sont traversés par les broches d'ajustage (22) et ce que la position relative des broches d'ajustage (22) dans les logements de broche (19), et donc aussi l'orientation des deux bobines de déviation (12, 16), est fixée solidement l'une par rapport à l'autre dans un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe du dispositif de déviation par des moyens de blocage (23, 24, 26), des moyens de blocage (23, 24, 26) étant prévus et liés sur chaque broche d'ajustage (22), lesquels reposent au moins avec une partie de leurs zones périphériques sur le pourtour (27) du logement de broche (19) et exercent alors dans la zone de support une force de pression sur le pourtour (27) du logement de broche (19) respectif.
- Dispositif de déviation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le logement de broche (19) et/ou les broches d'ajustage (22) sont reliés d'un seul tenant avec un composant de la bobine de déviation (12,16) respective pour laquelle ils sont prévus.
- Dispositif de déviation selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le composant respectif de la bobine de déviation horizontale (12) est une manchette (11) formée à base de plastique sur laquelle est formé l'enroulement de bobine horizontale et en ce que le composant de la bobine de déviation verticale (16) est une bague de guidage de fil (18) qui est reliée à la bague (15) en ferrite de la bobine de déviation verticale (16).
- Dispositif de déviation selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les broches d'ajustage (22), qui sont prévues sur l'autre bobine de déviation (12, 16) respective, sont des vis sans tête et les deux bobines de déviation (12, 16) sont reliées entre elles par un raccord à vis.
- Dispositif de déviation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 2 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de blocage sont soit des têtes (23, 23.1), reliées d'un seul tenant aux broches d'ajustage (22), de vis ou de rivets, soit des écrous (24) vissables sur les broches d'ajustage (22).
- Procédé pour l'orientation et la liaison de bobines de déviation verticale (16) avec des bobines de déviation horizontale (12) de dispositifs de déviation (10) de tubes image, caractérisé en ce que, étant donné que la bobine de déviation verticale (16) est disposée autour de la bobine de déviation horizontale (12), des broches d'ajustage (22) prévues sur l'une des deux bobines de déviation (12, 16) et des logements de broche (19) formés sur l'autre bobine de déviation (12, 16) respective, pénètrent et ainsi maintiennent ces deux dispositifs de déviation (12, 16) mobiles l'un par rapport à l'autre dans un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe du dispositif de déviation, en ce que les deux dispositifs de déviation (12, 16) sont orientés l'un vers l'autre et en ce que, dans une dernière étape, les bobines (12, 16) orientées l'une vers l'autre sont reliées solidement par l'action conjuguée des moyens de blocage (23, 24, 26) prévus sur les broches d'ajustage (22).
