Claims (21)
- Walzenzerkleinerer, enthaltend eine Walze (16) mit Zerkleinerungsgliedern (17), ein zur Walze (16) hin gerichtetes Gegenwerkzeug, das um eine zur Achse der Walze (16) parallele Schwenkachse (18) schwenkbar und mit Gegengliedern versehen ist, die auf Lücke zu den Zerkleinerungsgliedern (17) angeordnet sind, und Antriebsmittel zum rotierenden Antrieb der Walze (16), wobeidas Gegenwerkzeug kammartig ausgebildet ist, derart, daß die Gegenglieder an der Schwenkachse (18) unverdrehbar angeordnete Kammzähne (19) sind, die bogenförmig ausgebildet sind und unter Ausbildung eines sich verengenden Walzenspalts von der Schwenkachse (18) gegen die Walze (16) vorstehen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Kammzähne (19) in einer Ausnehmung (31) an der den Zerkleinerungsgliedern (17) der Walze (16) zugekehrten Seite einen Zahneinsatz (30) aus einem hochverschleißfesten Material enthalten. - Walzenzerkleinerer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Teil der Zähne des Zahneinsatzes (30) an einer mit den Zerkleinerungsgliedern (17) an der Walze (16) zusammenwirkenden Fläche mit einer hochverschleißfesten Verkleidung (34) versehen ist.
- Walzenzerkleinerer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zahneinsatz (30) auswechselbar in der Ausnehmung (31) gehaltert ist.
- Walzenzerkleinerer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kammzähne (19) an einem der Walze (16) abgekehrten Ende eine Bohrung (27) mit einer Abflachung (28) aufweisen und die Schwenkachse (18) eine Umfangsfläche mit einer Abflachung (29) enthält, daß die Kammzähne (19) durch Abstandsringe (20) in einem vorgegebenen Abstand voneinander an der Schwenkachse (18) angeordnet sind, und daß die Kammzähne (19) auswechselbar an der Schwenkachse (18) gehaltert sind.
- Walzenzerkleinerer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nahe den Enden der Schwenkachse (18) angreifende Stellmotore (35) vorgesehen sind, mittels derer die Schwenkachse (18) in Anlage an einen Anschlag (40) und die Kammzähne (19) in eine vorgegebene Arbeitsstellung gegenüber der Walze (16) vorgespannt sind.
- Walzenzerkleinerer nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stellmotore (35) jeweils einen druckmittelbetätigten Zylinder (36) und einen Stellkolben (37) enthalten, der an einem mit der Schwenkachse (18) verbundenen Lenker (38) angreift, daß der Anschlag (40) ein einstellbarer Anschlag ist und daß der Lenker (38) in Arbeitsstellung des Gegenwerkzeugs an dem einstellbaren Anschlag anliegt.
- Walzenzerkleinerer nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die druckmittelbetätigten Zylinder (36) mit einer Drucksteuerung (47) verbunden und mittels der Drucksteuerung (47) die Zylinder (36) mit Druckmittel von einem vorgegebenen Arbeitsdruck beaufschlagbar sind, bei dem das Gegenwerkzeug in der Arbeitsstellung gehalten ist, und daß die Stellkolben (37) bei Überschreiten eines vorgegebenen Maximaldrucks in den Zylindern (36) rückfahrbar und das Gegenwerkzeug aus der Arbeitsstellung auslenkbar sind.
- Walzenzerkleinerer nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drucksteuerung (47) ein 4/3-Wegeventil (50) aufweist, das eingangsseitig an eine Speisepumpe (48) und ausgangsseitig über ein Rückschlagventil (53) an die Zylinder (36) angeschlossen ist, die über ein Druckbegrenzungsventil (55) mit einem Druckmittelvorrat (49) verbunden sind, und daß die Zylinder (36) an Druckspeicher (57) angeschlossen sind.
- Walzenzerkleinerer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zerkleinerungsglieder (17) am Mantel der Walze (16) in Umfangsrichtung und in Axialrichtung gegeneinander versetzt angebracht sind.
- Walzenzerkleinerer nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zerkleinerungsglieder (17) in Umlaufrichtung vom Mantel der Walze (16) vorspringen und eine steil zum Mantel der Walze (16) abfallende Schlagfläche (23) bestimmen.
- Walzenzerkleinerer nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schlagfläche (23) mit einer verschleißfesten Platte (24) versehen ist.
- Walzenzerkleinerer nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verschleißfeste Platte (24) an einer dem Gegenwerkzeug zugekehrten Fläche wenigstens teilweise mit hochverschleißfestem Material verkleidet ist.
- Walzenzerkleinerer nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verschleißfeste Platte (24) auswechselbar an der Schlagfläche (23) befestigt ist.
- Walzenzerkleinerer nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß benachbarte Zerkleinerungsglieder (17) am Mantel der Walze (16) einen Axialabstand entsprechend der Abmessung der zugehörigen Kammzähne (19) haben, sodaß jeder Lücke zwischen den Kammzähnen (19) des Gegenwerkzeugs nur ein Zerkleinerungsglied (17) der Walze (16) zugeordnet ist.
- Walzenzerkleinerer nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze (16) und das Gegenwerkzeug von einem Gehäuse (1) umgeben sind, daß die Enden der Walze (16) und die Enden der Schwenkachse (18) des Gegenwerkzeugs in einer Gehäusewand und einer Zwischenwand (2) des Gehäuses (1) drehbar gelagert sind, daß das Gehäuse (1) einen zur Zerkleinerungseinrichtung (3) führenden Einfülltrichter (4) enthält, und daß die Zwischenwand (2) des Gehäuses (1) einen die Antriebsmittel (5) enthaltenden Gehäuseteil von dem die Zerkleinerungseinrichtung (3) enthaltenden Gehäuseteil trennt.
- Walzenzerkleinerer nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einfülltrichter (4) zwei gegenüberliegende Seiten enthält, deren eine senkrecht zur Achse der Walze (16) verläuft.
- Walzenzerkleinerer nach einem der Ansprüche 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze (16) innerhalb des Gehäuses (1) an der dem Gegenwerkzeug abgekehrten Seite von einer bogenförmigen, parallel zur Walze (16) verlaufenden Wandung (21) abgedeckt ist und daß das Gegenwerkzeug innerhalb des Gehäuses (1) an der der Walze (16) abgekehrten Seite von einer abklappbaren Wand (22) abgedeckt ist.
- Walzenzerkleinerer nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Gehäuse (1) unterhalb der Zerkleierungseinrichtung (3) ein Auslauftrichter (10) angeordnet ist und daß sich unterhalb des Auslauftrichters (10) eine Fördereinrichtung (11) erstreckt, die parallel zur Achse der Walze (16) verläuft.
- Walzenzerkleinerer nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die abklappbare Wand (22) eine Seitenwand des Auslauftrichters (10) bildet.
- Walzenzerkleinerer nach Anspruch 18 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fördereinrichtung (11) von einer Abfördereinrichtung (13) gefolgt ist, die außenseitig an dem Gehäuse (1) angebracht ist.
- Walzenzerkleinerer nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Gehäuse eine Mehrzahl von druckmittelbetätigten Stempeln (9) schwenkbar angeordnet sind.
