Claims (11)
- Dispositif de distribution du contenu d'un récipient pressurisé ou à pompe comportant une conduite rigide (11) comprenant une première extrémité (13) munie de moyens de connexion qui le fixe à une valve (15) ou à une pompe du récipient (17) et une seconde extrémité (29) formant orifice de distribution du produit et un organe mécanique (41) de commande de la valve (15) ou de la pompe ; un obturateur (23, 31, 63) de la seconde extrémité (29) de la conduite (11) formant orifice de distribution, l'organe mécanique de commande (41) assurant l'ouverture de l'orifice de distribution (29) et l'actionnement de la valve (15) ou de la pompe, caractérisé en ce qu'après la distribution du produit (71), l'organe mécanique de commande (41) de la valve (15) ou de la pompe assure la fermeture de l'orifice de distribution (29) du produit (71) sous l'action d'un élément de rappel (73) de la valve (15) ou de la pompe.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la conduite rigide (11) comporte une chambre (21) comprenant un rétrécissement, de préférence tronconique, dont l'extrémité forme l'orifice de distribution (29), et en ce que l'obturateur (23, 31, 63) comporte un pointeau (23) monté à translation dans la chambre (21) entre une première condition dans laquelle les pointeaux (23) ferment l'orifice de distribution (29) et une deuxième condition dans laquelle le pointeau (23) se retire dans la chambre (21) en dégageant l'orifice de distribution (29).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la conduite rigide (11) est coudée, en ce que le pointeau (23) comporte à une première extrémité une pointe (31) d'obturation et à une seconde extrémité opposée dépassant de la chambre (21) une gorge (37), en ce que l'organe mécanique de commande (41) a une forme en S ou en L et est monté à rotation autour d'un axe (55) perpendiculaire au plan du S ou du L, une première branche (43) du S ou du L comportant une fourchette (45) s'engageant dans la gorge (37) du pointeau (23), une seconde branche (47) du S ou du L formant levier et comprenant sur une face dirigée vers la conduite (11) une protubérance (49) d'appui glissant sur la conduite (11) et sur sa face opposée, de préférence à son extrémité, un élément (51) de réception du doigt (53) de l'utilisateur.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un statif formant un capot (18) comprenant des moyens de montage sur le récipient (17) et comprenant l'axe de rotation (55) de l'organe mécanique de commande (41).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un élément brisable assurant l'inviolabilité du récipient en empêchant la translation du pointeau et, partant, la distribution du produit et, dans une seconde condition, une fois brisée, permettant la translation du pointeau et, partant, la distribution du produit.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité (29) de la conduite (11) formant orifice de distribution du produit comporte des moyens (57) de montage provisoire, notamment un tronc de cône pointu, d'une canule (59), d'un filtre ou d'une aiguille d'injection (61) jetable après usage.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une pluralité de conduites rigides (11), chacune comprenant une première extrémité (13) munie de moyens de connexion à une valve (15) ou à une pompe d'un récipient (17.i) et une seconde extrémité (29) formant orifice de distribution du produit et en ce qu'il comporte un unique organe mécanique (41) de commande simultané de toutes les valves (15) ou pompes et d'ouverture de tous les obturateurs (23, 31, 63) des orifices de distribution (29), et en ce que les orifices de distribution (29) ont sensiblement une même orientation de manière à permettre la distribution simultanée des produits de tous les récipients et/ou du mélange de ces produits.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la ou les chambre(s) (21) a(ont) un volume calibré permettant le dosage d'un (des) produit(s), en ce que les moyens de commande mécanique (41) de la (des) valve(s) ou la (des) pompe(s) assurent leur fonctionnement jusqu'au remplissage de la (des) chambre(s) (21), puis l'ouverture de l'obturateur (ou des obturateurs) (23, 31, 63) délivrant une dose prédéterminée du (des) produit(s).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de commande (41) assure simultanément ou sensiblement simultanément et pendant sensiblement une même durée l'ouverture de l'orifice de distribution (29) et l'actionnement de la valve (15) ou de la pompe.
- Aérosol comportant au moins un réservoir pressurisé (17) muni d'une valve (15), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un dispositif de distribution de produits selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes dont la première extrémité (13) de chaque conduite rigide (11) est connectée à une valve (15).
- Conditionnement pour produit comprenant au moins un réservoir contenant le produit à distribuer et une pompe de distribution du produit, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un dispositif de distribution de produits selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9 dont la première extrémité (13) de chaque conduite rigide (11) est connectée à une pompe.
