Claims (11)
- Organe femelle de contact électrique et élément de boítier destiné à recevoir un tel organe, ledit organe étant du type comprenant un premier élément (1) réalisé à partir d'une bande métallique bonne conductrice de l'électricité et douée d'une certaine élasticité, ladite bande étant découpée et pliée pour présenter, à une extrémité, des pattes de sertissage (2, 3) prolongées par une partie profilée (4) elle-même prolongée par un corps (10) à section circulaire terminé par deux barrettes élastiques (7, 8) destinées à former une pince pour enserrer un organe mâle de contact électrique correspondant (82) et un élément complémentaire (30) fixé sur le corps (10) et réalisé à partir d'une bande métallique bonne conductrice de l'électricité et douée d'une certaine élasticité, ladite bande étant découpée et pliée afin d'affecter une section circulaire pour recevoir le corps (10) du premier élément (1) et présenter, deux barrettes élastiques (49, 50) destinées à porter contre les barrettes élastiques du premier élément et ainsi renforcer l'action élastique de celles-ci, tandis que l'élément de boítier (71) est du type destiné à coopérer avec un élément de boítier complémentaire pourvu des organes mâles de contacts électriques, ledit élément de boítier présentant des canaux (75) destinés à recevoir, chacun, un organe femelle de contact électrique, des moyens étant prévus pour verrouiller lesdits organes, ces moyens étant susceptibles d'occuper une première position d'attente dans laquelle les organes femelles de contacts électriques peuvent être mis en place et une seconde position de verrouillage dans laquelle ceux-ci sont bloqués, ledit organe femelle de contact électrique étant caractérisé en ce que les barrettes élastiques (7 et 8) du premier élément (1) sont méplates, ledit élément complémentaire (30) comportant, d'une part, un volet de retenue (46), dont l'extrémité libre est tournée du côté des pattes de sertissage et, d'autre part, au voisinage de son extrémité libre, au moins un bossage (45), tandis que chaque canal (75) présente au moins une cannelure (101) de guidage du bossage (45).
- Organe femelle de contact électrique et élément de boítier destiné à recevoir un tel organe, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément complémentaire (30) dudit organe présente, d'une part, le long de chacun de deux bords opposés (31, 32) destinés à être jointifs après pliage, une patte (36, 38) destinée à être pliée vers l'intérieur pour s'insérer dans une fente (19) du corps (10) du premier élément (1) et s'ouvrant entre les deux barrettes élastiques, et, d'autre part, une patte (47) découpée en un point intermédiaire de sa surface et destinée à être pliée vers l'intérieur pour s'insérer dans une encoche (12) de la longueur dudit premier élément (1) et découpée dans l'un des bords (6) du corps (10) destiné à être jointif avec le bord opposé après pliage dudit corps (10).
- Organe femelle de contact électrique et élément de boítier destiné à recevoir un tel organe, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps (10) dudit organe présente une partie méplate (10a) dans laquelle est découpé un ergot (15) coopérant avec la surface interne de l'élément complémentaire.
- Organe femelle de contact électrique et élément de boítier destiné à recevoir un tel organe, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les barrettes élastiques du premier élément dudit organe sont terminées par des rebords (23, 24) traversant des encoches (39) de l'extrémité correspondante de l'élément complémentaire (30).
- Organe femelle de contact électrique et élément de boítier destiné à recevoir un tel organe, selon la revendication 1, caractérisés en ce que l'élément complémentaire (30) dudit organe, sur deux bords opposés destinés à être jointifs après pliage, comporte une patte (35, 37) destinée à porter contre des saillies (17, 18) des bords correspondants des barrettes élastiques (7, 8) pour maintenir un certain écartement entre elles.
- Organe femelle de contact électrique et élément de boítier destiné à recevoir un tel organe, selon la revendication 1 et/ou l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisés en ce que les canaux (75) dudit élément de boítier (71) débouchent sur une partie ouverte dans le fond de laquelle sont conformées des empreintes (79) correspondant à la forme des organes femelles de contacts électriques, la partie ouverte (89) étant délimitée par une paroi d'extrémité (80) destinée à limiter l'engagement des organes femelles de contacts électriques et percée de trous (81) pour permettre le passage des organes de contacts électriques mâles (82), ladite partie ouverte (89) étant délimitée par des parois latérales (90) présentant, sur leur surface interne, des rainures (93, 94, 95) pour le guidage d'ergots (105, 109) d'une clé (102) présentant, sur sa face destinée a être tournée en regard des empreintes (79), des empreintes complémentaires (103) correspondant à la forme des organes femelles de contacts électriques, des moyens étant prévus pour maintenir la clé (102) dans une position d'attente dans laquelle ses empreintes sont éloignées des empreintes (79) du fond de l'élément de boítier pour permettre la mise en place desdits organes femelles de contacts électriques et pour, lorsque ceux-ci sont mis en place, déplacer la clé (102) vers une position de verrouillage dans laquelle les organes femelles de contacts électriques sont enserrés entre lesdites empreintes.
- Organe femelle de contact électrique et élément de boítier destiné à recevoir un tel organe, selon la revendication 5, caractérisés en ce que les parois latérales (90) dudit élément de boítier sont reliées, en un point intermédiaire de leur longueur, par un pont (91) formant une butée pour le volet de retenue (46, 46a) de l'organe femelle de contact électrique.
- Organe femelle de contact électrique et élément de boítier destiné à recevoir un tel organe, selon la revendication 5, caractérisés en ce que chaque paroi latérale dudit élément de boítier comporte, sur sa face interne, trois rainures (93, 94, 95), la rainure intermédiaire présentant une butée (98) avec des rampes inclinées de manière à pouvoir être franchie, tandis que les deux autres rainures (95, 93) comportent des crochets (99, 96) avec des abrupts (99a, 96a) tournés vers le fond, la clé (102) étant pourvue, sur deux bords opposés, d'ergots (105, 109) destinés à coopérer avec les abrupts des crochets et de butées (107) avec des rampes inclinées (107a, 107b), la position des crochets, des ergots et des butées étant telle que, lorsque les ergots portent contre les abrupts des crochets, les butées de la clé (102) portent contre une rampe (98a) des butées des rainures (94), la clé étant en position d'attente, tandis que lorsque les butées de la clé (102) ont franchi lesdites butées, la clé est en position de verrouillage.
- Organe femelle de contact électrique et élément de boítier destiné à recevoir un tel organe, selon la revendication 8, caractérisés en ce que les canaux (75) dudit élément de boítier comportent, du côté de leur entrée, deux amorces de pas-de-vis (76) débouchant sur des cannelures longitudinales.
- Organe femelle de contact électrique et élément de boítier destiné à recevoir un tel organe, selon la revendication 5, caractérisés en ce que l'élément de boítier est prolongé, du côté adjacent aux canaux (75), par une jupe (72) dans laquelle est inséré un joint d'étanchéité (73) percé de trous (74) alignés avec les canaux.
- Organe femelle de contact électrique et élément de boítier destiné à recevoir un tel organe, selon la revendication 5, caractérisés en ce que l'élément de boítier comporte deux parties ouvertes (89) sur deux faces opposées et recevant, chacune, une clé (102).
