Claims (15)
- Isolierplatte für Kühleinrichtungen mit einer Vielzahl von senkrecht zu den Außendecklagen verlaufenden Luftkammern (11), die an ihren Stirnseiten mit jeweils einer Deckschicht (2) verschlossen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Isolierplatte aus einer Wabenschicht besteht, die in zusammenhängenden Bahnen hergestellt ist, wobei die Wabenschicht im Verhältnis zum Materialeinsatz großvolumige Luftkammern (11) aufweist, die eine zentralsymmetrische Form haben, so daß die Isolierplatte sowohl in Querals auch in Längsrichtung etwa gleiche Stabilitätseigenschaften aufweist.
- Isolierplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftkammern (11) bienenwabenförmig ausgebildet sind.
- Isolierplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftkammern (11) quadratisch ausgebildet sind.
- Isolierplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wabenschicht (1) und die beiden Deckschichten (2) aus Pappmaterial bestehen.
- Isolierplatte nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Pappmaterial der Deckschichten (2) aus Hartkarton besteht.
- Isolierplatte nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckschichten (2) auf ihrer Außenseite mit einer Reflektorschicht (3) überzogen sind.
- Isolierplatte nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reflektorschicht (3) aus zwei Aluminiumfolien (31,32) besteht, zwischen die ein Strukturgitter (4) eingelegt ist.
- Isolierplatte nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 7, dadurch gekenzeichnet, daß die Deckschicht (2) eine Verlängerung (21) aufweist, die über die Seitenfläche der Isolierplatte heruntergezogen ist.
- Isolierplatte nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reflektorschicht (3) mit einer Verlängerung (33) über die Seitenfläche der Isolierplatte heruntergezogen ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Isolierplatte nach den Ansprüchen 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf die Deckschicht (2) eine Klebefolie aufgebracht wird, auf die eine Folie (31) als Reflektorschicht (3) aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Isolierplatte nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß anschließend auf die eine Reflektorfolie (31) ein Struckturgitter (4) und über das Strukturgitter (4) erneut eine Reflektorfolie (32) aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Isolierplatte nach den Ansprüchen 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf einer Reflektorfolie (31) ein Strukturgitter (4) aufgebracht wird, das durch eine zweite Reflektorfolie (32) abgedeckt wird, wobei beide Folien (31, 32) miteinander verklebt werden, und anschließend die so erzeugte Reflektorschicht (3) auf die Deckschicht (2) aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Isolierplatte nach den Ansprüchen 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Strukturgitter (4) unmittelbar auf die Deckschicht (2) aufgebracht und anschließend mit einer Reflektorfolie (32) abgedeckt wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Isolierplatte nach den Ansprüchen 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Strukturgitter (4) auf eine Reflektorfolie (31) aufgezogen und die so vorgefertigte Reflektorschicht (3) auf die Deckschicht (2) aufgebracht wird, sodaß das Strukturgitter (4) unmittelbar auf der Deckschicht (2) zu liegen kommt.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Isolierplatte nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigen der die Deckschichten (2) armierenden Reflektorschicht (3) mittels eines Klebers erfolgt, der ein Abziehen der Reflektorschicht (3) bei der späteren Entsorgung erlaubt.
