Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Etiketten (60), die Teilbereiche von Formularen (40) darstellen, bei denen ein mit einem Haftkleber (22) hinterlegter, mit einem silikonbeschichteten Papierstreifen (16) abgedeckter Teilbereich bis auf den Papierstreifen hindurch der Größe des Etikettes entsprechend umfangsmäßig zumindest teilweise ausgestanzt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
ein Haftkleber auf Heißleimbasis auf der Silikonseite des silikonbeschichteten Papiers (16) aufgebracht und anschließend das so beleimte, silikonbeschichtete Papier mit seiner beleimten Seite auf das Formular aufgebracht wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Heißleimauftrag mittels einer Flächenkaschierdüse oder mittels Walzen erfolgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
eine endlosgewickelte Silikonpapierrolle verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der mit Heißleim beschichtete, silikonbeschichtete Papierstreifen in einem Transferverfahren auf die Rückseite des Formular aufgebracht wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das silikonbeschichtete Papier während des Aufbringens des Haftklebers mit einer geringeren geschwindigkeit transportiert wird als das den aufgeklebten silikonbeschichtenten Papierstreifen enthaltende Formular. - Etiketten (60), die Teilbereiche von Formularen (40) darstellen, bei denen ein mit einem Haftkleber (22) hinterlegter, mit einem silikonbeschichteten Papierstreifen (16) abgedeckter Teilbereich des Formulars bis auf den Papierstreifen hindurch der Größe des Etiketts entsprechend umfangsmäßig zumindest teilweise ausgestanzt ist, hergestellt nach einem Verfahren der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 5
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
ein Haftkleber auf Heißleimbasis vorhanden ist.
