Claims (10)
- Procédé pour la formation et le transport de piles de feuilles dans un dispositif d'empilage 20 alimenté en feuilles en continu, comportant les étapes consistant à:amener en continu les feuilles à un convoyeur de feuilles (10),faire passer les feuilles au fur et à mesure du convoyeur (10) au dispositif d'empilage (20),assembler les feuilles en une ou plusieurs piles (5) dans le dispositif d'empilage (20) sur un organe de support principal (21),faire descendre l'organe de support (21) dans le dispositif d'empilage (20) au fur et à mesure que les feuilles s'assemblent sur celui-ci de sorte qu'une hauteur de chute de feuilles soit généralement maintenue entre le convoyeur (10) et la feuille de dessus des piles (5) assemblées sur l'organe de support (21),activer un organe de séparation (23) dans le dispositif d'empilage (20) pour séparer une rame (25) de feuilles contenant un nombre prédéterminé de feuilles des piles successives de feuilles passant dans le dispositif d'empilage (20),insérer un organe de support auxiliaire (22) dans le dispositif d'empilage (20) au-dessous de la feuille de fond des piles de feuilles successives pour les supporter dans le dispositif d'empilage (20) séparément de la rame (25) sur l'organe de support principal (21),de sorte que, lorsque l'organe de séparation (23) est inséré dans la pile (5), l'organe de support principal (21) est abaissé, créant ainsi une fente entre l'organe de séparation (23) qui limite le déplacement du bord des piles suivantes et la feuille supérieure de la rame (25) sur l'organe de support principal (21) pour permettre l'insertion de l'organe de support auxiliaire (22) et le support des piles de feuilles successives,acheminer la rame (25) sur l'organe de support principal (21) vers un convoyeur de transport (40),
caractérisé en ce que l'organe de séparation (23) est forcé sous l'action d'un ressort (23a) en avant dans la pile (5) de feuilles dans le dispositif d'empilage (20) lors de son activation. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre:de ramener dans le dispositif d'empilage (20) l'organe de support principal (21) pour transférer de l'organe de support auxiliaire (22) à celui-ci le support de la pile successive,de retirer l'organe de support auxiliaire (22) du dispositif d'empilage (20), etde faire passer l'organe de séparation vers une position désengagée de la pile (5) dans le dispositif d'empilage (20).
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de support principal (21) est ramené vide au dispositif d'empilage (20), eten ce que le support de la pile successive est transféré à cet organe de support principal (21) avant l'accumulation d'une pile complète sur l'organe de support auxiliaire (22).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la rame (25) est transportée par le convoyeur de transport (40) dans une première direction et est transférée sur un dispositif de décharge (60) constitué de bandes transporteuses (61) pour acheminer la rame dans une deuxième direction généralement perpendiculaire à la première direction.
- Appareil pour former et transporter des piles de feuilles dans un dispositif d'empilage (20) alimenté en continu comprenant:un convoyeur de feuilles (10) pour amener une succession de feuilles en continu dans un dispositif d'empilage (20),ce dispositif d'empilage (20) étant pourvu de moyens pour assembler les feuilles dans une ou plusieurs piles verticales (5),un organe de support principal (21) pour supporter les piles (5) dans le dispositif d'empilage (20), ce support (21) étant mobile verticalement vers le bas pour recevoir et décharger les piles (5) et vers le haut pour reprendre les piles suivantes,un organe de séparation (23) insérable latéralement entre le bord de la pile (5) et apte à séparer une rame (25) contenant un nombre de feuilles prédéterminé des piles de feuilles successives,un organe de support auxiliaire (22) insérable latéralement sous la feuille de dessous des piles de feuilles successives, et apte à supporter ces piles de feuilles successives pendant que l'organe de support principal (21) transporte la rame (25) de feuilles prédéterminée vers le bas,de sorte que l'organe de séparation (23) limite tout déplacement descendant d'un bord des piles suivantes au dessus de celui-ci lors de l'abaissement de l'organe de support principal (21) créant ainsi une fente pour l'insertion de l'organe de support auxiliaire (22) et le support des piles suivantes, etun convoyeur de transport (40) pour retirer la rame (25) de feuilles de l'organe de support principal (21),
caractérisé en ce que l'organe de séparation (23) comporte un élément élastique (23a) permettant son insertion en avant dans la pile (5) de feuilles dans le dispositif d'empilage (20) par effet ressort. - Appareil selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de séparation (23) comporte une lame ressort (23a) présentant un rebord (23c) pour permettre son insertion et son entrée en prise dans la pile (5) dans dispositif d'empilage (20).
- Appareil selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la lame ressort (23a) est fixée à un arbre (23b) destiné à tourner autour d'un axe de manière à faire pivoter la lame ressort (23a) et à forcer l'insertion du rebord (23c) dans la pile par effet ressort.
- Appareil selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un dispositif de décharge (60) comportant une série de bandes transporteuses (61) espacées l'une de l'autre pour acheminer les piles (5) à partir du convoyeur de transport (40) dans une direction généralement perpendiculaire.
- Appareil selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que des moyens sont prévus pour mouvoir les bandes transporteuses (61) dans une direction verticale de manière à être disposées entre les rouleaux (41) du convoyeur de transport (40) et à recevoir la pile (5).
- Appareil selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les feuilles amenées en continu du convoyeur (10) comprennent plusieurs flux réguliers de feuilles côte à côte de manière à former plusieurs piles (5) en parallèle, les bandes transporteuses (61) permettant l'acheminement des piles (5) formées en parallèle successivement vers un dispositif de cerclage.
