Description
Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zur kinematischen Hochfrequenzbehandlung eines Stoffes oder Stoffgemisches, umfassendeinen äusseren Träger für einen zylindrischen Kranz äusserer Zerkleinerungszähne (8, 13, 22, 27, 31),einen inneren Träger (1, 3, 10, 49, 51, 53) für innere Zerkleinerungszähne (3, 33, 37, 38, 39),
wobei der Kranz der äusseren Zähne die inneren Zähne umschliesst,
wobei die Innenflächen der äusseren Zähne (8, 13, 22, 27, 31) und vorzugsweise auch die Aussenflächen der inneren Zähne (3, 33, 37, 38, 39) je zwei Kanten (58, 10a) aufweisen, wobei der äussere und der innere Träger relativ zueinander gegenläufig rotierbar sind, und
wobei jeweils bei Annäherung eines äusseren und eines inneren Zahnes zwischen diesen ein Arbeitsspalt (6) gegeben ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Form der Innenflächen (9a, 9b, 14, 21, 28a, 28b, 32) der äusseren Zähne (8, 13, 22, 27, 31) und die Form der Aussenfläche (7, 23, 26, 36, 40) der inneren Zähne (3, 24, 33, 37, 38, 39) so geformt und gegenseitig aufeinander abgestimmt sind, dass bei maximaler Annäherung jeweils eines äusseren und eines inneren Zahnes der zugeordnete Arbeitsspalt (6) in seiner Mitte wesentlich verengt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Innenfläche (21, 32) der äusseren Zähne (22, 31) oder die Aussenfläche (7, 23, 40) der inneren Zähne (3, 39) eben ausgebildet und tangential angeordnet sind, unddass zugeordnet die Aussenfläche (26, 36) der inneren Zähne (24, 33, 37, 38) bzw. die Innenfläche (9a, 9b, 14, 28a, 28b) der äusseren Zähne (8, 13, 27) unter stumpfen Winkel mit zwei ebenen oder zwei konkaven Flächen aufeinander stossend oder bombiert ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass der innere Träger (1, 10, 49, 53, 54, 55, 57) zwei einander gegenüberliegend angeordnete innere Zähne (3) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass der innere Träger als hochkant stehende Platte (10, 49, 53, 54, 55, 57) ausgebildet ist, und dass die Schmalseiten (23) der Platte die zwei einander gegenüberliegenden inneren Zähne bilden. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Platte (10, 49, 54, 55, 57) im wesentlichen rechteckig ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Platte (3, 51, 53) im wesentlichen U-förmig mit parallelen Flanken ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Platte (10, 49, 53, 54, 55, 57) mit rechteckigem, an den Schmalseiten spitz zulaufendem oder abgerundetem Querschnitt ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Flächen der Zähne glatt, rauh, geriffelt oder sonstwie bearbeitet sind und/oder Ausnehmungen (52) oder eine Spitze (50) oder Kombinationen davon aufweisen.
