Description
Claims (21)
- Rolladensystem mit seitlichen Trägerteilen (1) für einen Aufziehmechanismus, ein Lager od.dgl., mit seitlichen Führungsschienen (5) für den Rolladenpanzer, wobei die Führungsschienen (5) jeweils über ein von den Führungsschienen (5) und den Trägerteilen (1) gesondertes Verbindungselement (7) mit einem seitlichen Trägerteil (1) verbindbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über das gesonderte Verbindungselement (7) die relative seitliche Lage zwischen Führungsschiene (5) und Trägerteil (1) einstellbar ist, wobei das gesonderte Verbindungselement (7) zwei L-förmige Teile umfaßt, wobei zwei L-Schenkel (7a,7b) dieser Teile teilweise überlappen und über eine lösbare Verbindung wahlweise mit verschiedenen Graden der Überlappung zueinander einstellbar sind.
- Rolladensystem mit seitlichen Trägerteilen (1) für einen Aufziehmechanismus, ein Lager od.-dgl., mit seitlichen Führungsschienen (5) für den Rolladenpanzer, wobei die Führungsschienen (5) jeweils über ein von den Führungsschienen (5) und den Trägerteilen (1) gesondertes Verbindungselement (7) mit einem seitlichen Trägerteil (1) verbindbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über das gesonderte Verbindungselement (7) die relative seitliche Lage zwischen Führungsschiene (5) und Trägerteil (1) einstellbar ist, wobei das Rolladensystem mehrere verschiedene gesonderte Verbindungselemente (7) umfaßt, die zumindest teilweise Z-förmig profiliert sind und von denen jeweils eines je nach gewünschter relativer seitlicher Lage von Führungsschiene (5) und Trägerteil (1) zur Verbindung von Führungsschiene (5) und Trägerteil (1) auswählbar und über Steckverbindungen mit dem Trägerteil (1) und mit der Führungsschiene (5) verbindbar ist.
- Rolladensystem nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur lösbaren Verbindung der Trägerteil (1) und/oder die Führungsschiene (5) jeweils zumindest eine Aufnahme (18, 10; 5c) aufweisen, in die das gesonderte Verbindungselement (7) einsteckbar ist.
- Rolladensystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (7) sich im mit dem seitlichen Trägerteil (1) verbundenen Zustand über den Großteil der Höhe des seitlichen Trägerteiles (1) erstreckt.
- Rolladensystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das gesonderte Verbindungselement (7) aus einem flachen oder profilierten Metallstück oder Kunststoffstück besteht.
- Rolladensystem nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das gesonderte Verbindungselement (7) einstückig ausgebildet ist.
- Rolladensystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es mehrere verschiedene linke und rechte Führungsschienen (5) umfaßt, deren Verbindungsbereich (5c) mit dem oder den Verbindungselement(en) (7) gleich ausgebildet ist.
- Rolladensystem nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsschiene (5) jeweils über ihre ganze Länge in mindestens zwei Teile (5a, 5b) unterteilt sind, wobei in einem ersten Teil (5a) ein Verbindungsbereich (5b) für das bzw. die Verbindungselement(e) (7) ausgebildet ist, und an diesem ersten Teil (5a) zumindest ein weiterer Teil (5b) zum Führen des Rolladens eines Fliegengitters od.dgl. befestigt ist.
- Rolladensystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rolladensystem für jeden Trägerteil (1) zumindest eine Abdeckung (9) umfaßt, die stimseitig außen am jeweiligen Trägerteil (1) befestigbar ist.
- Rolladensystem nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es für die Trägerteile (1) jeweils zwei oder mehrere verschiedene Abdeckplatten (9) umfaßt, die wahlweise am jeweiligen Trägerteil befestigbar sind.
- Rolladensystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es zwei oder mehrere verschiedene Trägerteile (1) umfaßt, die über Verbindungselemente (7) wahlweise an den Führungsschienen (5) befestigbar sind.
- Rolladensystem nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerteile (1) ein gleichartiges Verbindungselement oder eine gleichartige Aufnahme (1b, 10) für ein gesondertes Verbindungselement (7) zum Verbinden des Trägerteiles (1) mit der jeweiligen Führungsschiene (5) aufweisen.
- Rolladensystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerteile (1) einstückig ausgebildet sind und vorzugsweise aus gestanztem Blech bestehen.
- Rolladensystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerteile (1) am Rand abgewinkelte Schenkel (1a) aufweisen.
- Rolladensystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerteile (1) eine profilierte Struktur aufweisen, vorzugsweise wenigstens eine Profilrinne (1b) aufweisen.
- Rolladensystem nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Profilrinne (1b) zur Aufnahme eines gesonderten Verbindungselementes (7) ausgebildet ist, über das die Führungsschiene (5) mit dem jeweiligen Trägerteil (1) verbindbar ist.
- Rolladensystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trägerteil (1) an einem gegenüber der bzw. den Stirnflächen (1c) nach innen zurückversetzten, vorzugsweise ebenen Bereich (1d), mehrere Durchtrittsöffnungen (11) aufweist.
- Rolladensystem nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufziehmechanismus (3), das Lager (2) od. dgl. von außen durch die Durchtrittsöffnungen (11) hindurch mit dem jeweiligen Trägerteil (1) verschraubt sind.
- Rolladensystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckungen (9) aus ebenen Platten bestehen.
- Rolladensystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckungen lösbar an den Trägerteilen (1) befestigt sind, vorzugsweise durch Anschrauben, Anklipsen oder Aufstecken.
- Rolladensystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckungen (9) an den Trägerteilen (1) angeschweißt oder angeklebt sind.
