Abstract

Tube applicateur pour produits cosmétiques liquides ou semi-liquides, notamment pour mascara, comportant un corps externe tubulaire (1) dont une extrémité comporte un rétrécissement (10) servant d'essoreur pour un applicateur (31) disposé à l'extrémité d'une tige (30). L'applicateur (31) est disposé, à l'intérieur du corps externe (1), en dessous du rétrécissement (10), dans une pièce (4, 4'), dont une partie (40, 40') enveloppe ledit applicateur (31) et dont l'extrémité inférieure comporte une partie tubulaire (41) qui délimite un espace cylindrique (42) et qui est associée à une pièce (5) déformable disposée à l'extrémité supérieure d'un contenant (2) solidarisé à la partie inférieure du corps tubulaire (1).

Description

TUBE APPLICATEUR POUR PRODUITS COSMETIQUES LIQUIDES OU SEMI-
LIQUIDES, NOTAMMENT POUR MASCARA
La présente invention a pour objet un tube applicateu pour produits cosmétigues liguides ou semi-liguides, notammen pour mascara.
Actuellement un tube de mascara comporte une parti flacon contenant le mascara, obturable par une capsule laguelle est solidarisée une tige comportant à son extrémité un brosse en spirale permettant l'application dudit mascara sur les cils.
Quand le tube est fermé, la tige et la brosse baignen dans le mascara, et lorsgue l'utilisatrice extrait la brosse d tube, cette dernière passe par un étranglement servan d'essoreur gui élimine le surplus de produit, ledit étranglemen étant généralement constitué d'un rétrécissement de l'embouchure de la partie flacon. De tels tubes présentent toutefois un certain nombre d'inconvénients. En effet, d'une part l'utilisatrice n'utilise pas tout le produit gui imprègne la brosse mais en général seulement un tiers, ce qui pose le problème de la souillure de l'ensemble du contenu du flacon par les bactéries ramenées par la brosse lors de sa réintroduction, ce gui nécessite
1'adjonction au produit d'une grande guantité de conservateurs.
D'autre part, la totalité du produit contenu dans le flacon ne peut être utilisée, compte tenu de la longueur de la tige et du diamètre de la brosse, d'où une perte pour le consommateur.
D'autre part encore, au fur et à mesure de so utilisation, la guantité d'air contenue dans le flacon augmente et le produit sèche.
Enfin, la tige est toujours souillée par le produit, ce gui entraîne un encrassement progressif de la capsule et u risque d'empâtement de l'extrémité de la brosse.
La présente invention vise à remédier à ces divers inconvénients en proposant un tube applicateur gui s caractérise essentiellement en ce gu'il comporte, dans un corps externe tubulaire, un dispositif de distribution doseur adapt sur un contenant amovible indépendant dudit corps externe. Le tube applicateur selon l'invention comporte en outr un applicateur du produit cosmétigue adapté à l'extrémité d'un tige et pouvant consister en une brosse en spirale, pou l'application d'un mascara ou en une petite éponge pou l'application d'un produit du type rouge à lèvres liquide, di "lip gloss", ledit applicateur étant disposé, lorsgue le tub est fermé, dans un logement communiguant avec l'embouchure d'u dispositif de distribution doseur.
La mise en oeuvre du dispositif selon l'invention se fait en exerçant une pression sur le tube, par exemple sur l'une de ses extrémités, ce gui provogue la libération d'une dose de mascara, gui sort du contenant et se répand dans le logement de l'applicateur en l'imprégnant, après guoi on extrait ledit applicateur, gui passe par un essoreur. Les inconvénients des dispositifs connus sont ainsi écartés : d'une part la réintroduction de la brosse ne peut contaminer le mascara contenu dans la partie flacon, d'autre part tout le produit peut être utilisé, d'autre part encore ledit produit n'est jamais au contact de l'air et donc ne sèche pas, enfin la tige de l'applicateur nra plus à être longue pour aller chercher le produit dans le fond du flacon, ce gui permet de mettre en oeuvre des tiges assez courtes permettant une plus grande précision d'application.
Avantageusement le dispositif doseur utilisé peut être celui décrit dans la demande de brevet français 91/03079 déposée par les demandeurs, dispositif gui outre son efficacité, sa fiabilité et son faible coût, est réalisable en petites dimensions donc intégrable dans un corps externe de la taille d'un crayon. Plusieurs modes de réalisation du dispositif selon l'invention sont possibles, notamment un tube avec une tige extractible sous l'effet d'une pression exercée à l'arrière dudit tube, pression gui dans un premier temps crée la dose et imprègne la brosse de mascara, et dans un second temps extrait la brosse dudit tube.
Les avantages et les caractéristigues de la présente invention ressortiront plus clairement de la description gui suit et gui se rapporte au dessin annexé, leguel en représente un mode de réalisation non limitatif. Dans le dessin annexé : - la figure 1 représente une vue en coupe longitudinale d'un premier mode de réalisation d'un tube applicateur selon 1'invention.
- la figure la représente une vue en coupe selon 1'axe XX' porté sur la figure 1. la figure 2a représente une vue en coupe longitudinale d'un second mode de réalisation d'un tube applicateur selon l'invention, en position de fermeture. la figure 2b représente une vue en coupe longitudinale du même tube applicateur lorsgue la tige est sortie.
Si on se réfère à la figure 1 on peut voir gu'un tube applicateur selon l'invention comporte un corps externe tubulaire 1 dont une extrémité est ouverte et permet l'introduction d'un contenant 2 amovible et dont l'autre extrémité comporte un rétrécissement 10 de forme tronconigue constituant un essoreur.
Sur le corps externe 1 est adaptée une capsule 3 solidaire d'une tige 30 dont l'extrémité est munie d'une brosse en spirale 31.
La brosse 31 est logée à l'intérieur du corps externe 1, en-dessous de l'essoreur 10, dans une pièce 4 mobile longitudinalement dont une partie 40 enveloppe ladite brosse 31. L'extrémité inférieure de la pièce 4 comporte une partie tubulaire 41 gui délimite un espace cylindrigue 42 et gui, associée à une pièce 5 deformable en élastomère, constitue un dispositif doseur tel gue celui décrit dans la demande de brevet français 91/03079. Ainsi la pièce 5, gui est de forme générale cylindrigue, comporte deux parties tubulaires concentrigues 50 et 51 reliées par une paroi annulaire 52, l'ouverture supérieure de la partie tubulaire intérieure 51 étant obturée par une paroi 53 percée d'orifices 54. L'extrémité de la partie tubulaire 41 de la pièce 4 s'insère entre les deux parties tubulaires 50 et 51 et prend appui sur la paroi annulaire 52.
Si on se réfère également à la figure la on peut voir gue la partie 40 de la pièce 4 comporte des fentes longitudinales 44 permettant de faire communiguer le logement de la brosse 31 avec l'espace extérieur 43 de la partie tubulaire 41. L'utilisation du tube applicateur s'effectue, aprè enlèvement du capuchon 11 recouvrant la capsule 3, en exerçan une pression sur la capsule 3, ce gui a pour effet, lors d'un première utilisation, de chasser l'air contenu dans l'espac cylindrigue 42 tout en déformant la pièce en élastomère 5, laquelle, en reprenant sa forme initiale lors du relâchement de la pression, crée un dépression gui aspire le mascara conten dans le contenant 2 et remplit l'espace cylindrigue 42. Lors de pressions suivantes sur la capsule 3, le mascara contenu dans l'espace cylindrigue 42 se répand dans l'espace 43 en passant dans des fentes 45 pratiguees dans la partie tubulaire 41 et en déformant la partie tubulaire extérieure 50, puis, en passant par les fentes 44, imprègne la brosse 31 qui peut être extraite, l'essoreur 10 éliminant le surplus de mascara. Si on se réfère maintenant aux figures 2a et 2b on peut voir gue dans ce mode de réalisation la partie tubulaire 41 qui fait partie du dispositif doseur, associée à la pièce deformable 5 en élastomère, est solidaire de la tige 30 mais à l'extrémité opposée à celle comportant la brosse 31. Lors d'une pression sur le contenant 2, celui-ci dans un premier temps se déplace longitudinalement dans le corps tubulaire 1, repoussant la tige 30 et provoquant l'extraction de la brosse 31 du tube, puis dans un deuxième temps, lorsgue la partie tubulaire 41 arrive en butée sur la pièce 4' dont une partie 40' abrite la brosse 31, le produit contenu dans l'espace cylindrigue 42 se répand dans l'espace intérieur de la partie 40'. Ainsi, lors de la réintroduction de la brosse 31, celle-ci sera imprégnée d'une nouvelle dose de mascara et sera prête à l'emploi.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1) Tube applicateur pour produits cosmétigues liquides o semi-liquides, notamment pour mascara, comportant un corp externe tubulaire (1) dont une extrémité comporte u rétrécissement (10) servant d'essoreur pour un applicateur (31) disposé à l'extrémité d'une tige (30), caractérisé en ce gu 1*applicateur (31) est disposé, à l'intérieur du corps extern (1), en dessous du rétrécissement (10), dans une pièce (4, 4'), dont une partie (40, 40') enveloppe ledit applicateur (31) e dont l'extrémité inférieure comporte une partie tubulaire (41) gui délimite un espace cylindrigue (42) et gui est associée une pièce (5) deformable disposée à l'extrémité supérieure d'u contenant (2) solidarisé à la partie inférieure du corp tubulaire (1) .
2) Tube applicateur selon la revendication 1, caractéris en ce gue le corps tubulaire (1) est ouvert à son extrémit inférieure pour 1'introduction du contenant (2) .
3) Tube applicateur selon la revendication 1 ou l revendication 2, caractérisé en ce gue 1'applicateur (31) consiste en une brosse en spirale ou en une petite éponge. 4) Tube applicateur selon l'une guelcongue des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce gue la pièc (4,4') comporte des fentes longitudinales (44).
5) Tube applicateur selon l'une guelcongue des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une capsule (3) solidaire d'une tige (30) dont l'extrémité est munie d'u applicateur (31) est adaptée à l'extrémité supérieure du corps externe tubulaire (1) et en ce gue la pièce (4) est mobile longitudinalement.
6) Tube applicateur selon l'une guelcongue des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce gue la tige (30) munie l'une de ses extrémités d'un applicateur (31) est solidarisée, par son autre extrémité, à la partie tubulaire (41) de la pièce (4'), et en ce gue le contenant (2) est mobile longitudinalement.
