Claims (11)
- Scharnier (60) für die Anlenkung des freien Teilflügels (14b) am seinerseits mittels eines Scharniers verschwenkbar an der Korpus-Tragwand angeschlagenen korpusangelenkten Teilflügel eines zweiteiligen Eckschrank-Türflügels (14), bestehend aus zwei, jeweils den Teilflügeln zugeordneten Anschlagteilen, welche aus der im geschlossenen Zustand des Eckschranks die Teilflügel (14a; 14b) etwa rechtwinklig zueinander haltenden Stellung um etwa 90° in eine bei geöffnetem Eckschrank-Türflügel (14) im wesentlichen parallel fluchtende Lage verschwenkbar sind, wobei einer der Anschlagteile einen in einem Teilflügel festlegbaren Scharniertopf (38) aufweist, in welchem ein am anderen Teilflügel einstellbar befestigbarer mehrfach gekröpfter Scharnierarm (64) mit seinem freien Ende verschwenkbar auf einem im Scharniertopf (38) vorgesehenen Lagerstift (40) gelagert ist, und im Bereich der Lagerung des Scharnierarms im Scharniertopf einen den freien Teilflügel (14b) in eine relativ zum korpusangelenkten ersten Teilflügel (14a) einen Winkel von etwas über 90° einnehmende Stellung vorspannende Zuhalte-Einrichtung vorgesehen ist, wobei der Scharnierarm (64) aus insgesamt drei lösbar miteinander verbundenen, in Längsrichtung aufeinanderfolgenden Armabschnitten (64a, 64b, 64c) zusammengesetzt ist, von denen der im Scharniertopf (38) verschwenkbar gelagerte Lager-Armabschnitt (64a) mit dem mittleren Verbindungs-Armabschnitt (64b) in einer ersten Koordinatenrichtung verstellbar und der mittlere Verbindungs-Armabschnitt (64b) mit dem undrehbar am anderen Teilflügel angeschlagenen Montage-Armabschnitt (64c) in einer rechtwinklig zur ersten Koordinatenrichtung verlaufenden Richtung verstellbar verbunden ist, und der Montage-Armabschnitt (64c) seinerseits wiederum in einer im wesentlichen rechtwinklig zu den vorgenannten Koordinatenrichtungen verlaufenden Koordinatenrichtung verstellbar auf einem am zugeordneten Teilflügel (14b) befestigen Montageelement gehaltert ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Montageelement eine Auflagefläche (66) für eine zugeordnete, am Montage-Armabschnitt (64c) vorgesehene Befestigungsfläche (102) aufweist, und daß in der Befestigungsfläche (74) eine vom Schaft einer in eine Gewindebohrung (68) in der Auflagefläche (66) einschraubbaren Befestigungsschraube (78) durchsetztes Langloch (76) vorgesehen ist.daß in den einander zugewandten Auflage- bzw. Befestigungsflächen (66; 102) jeweils rechtwinklig zum Langloch (76) verlaufende parallele Riefen vorgesehen sind, die durch Anziehen der Befestigungsschraube (78) in formschlüssigen Eingriff drängbar sind.daß am Montage-Armabschnitt (64c) und im Verbindungs-Armabschnitt (64b) aneinander zur Anlage bringbare Befestigungsflächen (100; 88) vorgesehen sind, und daß in einem der Armabschnitte ein vom Schaft einer in ein Gewinde (96) in der Befestigungsfläche des anderen Armabschnitts einschraubbare Befestigungsschraube (94) durchsetztes Langloch (92) vorgesehen ist, unddaß in den einander zugewandten Befestigungsflächen (100; 88) jeweils rechtwinklig zum Langloch (92) verlaufende parallele Riefen vorgesehen sind, die beim Anziehen der Befestigungsschraube (94) in formschlüssigem Eingriff drängbar sind. - Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Verbindungs-Armabschnitt (64b) und im Lager-Armabschnitt (64a) aneinander zur Anlage bringbare Befestigungsflächen (82; 74) vorgesehen sind, und daß in einem der Armabschnitte ein vom Schaft einer in ein Gewinde in der Befestigungsfläche des anderen Armabschnitts einschraubbaren Befestigungsschraube (78) durchsetztes Langloch (76) vorgesehen ist.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den einander zugewandten Befestigungsflächen (82; 74) des Verbindungs-Armabschnitts (64b) und des Lager-Armabschnitts (64a) jeweils rechtwinklig zum Langloch (76) verlaufende parallele Riefen vorgesehen sind, die durch Anziehen der Befestigungsschraube (78) in formschlüssigem Eingriff drängbar sind.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Montageelement nach Art eines Scharniertopfs versenkt im zugeordneten Teilflügel (14b) befestigt ist.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das den Montage-Armabschnitt (64c) halternde versenkt im zugeordneten Teilflügel (14b)befestigte Montageelement und der den Lager-Armabschnitt (64a) verschwenkbar lagernde Scharniertopf (38) als identische Bauteile ausgebildet sind, welche sowohl Bohrungen zur Aufnahme eines Lagerstifts (40) im Topfinnern als auch eine Auflagefläche (66) zur verstellbaren Halterung eines Montage-Armabschnitts (64c) aufweisen.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Verstellrichtung zwischen dem Lager-Armabschnitt (64a) und dem Verbindungs-Armabschnitt (64b) bestimmende und die die Verstellrichtung zwischen dem Montage-Armabschnitt (64c) und dem Montageelement bestimmende Koordinatenrichtung jeweils rechtwinklig und die die Verstellrichtung zwischen dem Verbindungs-Armabschnitt (64b) und dem Montage-Armabschnitt (64c) bestimmende Koordinatenrichtung parallel zur Längsmittelachse des Lagerstifts (40) ausgerichtet sind.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Lager-Armabschnitt (64a) und am Verbindungs-Armabschnitt (64b) eine die relative Einstellposition der Teile zueinander abzulesen erlaubende Maßskala (112) an einem und eine Ablesemarke (114) am anderen Armabschnitt vorgesehen sind.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Montage-Armabschnitt (64c) und am ihn halternden Montageelement eine die relative Einstellposition der Teile zueinander abzulesen erlaubende Maßskala (108) an einem und eine Ablesemarke (110) am anderen Teil vorgesehen sind.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Maßskala (112; 108) mit die jeweils korrekte Einstellung für Teilflügel (14a; 14b) unterschiedlicher Dicke abzulesen erlaubenden Maßzahlen beschriftet ist.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der das freie Ende des Scharnierarms (34; 64) verschwenkbar lagernde Scharniertopf (38) im korpusangelenkten Teilflügel (14a) vorgesehen ist.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Scharnierarm (34; 64) am freien Teilflügel (14b) einstellbar befestigt ist.
