Abstract

Une tuyère d'injection d'eau utile pour nettoyer des surfaces de transfert de chaleur, notamment la surface de chauffe de la chambre de combustion de chaudières à vapeur, a une embouchure montée pivotante dans la paroi de la chaudière et une partie postérieure suspendue pivotante. Pour que la tuyère d'injection d'eau puisse se déplacer dans tous les sens sur un plan au niveau de l'embouchure, sans se salir, et pour que le jet incident sur la paroi opposée de la chaudière décrive une trajectoire définie avec précision, une bride placée sur l'embouchure du tuyau de soufflage (1) est montée sur un segment d'un joint universel (3) et le joint universel (3) est assujetti dans la paroi (4) de la chambre de combustion. La partie postérieure du tuyau de soufflage (1) est placée dans un guidage (5) monté sur une broche verticale (6) et horizontalement mobile en haut et en bas sur des broches horizontales (7, 8). Le guidage (5) est constitué d'un boîtier (9) non rotatif qui repose sur la broche verticale (6) et qui porte sur le côté un logement (10) bifurqué dans lequel est située une cage (11) en forme de joint de cardan. La cage (11) a une partie intérieure en forme de manchon (12) et y reçoit le tuyau de soufflage (1) de manière axialement mobile.
