Abstract

Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Etui, insb. Brillenetui, aus zwei vorzugsweise über ein Filmscharnier aneinander angelenkten Schalen aus Kunststoff, mit einem ineinander einrastende Noppen und Nuten im Überlappungsbereich der Schalenteile umfassenden Verschluß an den dem Scharnier gegenüberliegenden Längsseiten.The invention relates to a case, in particular a glasses case, consisting of two plastic shells, preferably hinged to one another via a film hinge, with interlocking knobs and grooves in the overlap area of the shell parts on the longitudinal sides opposite the hinge.

Neben der üblichen Ausbildung eines solchen Verschlusses mit einem über einen die Längsseitenwand durchsetzenden Druckknopf verschwenkbaren Haken, der in eine Nut der Gegenschale eingreift, wobei der Haken federbelastet in seine Arretierstellung gedrückt ist, sind auch bereits Etuis bekanntgeworden, bei denen starre Rastnoppen am einen Teil in Nuten des anderen Teils einragen. Dies erfordert jedoch, daß die Längsseitenwände der Schalen mit entsprechendem Kraftaufwand verbogen werden müssen oder aber eine entsprechend hohe Aufreißkraft aufgebracht werden muß, um die ineinander eingerasteten Verschlußteile zu entriegeln. Dabei liegt es schließlich noch im Rahmen der Erfindung, daß die Vorderwände der Schalen mit nach vorne vorspringenden beabstandeten Griffstegen versehen sind, wobei vorzugsweise die Noppen und Nuten sowie die Griffstege im Bereich einer mittigen Einbuchtung der Schalen angeordnet sein können. Das dargestellte Brillenetui besteht aus einer unteren Schale 1 und einer oberen Schale 2, die durch ein angespritztes Filmscharnier 3 miteinander verbunden sind. Die Schalen sind durch eine einstückige, an sich bekannte Auskleidung 4 ausgefüllt, die aus einem Material mit einer beflockten weichen und damit ein Verkratzen der Brillengläser verhindernden Material besteht. Im mittigen, durch eine Einbuchtung 8 zurückgesetzten Abschnitt der Vorderwand 9 der unteren Schale 1 sind zwei als zur Oberkante 10 parallele Längsstege ausgebildete Noppen 11 nach außen vorspringend angeformt, während im Stegrandabschnitt der oberen Schale 2 an den entsprechenden Stellen zwei Nuten 12 angeformt sind, in welche die Noppen 11 beim Schließen des Etuis einrasten. Die Einrastung erfolgt dabei selbsttätig und wird ggf. durch eine etwas keilförmige Ausbildung der Noppen 11 erleichtert. Zum Auseinanderziehen werden die beiden Schalen mit Hilfe der Griffstege 13 in Öffnungsstellung auseinandergezogen, wobei bedingt durch die leicht verbiegbare Ausbildung der Vorderwände 9 der beiden Schalen 1 und 2 - speziell im Bereich des Verschlusses - bereits ein leichter Zug genügt, um das Ausrasten der Noppen 11 aus den Nuten 12 zu bewerkstellingen. An der Innenseite der Vorderwand 9 der oberen Schale 2 ist dabei zusätzlich ein Haltesteg 14 vorgesehen, der die Vorderwand 9 zwischen den Noppen 11 hintergreift und somit stets sicherstellt, daß die beiden Schalen beim Schließen exakt übereinander positioniert sind, so daß - obgleich das Material relativ weich ist - ein weiteres Zurückdrücken des Etuis nicht möglich ist.
