Description
In einer alternativen Ausbildung sind die Bolzen 26, 28 durch einen Abstreckvorgang im Bereich einer zuvor erfolgten Ausstanzung hülsenförmig ausgeformt. In der Figur 5 ist beispielhaft der Lagerbolzen 26 dargestellt.
Die einstückig mit dem Verriegelungshebel 13 ausgeformten Bolzen 26, 28 haben aufgrund ihrer Herstellung zumindest annähernd eine zylindrische Mantelfläche. Damit sind sie für sich gegen axiale Auszugskräfte aus ihren Lagerungen nicht gesichert, so daß sie bei Belastung im Laufe einer Schwenkung des Verriegelungshebels 13 aus ihren Lagerungen gleiten können.
Claims (6)
- Lösbare Steckverbindung, die einen Stecker (11) und eine Steckeraufnahme (12) aufweist, mit einem Verriegelungshebel (13), der über erste Führungselemente (26) schwenkbar gelagert und mit zweiten Führungselementen (28) in Führungsbahnen (31) einführ- und verriegelbar ist, welcher Verriegelungshebel (13) radial gerichtete Vorsprünge (33) aufweist, die in, in Schwenkrichtung liegende Ausnehmungen (37) einführbar und durch die Schwenkbewegung des Verriegelungshebels (13) formschlüssig verriegelbar sind und die Vorsprünge (33) sowie die Führungselemente (26, 28) einstückig mit dem Verriegelungshebel (13) gefertigt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerung des Verriegelungshebels (13) an dem Stecker (11) erfolgt und die Führungsbahnen (31) an der Steckeraufnahme (12) verkörpert sind, daß die Führungselemente (26, 28) hülsenförmig abgestreckt sind und eine Wandungsstärke aufweisen, die zumindest annähernd der Wandungsstärke der übrigen Teile des Verriegelungshebels (13) entspricht.
- Steckverbindung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungselemente (26, 28) mit einer zylindrischen Mantelfläche ausgebildet sind.
- Steckverbindung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungselemente (28) mit einer kreiskegelstumpfförmigen Mantelfläche ausgebildet sind und der größte Durchmesser sich an dem freien Ende eines jeden Führungselements (28) befindet.
- Steckverbindung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (33) eine Wandungsstärke aufweisen, die zumindest annähernd der Wandungsstärke der übrigen Teile des Verriegelungshebels (13) entspricht.
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorstenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verriegelungshebel (13) U-förmig ist, mit zwei in der Schwenkebene liegenden Seitenschenkel (18), deren Endbereiche (23) nach je einem Absatz (24) in die Vorsprünge (33) übergehen, wobei die Seitenschenkel (18) mit den die Schwenkachse des Verriegelungshebels (13) bildenden, vor den Endbereichen (23) angeordneten ersten Führungselementen (26) seitlich an einem Steckergehäuse (14) befestigt und im Absatz (24) jedes Seitenschenkels (18) das zweite Führungselement (28) angeordnet ist.
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest die Seitenschenkel (18) des Verriegelungshebels (13) Sicken aufweisen.
