Description

BESCHREIBUNG DESCRIPTION
FlechterzangeBraider pliers
TECHNISCHES GEBIETTECHNICAL AREA
The invention relates to a braiding pliers, such as those used for fastening reinforcement bars or mats in the construction industry. The fastening is carried out by means of relatively thin wires which are laid around the reinforcing bars, twisted and then cut off with the pliers. With such a braiding pliers, every location in the space occupied by the reinforcement must be reached by design. A construction worker referred to as an egg must therefore be able to plunge into the reinforcement body with the pliers. This means that there must be sufficient space in the outer reinforcement for the braiding tongs to pass through. On the other hand, the braiding tongs must also lie comfortably in the hand so that handling with it is as effortless as possible.
STAND DER TECHNIKSTATE OF THE ART
As is known, Flechterzangen be used, which - like the commonly known pincers - consist of about two rod för weight parts * The two rod-shaped parts are articulately connected to each other, wherein on one side of the joint, the two free ends of the pliers as the back parts and the opposite other two free ends of the pliers are designed as handles. The two handles run away from each other in a V-shape towards their free ends. With this braiding tongs, handling in narrow reinforcement cages or similar reinforcement arrangements is sometimes extremely difficult, since when the tongs are opened to grasp the binding Because of the V-shaped spreading handles, the corresponding pliers within the reinforcement cage require a correspondingly large amount of free space. This free space is available but by design is not always available, so that the upper or * front Bewehrungs¬ location in such cases must be forced apart, so that the pliers in the reinforcement cage upper between this and front Beweh¬ approximate position can be rotated about its longitudinal axis, from Another disadvantage is that the handles of these braiding tongs spread very far apart in the open state, so that they can hardly be grasped by a human hand in this open state.
DARSTELLUNG DER ERFINDUNGPRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION
Based on this prior art, the invention has for its object to provide a braiding pliers of the type mentioned, in which the disadvantages mentioned from the above-mentioned prior art are not present, and which are therefore universal for fastening all irons a reinforcement arrangement and thus in particular also for fastening a lower or rear layer thereof in an optimal manner.
* The known from the prior art Flechter¬ tong is therefore distinguished by the fact that this Flechterzange not V-shaped nanderstoßen the two handles in the hinge point INEI in ge closed state of the jaw members and sort of cross there, but that the
Joint adjacent sections of the two handles are shaped so that their crossing point is only at a certain distance from the joint. With respect to a central axis running through the joint, the handle parts adjacent to the joint and the cheek part molded onto these handle parts are on the same - either right or left - plan half for such a braider, Upon opening of the liquid real tong, d, h, when performing the disassembling encompassed by the human hand grips attached to the joint adjoining handle parts so that not pivot out of the area occupied by the jaw members clearance. Such braiding pliers can therefore always be passed between reinforcing bars if their closed jaws fit through the existing space. The braiding tongs according to the invention therefore allow a very considerable increase in production, which is of great economic advantage. The braider tongs according to the invention therefore prove to be of great advantage, especially in the construction sector, where rationalization measures and measures to increase production are extremely desirable.
Weitere Vorteile und Merkmale der erfindungsgemäßen Flechter¬ zange sind den Unteransprüchen und dem nachstehenden Ausfüh¬ rungsbeispiel zu entnehmen,Further advantages and features of the braiding tongs according to the invention can be found in the subclaims and the exemplary embodiment below,
KURZE BESCHREIBUNG DER ZEICHNUNGBRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWING

WEGE ZUR AUSFÜHRUNG DER ERFINDUNGWAYS OF CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
A braiding tongs 10 is symmetrical in layout with respect to a central axis 12. A left jaw part 14 and a right jaw part 16 are pivotable with one another in a joint 18 which lies on the central axis 12 and is formed, for example, by a bolt or the like connected. The front ends 20 of both tsacκen * ceι le 14, 10 of a cutting edge are formed so that the aggregate of these jaws Flechterdraht wer¬ easily separated as possible in the form of the can,
In plan below the joint 18, a left handle portion 22 is at the left Backen¬ part 14 attached * This grip part 22 is integrally connected with the left jaw portion fourteenth In a corresponding manner, a right handle part 24 - likewise in one piece - is fastened to the right cheek part 16. The expression left and right here and in the following means that the corresponding components of the braiding tongs 10 are in the plan view corresponding to the left (L) or right (R) of the central axis 12,
Both handle parts 22, 24 are shaped approximately in a straight line in their central region and lead slightly apart towards the lower end of the pliers. * When the braiding pliers 10 (FIG. 2) are closed, the maximum mutual distance is the Handle parts 22, 24 - in the present example - as large as the corresponding maximum mutual distance between the left and right cheek parts 14, 16. This mutual distance is d in both cases. This ensures that the braiding tongs 10 are in the closed state - As shown in FIG. 2 - can be inserted into a reinforcement arrangement, and always when the braiding tongs with their jaw parts 14, 16 pass through the existing reinforcement free space,
In the lower area of the left and right handle parts 22, 24 they pivot towards one another and intersect in the area of point 26. At this point 26, the two handle parts 22, 24 ü 1 "lie one inside the other the lim n grip part 22 is a right grip 28 and on the right grip part 24 a left grip 30. Handle 28 and grip 30 form the area of the braiding tongs 10 which is gripped by the human hand of a reinforcement fencer. In the present example case, both handles 28, 30 have a maximum mutual distance D which is greater than the distance d. The lower region of the two handles 28, 30 runs parallel to one another. In cross section, the right handle 28 and the left handle 30 have an approximately circular shape.
In the present braider pliers, the left cheek part 14, the left grip part 22 and the right handle 28 are connected in one piece. In a corresponding manner, the right cheek part 16, the right grip part 24 and the left grip 30 are also connected in one piece Crossing area, at point 26, the two handle parts 22, 24 or the right handle 28 and the left handle 30 intersect in the area of the central axis 12,
As already stated, the present braiding tongs can always be inserted into a reinforcement cage or the like at least up to the area of the point 26 when the two jaw parts 14, 16 fit through the existing space between the reinforcing irons. When this braiding tongs 10 are opened, the handles 28, 30 are guided outwards, the jaw parts 14, 16 swiveling open. The left and right handle parts 22, 24 pivot towards one another, i. H. in the direction of the central axis 12. The mutual distance between the two handle parts 22, 24 thus becomes smaller (FIG. 1), so that this area of the braiding tongs 10, which is formed by the left and right handle parts 22, 24, does not interfere in the area a reinforcement cage, provided that the braiding tongs 10 - as stated above - can be inserted into a reinforcement cage, they can always be opened in their immersed state.
Due to the approximately parallel mutual alignment of the right and left handles 28, 30 when the pliers are closed, the two handles do not spread very far apart, so that the braiding tongs 10 also open Condition can easily be grasped by a human hand.
When mention is made in the foregoing of a Flechterzange so should ver¬ were are experiencing to open with this Flechterzange all sorts of tongs thereof vergrößer¬ ter space is needed *
