Abstract

In a retail package for sewing needles, a flat backing (10) and a partially profiled covering (20) are used. Only one part (22) of the covering is firmly connected to the backing and, in contrast, the other part (21) of the covering serves as a flap part which can be spread from its stretched parallel position on the backing into an angular position relative to the backing. The needles located between the backing and the covering project from the package when the flap part is bent away and are accessible for removal. In order to retain the remaining needles reliably when a retail package has been broken open, it is proposed to design the free edge strip (29) of the flap part so that it can itself be folded back. Die Erfindung richtet sich auf eine Verkaufspackung der im Oberbegriff angegebenen Art, die vor allem für als sogenannte "Öhrnadeln" bezeichnete Nähnadeln vorgesehen ist. Die zweilagige Ausbildung der Verkaufspackung aus einem ebenen Träger einerseits und einer profilierten Abdekkung andererseits gewährleistet einen raumsparenden, preiswerten Aufbau. Zur bequemen Entnahme einer Nadel ist die Abdeckung nur mit einem Teil am Träger festgelegt, der nachfolgend kurz "Festteil" bezeichnet werden soll, während der übrige Teil der Abdeckung in eine Winkellage zum Träger abspreizbar ist und daher nachfolgend "Klappenteil" benannt werden soll. Wird der Klappenteil abgespreizt, so liegen die ihm zugeordneten Abschnitte der Nadeln frei und sind zur Entnahme bequem zugänglich. Die Erfindung schlägt ganz einfach vor, den Randstreifen des abwinkelbaren Klappenteils seinerseits rückfaltbar zu machen. Die Erfindung hat nämlich erkannt, daß die Abdeckung in diesem Bereich stets länger ausgebildet ist, als zur Aufnahme der Nadeln erforderlich ist. Diese Überlänge wird nun bei der Erfindung zur Rückfaltung genutzt. Durch die Rückfaltung entsteht ein Faltscheitel, der die freien Stirnenden der Nadeln übergreift, während der sich daran anschließende Faltschenkel die Endbereiche der freiliegenden Nadelabschnitte auf der dem Träger zugekehrten Seite hintergreift, womit diese U-förmig umgriffen sind. Dieser U-förmige Übergriff hält die Restabschnitte der Nadeln in der vom Festteil der Abdeckung am Träger erzeugten Restaufnahme zurück. Es genügt lediglich dafür zu sorgen, daß der Rückfaltschenkel in seine Anlageposition am Träger verbracht wird. Ein auch dabei verbleibender Berührungsspalt zwischen dem anliegenden Klappenteil einerseits und dem Träger andererseits mag dabei zwar bestehen, doch können die jetzt durch den U-förmigen Übergriff der Rückfaltung gesicherten Nadeln nicht mehr durch den Spalt herausfallen.The invention very simply proposes to make the edge strip of the hinged flap part foldable in turn. Bei abgeknicktem Träger-Endstück 46 kann folglich, wie aus Fig. 5 erkennbar ist, der rückgefaltete Klappenteil 21 mit seinem Rückfaltscheitel 43 in das Schließmaul 48 eingeschoben werden, wonach das abgewinkelte Träger-Endstück 46 wieder zunehmend in seine strichpunktiert in Fig. 5 und 6 angedeutete Strecklage 49 im Sinne des angedeuteten Schwenkpfeils 50 von Fig. 6 um die Falzlinie 45 zurückbewegt wird. Dabei wird die Lasche 14 mitverschwenkt und drückt den von ihr übergriffenen Rückfaltscheitel 43 des umgefalteten Klappenteils 21 wieder an den Träger 10 an. Dadurch sind die in den Aufnahmen 31, 32, 33 zurückgebliebenen Nadeln 30 in der behelfsmäßig verschlossenen Packung gegen Herausfallen gesichert. Die Rückfaltung 29', 43 bildet zusammen mit der Lasche 14 den erwähnten Verschlußbehelf 40 der Verpackung. Dazu genügt es, die Ausschnitte für die Lasche 14, die Zungen 15 und die Prägungen für die Falzlinie 45, wie Fig. 1 zeigt, im Höhenbereich des rückfaltbaren Randstreifens 29 der Abdeckung 20 anzuordnen. Claims (12)

1. Verkaufspackung für Nähnadeln (30) od. dgl., aus zwei Lagen (10, 20), die stellenweise miteinander verbunden (26, 27, 28) sind und zwischen sich Aufnahmen (31, 32, 33) für die Nadeln (30) aufweisen, wobei die eine Lage ein ebener Träger (10) und die andere eine bereichsweise (24) profilierte Abdeckung (20) sind, nur ein Teil (22) die Abdeckung (20) fest mit dem Träger (10) verbunden (26, 27) ist (Festteil 22), dagegen der übrige Teil (21) der Abdeckung (20) von seiner gestreckten Parallellage (23) am Träger (10) klappenartig in eine Winkellage (23) zum Träger (10) abspreizbar (18) ist (Klappenteil 21), wodurch die Nadeln (30) zwar mit ihrem unteren Lagerabschnitt (36) in der vom Festteil (22) erzeugten Restaufnahme (32, 33) stecken, aber mit ihrem dem Klappenteil (21) zugeordneten Abschnitt (35) daraus herausragen und zur Entnahme (37) frei zugänglich sind (Nadel-Freiabschnitt 35),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der freie Randstreifen (29) des Klappenteils (21) seinerseits rückfaltbar (42) ist, der so entstehende Rückfaltscheitel (43) die Nadel-Stirnenden (38) übergreift, während der rückgefaltete Schenkel (Rückfaltschenkel 29') die Endstücke (39) der Nadel-Freiabschnitte (35) hintergreift, der Rückfaltschenkel (29') als Verschlußbehelf (40) für die durch vorausgehendes Abspreizen (18) des Klappenteils (21) angebrochene Verkaufspackung dient und dazu am Träger (10) zur Anlage kommt. 1.
