Claims (8)
- Case for sticks of pasty cosmetic, pharmaceutical or like products, of the kind comprising an outer casing (6) and an inner casing (4) mounted in coaxial and rotary relationship with respect to each other, a cup (8) mounted in axially movable relationship in the inner casing (4) with the assistance of means co-operating with the external casing (6) under the effect of the rotation of the latter, and a tubular base member closed at one end by a bottom wall onto which is provided a tubular coaxial element (2) extending towards the open end of the base member, the internal casing (4) being provided at one of its ends with a coaxial skirt (5) one end of which is connected to the end of the casing by an annular bottom wall, the internal casing (4) being adapted to be axially fitted with its skirt onto the tubular element (2) of the base member while engaging the annular space defined between this tubular element and the base member, radially outwards projecting cogging means (14) being provided at the free end of the tubular element (2) to axially lock the internal casing within the base member (1) by coming into engagement with the free upper surface of the skirt after the fitting of the latter onto the tubular element (2), and a stop being provided in the angular space of the base member (4) upon which is bearing the angular bottom wall of the internal casing, characterized in that the cogging means (14) comprise elastically deformable lugs (16) which project in parallel relation to the axis of the case from the free end of the tubular element (2) and are angularly distributed about this axis and carry each one at its free end a cogging dog (15) and in that the internal face of the skirt (5) and the external face of the tubular element (2) comprise complementary means for connecting the skirt (5) and the tubular element (2) for unitary rotation thereof during the fitting of the skirt onto this element.

- Case according to claim 2, characterized in that the aforesaid ribs (18) exhibit a substantially tretrahedral shape the width and the height of which increase in the direction towards the base member.
- Case according to one of the foregoing claims, characterized in that the tubular element (2) comprises an angular base ring (21) from the top front face of which extend the elastic lugs (16), these lugs are connected at their lower portion by ring portions (17) and in that the outer surfaces of the lugs (16) and of the ring portions (17) are radially offset towards the axis of the case with respect to the outer surface of the base ring (21) so as to form the aforesaid stop for the bearing of the internal casing (4), the aforesaid ribs being provided on the external face of the ring elements (17).
- Casing according to one of the foregoing claims, characterized in that an aforesaid dog (15) comprises a flat top face (15a), an adjacent face sloping downwards with respect to the flat face (15a) advantageously with an angle of 45° and a bulged bottom face (15c) connected to the external surface of the lugs.
- Case according to claim 4 or 5, characterized in that the aforesaid ring portions (17) exhibit a height substantially equal to one half of the height of the aforesaid cogging elements (14).
- Case according to any one of claims 4 to 6, characterized in that the cogging elements (14) form setback portions with respect to the external surface of the ring portions (17).
- Case according to any one of the foregoing claims, characterized in that the cogging elements (14) are in a number of four, each ring portion (17) comprising three ribs.
