Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Austragvorrichtung nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1. Sie kann für Medien beliebiger Art vorgesehen sein und ist zur Durchführung eines Austragvorganges mit einer Austrag-Betätigung versehen ist. Diese ist vorteilhaft so ausgebildet, daß sie manuell zwischen einer Ausgangsstellung und einer End- bzw. Betätigungsstellung in einem Bewegungszyklus z.B. hin- und hergehend bewegbar ist. In wenigstens einer Stellung ist die Austrag-Betätigung zweckmäßig gegen Bewegungen in Betätigungsrichtung und/oder Rückstellrichtung mit einer Sperre zumindest innerhalb bestimmter Bewegungsgrenzen festsetzbar, wobei die Sperre durch eine manuelle Betätigung wieder freizugeben bzw. auslösbar sein soll.The invention relates to a discharge device according to the preamble of claim 1. Die Austragvorrichtung 1 weist eine als in sich geschlossene Montagebaugruppe ausgebildete Austrageinheit 2 mit einem Austragförderer 3 und einem Speichergefäß 4 auf, die durch eine Austrag-Betätigung 5 manuell zu betätigen sind. Hierbei wird die Kolbeneinheit 7 einer zum größten Teil in das Speichergefäß 4 eingreifenden Pumpe 6 betätigt, deren Pumpenkammer einen ventilgesteuerten Einlaß 8 und einen ventilgesteuerten Auslaß 9 aufweist. Zur Betätigung ist ein Kolben- bzw. Betätigungsstößel 10 vorgesehen, der mit einer Förderhandhabe in Form eines Betätigungsgliedes 11 in Form einer ihn umgebenden Druckfläche verbunden und über eine Steckverbindung an dem Kolbenstößel der Kolbeneinheit 7 angeordnet ist. Der Betätigungsstößel 10 ist von einem an den Auslaß 9 angeschlossenen Auslaßkanal 13 durchsetzt, von einem einteilig mit ihm ausgebildeten und etwa in der Pumpenachse liegenden Austragstutzen 12 umgeben und weist im Bereich seiner Endfläche die ins Freie führende Auslaßöffnung der Austrageinheit 2 auf. Das Zylindergehäuse bildet mit einem Zylinderdeckel einen Grundkörper 14, mit welchem der Austragförderer 3 durch ein Befestigungsglied 15, zum Beispiel einen kappenförmigen Gefäßflansch 16 umgreifenden Krimpring an dem Gefäßhals 17 befestigt ist. Zwischen diesem Gefäßflansch 16 und dem Gefäßbauch 18 bildet der Gefäßhals 17 am Außenumfang eine Ringnut, die an einer Flanke von dem Befestigungsglied 15 begrenzt sein kann. Die Stellnocken 33 kommen mit den Gegennocken 34 in Eingriff, während der Sperrnocken 31 den ersten Kulissenabschnitt durchläuft, sind dann bis kurz vor Erreichen der Sperranschläge 54, 55 ständig so in Eingriff, daß eine drehschlüssige Verbindung zwischen der Kappe 19 und dem Erfassungsglied 22 gegeben ist und gelangen vor Erreichen der Sperrlage wieder außer Eingriff, so daß das Erfassungsglied 22 nur noch durch die Reibverbindung 39 gehalten ist. Während des selbsttätig gesteuerten Durchlaufes des Sperrnockens 31 durch die zweiten bis fünften Kulissenabschnitte führt somit die Kappe 19 mit dem Erfassungsglied 22 eine hin- und hergehende Drehbewegung gegenüber dem Grundkörper 21 aus.If the locking

- Discharge apparatus (1) for media with a discharge unit (2) containing a medium reservoir (4) and a discharge actuating means (5), which has a discharge head actuatable with at least one actuator (11) of a handle (11, 23) with respect to the discharge unit (2) in a movement cycle from a starting position, via a discharge movement to an actuating position and at least one catch system (29) substantially fixing the discharge head in at least one locking position against at least one movement direction, the starting position is provided as the locking position, the handle (11, 23) is provided with an actuator (23) for the catch system (29) and the catch system (29) has at least one locking cam (31) of a removable preventer guided in a guide (49) and which secures the discharge head in the locking position against the removal of the discharge unit (2), characterized in that the locking cam (31) during the discharge movement is guided in the guide (49) with which is associated a guide inlet (53) for releasing the removal preventer by rotating and drawing out the locking cam (31).

- Discharge apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the guide (49) has a slot-like construction, that in particular the guide (49) has angularly interconnecting guide portions and that the guide entrance (53) is located in the extension of a guide start (51) or the first guide portion and that preferably the first guide portion is axially connected to the guide start (51).
- Discharge apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one locking cam (31) is constructed as a radially projecting cam, that in particular at least one locking cam (31) projects from a sleeve (48) and that preferably the sleeve (48) emanates from an end wall of a cap (19) of the discharge head, the cap (19) engages over the discharge head (2) and the end side and circumference of the cap (19) having a discharge connection (12) form the handle (11, 23).
- Discharge apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a catch system (29) is constructed as a link catch, which preferably has at least one link guide (49) for a locking cam (31) located in the link centre (50) and/or bounded by a stop member (54, 55) on one link periphery and emanating from a link start (51) and returning to the same and which is in particular bounded immediately adjacent to the link start (51) open to the guide entrance (53) by opposite barrier surfaces, which form a transition (52) to the link start.
- Discharge apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one locking member of a catch system (29) is provided on a body (21) separate from a discharge unit (2) comprising the discharging means (3), fastening member (15) and medium reservoir (4) and which is preferably fixed by means of a plug-in and snap connection (24) to the discharge unit (2) and that in particular the catch system (29) is located within a jacket (35) of the actuator (11, 23).
- Discharge apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a catch system (29) is constructed in positively locking manner, that in particular the discharge head has an actuating push rod (10) surrounded by the handle (11, 23) and the discharge connection (12) and having a discharge opening in the vicinity of its end face and that preferably the discharge head with at least one plug connection is located on a piston rod of a piston unit (7).
- Discharge apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one determining device (20) is provided and that a determining device (20) is in particular constructed as a counting device for the discharge processes, which is controllable by means of an actuator (11) and preferably forcibly guided with the discharge actuating means (5).
- Discharge apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a determining device (20) is provided and is controlled by means of the same actuator (11) as a catch system (29), that in particular at least one control movement of a catch system (29) forms a control movement of a determining device (20) and that preferably the release of the catch system (29) forms an engagement of a servodrive (30) of the determining device (20).
- Discharge apparatus according to claim 7 or 8, characterized in that a servodrive (30) of a determining device (20) has on an adjusting member (43) at least one adjusting cam (33) for engagement in at least one countercam (34) of a determining member (22), that the adjusting member (43) is in particular directly formed by the actuator (11, 23) and that preferably the adjusting cam (33) is transferable into a starting position with the release movement of a catch system (29) at right angles to its adjusting movement and in which the countercam (34) is in the adjusting direction in the movement path thereof.
- Discharge apparatus according to one of the claims 7 to 9, characterized in that an adjusting member (43) of a servodrive (30) of a determining device (20) is secured substantially against rotation in at least one position, that the adjusting member (43) is prevented from rotation particularly with a catch system (29) and that preferably the locking members of the catch system (29) are substantially uninterruptedly in guidance engagement with one another at least during the engagement of the adjusting cam (33) of the determining device (20).
- Discharge apparatus according to one of the claims 7 to 10, characterized in that a catch system (29) and a servodrive (30) of a determining device (20) are provided in axially succeeding manner, that in particular a catch system (29) and a servodrive (30) of a determining device (20) are provided radially directly adjacent to one another and that preferably a catch system (29) and a servodrive (30) are provided on the inner circumference of a cap (19).
- Discharge apparatus according to one of the claims 7 to 11, characterized in that a determining member (22) of the determining device (20) is mounted on the body (21) of the catch system (29), that in particular the determining member (22) is mounted in rotary manner and that preferably the determining member (22) forms with said body (21) a preassembled subassembly.
