Cette structure totalement originale apporte de multiples avantages qui, de manière non exhaustive, seront repris ci-après.

  • 1. Au niveau du principe d'utilisation d'une lampe à plat par rapport à son support et donc à la carte.
    De cette nouvelle situation de la lampe, on tire les bénéfices suivants :
    • bénéfice d'une surface de filament (16) apparente, plus importante
    • amélioration de l'éclairement par effet réflecteur sur le support.
    Pour cela plusieurs possibilités envisagées :
    • par la couleur utilisée dans le support
    • à l'aide d'une colle chargée en matière réfléchissante
    • par métallisation
    • par utilisation d'un réflecteur métallique
    • etc...

    Chacune de ces actions participe au gain d'éclairement qui peut être jusqu'à quatre fois.
    Un tel gain permet une augmentation de la durée de vie de la lampe par une moindre sollicitation de celle-ci, ou une sous-alimentation.
    On obtient alors une amélioration du rapport Eclairement/Watt.
    D'autre part l'encombrement dans le sens de l'axe Z (figure 4) d'encliquetage dans la carte est considérablement réduit.
  • 2. Au niveau de la connexion électrique la forme envisagée rend possible un enroulement automatisable, qui sans intermédiaire assure la liaison électrique entre la lampe et le circuit d'alimentation. L'adjonction de la lame métallique rapportée permet le raccordement sur l'une ou l'autre face du circuit imprimé, indifféremment.
    L'enroulement réduit considérablement les chutes de tension entre le produit et son circuit d'alimentation, à savoir la carte (15).
  • 3. Au niveau de l'élasticité du support la forme du support permet le surmoulage de l'insert métallique élastique, évitant ainsi la relaxation de la base de connexion. On a ainsi l'assurance d'un contact électrique au cours du temps.
  • 4. Au niveau du verrouillage du support, le démontage reste possible.
  • 5. L'empreinte de montage (15) est symétrique suivant ses deux axes. Un détrompage n'est pas nécessaire, mais il est bien entendu possible.
  • 6. Les présentations du support et de sa lampe sont multiples à savoir qu'ils peuvent être présentés :
    • unitairement,
    • par lots de n pièces regroupées linéairement sur un même support (10),
    • par réseau de n pièces regroupées sur un même support (10) (le réseau peut être plan ou volumique et le support peut être recouvert ou non d'une protection surmoulée).

    This gives an improvement in the Illumination / Watt ratio.
    On the other hand, the size in the direction of the axis Z (FIG. 4) of snap-fastening in the card is considerably reduced.
  • 2. At the level of the electrical connection, the envisaged shape makes possible an automated winding, which without intermediary ensures the electrical connection between the lamp and the supply circuit. The addition of the added metal strip allows connection on either side of the printed circuit, either.
    The winding considerably reduces the voltage drops between the product and its supply circuit, namely the card (15).
  • 3. In terms of the elasticity of the support, the shape of the support allows overmolding of the elastic metal insert, thus avoiding relaxation of the connection base. There is thus the assurance of an electrical contact over time.
  • 4. When locking the support, disassembly is still possible.
  • 5. The mounting footprint (15) is symmetrical along its two axes. A key is not necessary, but it is of course possible.
  • 6. There are many presentations of the support and its lamp, namely that they can be presented:
    • individually,
    • in batches of n pieces grouped linearly on the same support (10),
    • by network of n pieces grouped together on the same support (10) (the network can be flat or volume and the support can be covered or not with an overmolded protection).

Claims (6)

  1. Assembly of a lamp and its holder, more especially intended to be inserted into a printed circuit board or the equivalent, the lamp (2) being disposed on the holder (1) perpendicularly to the axis mounting axis for the holder in the board, so that said lamp, together with its filament, is parallel to the board in its position of use, characterised in that the holder is clipped onto the board and comprises a housing (3) for receiving the lamp, said housing also serving as a reflector, the lamp being held in position by a clip (4).
  2. Assembly according to claim 1, characterised in that the electrical connectors comprise a wire (5) which extends towards the underneath of the holder and which is be wound, at each of its ends, around the free ends of a resilient carrier bar (6).
  3. Assembly according to claim 2, characterised in that the windings are effected around the bar in both directions, the direction being changed by a bevel gear spur (7).
  4. Assembly according to one of claims 2 and 3, characterised in that the wires are wound between one or two supports (8,9) which are integral with the bar, and in that they are made integral by the deformation of at least one support, by the application of material or by ultra-sonic welding.
  5. Assembly according to one of claims 2,3 and 4, characterised in that the bar (6) comprises a metallic insert (10).
  6. Assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the securement in the board is effected on level with a plane (11), with clip-on lugs (12,13) which abut against the board base (14).
