Claims (10)
- Rotierende Ablegevorrichtung zum genauen Plazieren von blattartigen Elementen auf flachen Trägern, welcher umfaßt:- wenigstens ein feststehendes Magazin (10), das translatorisch regulierbar ist, zum Speichern der gestapelten blattartigen Elemente (8),- eine Druckwalze (11), die mit einer Endloszufuhrvorrichtung (4) für die flachen Träger (2) zusammenarbeitet, um jeden mit einem blattartigen Element (8) auszustatten,
wenigstens ein Organ (22) zum Greifen und Ablegen der blattartigen Elemente, eines nach dem anderen, durch Saugen und- Mittel (12 bis 17) zum Stützen und Antreiben des genannten Greiforgans (22), angeordnet, um letzterem eine Trajektorie Zu verleihen, deren einer Teil hypozykloid (30, 30') ist und zwei Umkehrpunkte (31, 32) unfaßt, von denen der eine (31) mit dem Greifpunkt eines blattartigen Elementes (8) an dem genannten Magazin (10) zusammenfällt und von denen der andere (32) mit dem Übertragungspunkt des genannten Elementes (8) an die genannte Druckwalze (11) zusammenfällt, wobei die Trajektorie von Element (8) unmittelbar oberhalb des Übertragungspunktes ein Kreisbogen ist, der ein Aufnahmeorgan (4, 7) berührt,aufgrund dessen jedes blattartige Element am ersten Punkt unterhalb von (31) mit dem genannten Greifelement eng verbunden ist, mit einer relativen Geschwindigkeit von Null zwischen dem beweglichen Greiforgan und dem unbeweglichen blattartigen Element, und am zweiten Punkt unterhalb von (32) von dem Greiforgan (22) an das genannte Aufnahmeorgan (4, 7) übertragen wird, das synchron mit dem Greiforgan in einer Weise angetrieben wird, daß an diesem zweiten Übertragungspunkt die relative Geschwindigkeit zwischen dem Greiforgan (22) und dem genannten Aufnahmeorgan (4, 7) Null ist, um eine genaue Positionierung der blattartigen Elemente (8) auf den genannten flachen Trägern (2) fortwährend und in schneller Abfolge zu garantieren. - Ablegevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das genannte Aufnahmeorgan ein Saugzylinder (7) zum Plazieren der blattartigen Elemente (8) auf den flachen Trägern (2) ist, die dem genannten Zylinder (7) durch eine geeignete Transporteinrichtung (4) zugeführt werden.
- Ablegevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das genannte Aufnahmeorgan ein Förderband (4) ist, das die genannten flachen Träger (2) weiterleitet.
- Ablegevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das genannte Greif- und Ablegeorgan aus wenigstens einem Saugnapf besteht und die geeigneten Mittel, um diesem Organ die genannte Trajektorie (30, 30') zu verleihen, aus einem Saugnapfträger (12) bestehen, der rotierend um eine Achse (13) parallel zu der Achse der Druckwalze (11) befestigt ist und selbigen zur Rotation um eine Achse (15), zu der er parallel ist, synchron mit der Rotationsgeschwindigkeit der Druckwalze (11) antreibt, wobei Mittel vorgesehen sind, die zur Rotation der Achse des Saugnapfträgers (12) abgestellt sind, um dem Saugnapf (22) die genannte hypozykloide Kurve (30, 30') mit den beiden Umkehrpunkten (31, 32) an den beiden Greif- bzw. Ablegepunkten der blattartigen Elemente (8) zu verleihen.
- Ablegevorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Mittel, um dem genannten Saugnapf (22) die genannte hypozykloide Kurve zu verleihen, aus einem Ritzel (24) bestehen, das auf der Achse (13) des Saugnapfträgers (12) festsitzt und während seines Umlaufes in eine kreisförmige feststehende Zahnung (27) einzugreifen vermag, die kreisförmig angeordnet ist um die Achse (15) zur Rotation der Achse (13).
- Ablegevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, die insbesondere dazu bestimmt ist, die Beutel (8) auf Kartonplatten für Verbundschachteln anzuordnen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Beutel (8) so aus einem Stück bestehen, daß sie durch Abtrennen des Endabschnittes (8a) entnehmbar sind, wobei die Gesamtheit von Endabschnitten-Beuteln gebündelt und in dem genannten Magazin (10) gelagert ist, um die Abtrennung der Beutel zu erleichtern, und daß Mittel (34 bis 38) vorgesehen sind, um dem genannten Greif- und Ablegesorgan (22) in dem Moment des Greifens eines Beutels (8) eine leichte und deutliche Rückbewegung zu verleihen.
- Ablegevorrichtung nach den Ansprüche 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Mittel, um dem genannten Greiforgan (22) in dem Moment des Greifens eines Beutels (8) die genannte Rückbewegung zu verleihen, aus den Mitteln (34 bis 38) bestehen, um der genannten kreisförmigen Zahnung (27) eine leichte Rotation um ihre Achse mit Rückkehr in die normale Position zu verleihen.
- Ablegevorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Mittel, um der genannten Zahnung (27) die genannte Hilfsrotation zu verleihen, aus einer Nocke (34) bestehen, versehen mit einer Vertiefung (35), die auf einen Drücker (36) wirkt, der beweglich verbunden ist mit einem Teil der Einfassung (26), die die genannte Zahnung (27) trägt, wobei die genannte Nocke (34) zur Rotation des Trägers (14a, 14b) der Achse (13) des Saugglockenträgers (22) abgestellt ist.
- Ablegevorrichtung nach einen der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Saugglockenträger zwei Saugglocken umfaßt, die eine (22) zum Greifen des Beutels (8) in der Nähe der Abtrennlinie (8b) und die andere (23) zum Greifen des genannten Beutels in der Nähe des gegenüberliegenden Endes, wobei die zweite Saugglocke (23) angeordnet ist, um den Beutel vor der Ersten zu greifen.
- Ablegevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Magazin (10) aus den feststehenden Zapfen (33) besteht, die in die Löcher (8c), die in die Endabschnitte (8a) der Beutel (8) eingearbeitet sind, einzugreifen vermögen, wobei Mittel (41, 42) vorgesehen sind, um die genannten Endabschnitte (8a) über die Greifebene der Beutel vorwärts zu bewegen, die definiert ist durch ein Darreichungsgestell (39), das mit den Positionierungszapfen (40) versehen ist, wobei die genannten Mittel (41, 42) die Endabschnitte nach dem Abtrennen der Beutel abwerfen.
