Le manche (1) d'outil est associé à une plaque (2) de suspension et d'étiquetage; le manche (1) et la plaque (2) sont moulés en une pièce et reliés par des ponts frangibles (5). La plaque (2) est située dans un plan de symétrie du manche et comporte un évidement (4) dans lequel pénètre le bout arrondi du manche (1), en étant séparé dudit évidement par un intervalle curviligne dans lequel sont situés les ponts frangibles (5).

Description

  • L'invention concerne un manche d'outil à plaque de suspension et d'étiquetage associée.
  • Le document FR-A-1 428 078 fait connaître un tel manche en particulier pour instrument de jardin, dans lequel la plaque de suspension et d'étiquetage est attachée au manche par friction ou coincement, par exemple au moyen d'un capuchon enfoncé à force ou d'un anneau passé autour du manche. Un tel dispositif concerne essentiellement les manches d'outils lourds qui permettent de réaliser le coincement grâce auquel l'étiquette tient en place. Il a par ailleurs comme inconvénient d'exiger une opération spéciale de mise en place, d'être sujet à se détacher de manière intempestive et particulièrement quand l'objet n'est pas suspendu, risquant d'entraîner des erreurs entre plusieurs étiquettes.
  • Pour les outils plus légers et compacts, tels que les pinceaux, on a le plus souvent recours à un suremballage (de type "blister") servant à la fois à l'étiquetage et à la suspension du produit sur les broches d'un présentoir linéaire. Le suremballage impose encore une étape de préparation supplémentaire.
  • L'invention vise à procurer un manche d'outil, notamment d'outil de petite taille et particulièrement de pinceau, du type précité en tête de ce mémoire et exempt des inconvénients mentionnés.
  • L'invention atteint son but grâce au fait que le manche et la plaque de suspension et d'étiquetage sont moulés en une pièce et reliés par des ponts frangibles. Ainsi l'association de la plaque au manche se fait en une seule opération de fabrication de l'outil moulé.
  • Quand le manche possède, ce qui est le cas généralement, au moins un plan de symétrie et un bout arrondi, la plaque est située sensiblement dans ce plan (ou l'un des plans) et comporte un évidement dans lequel pénètre le bout arrondi du manche, en étant séparé du bord dudit évidement par un intervalle curviligne, de préférence étroit, dans lequel sont situés les ponts frangibles.
  • Dans un mode de réalisation, les ponts peuvent se raccorder sur le manche dans des zones enfoncées par rapport au niveau de la surface environnante, de manière qu'après rupture, les picots éventuellement restants ne soient pas en saillie par rapport au niveau général de la surface de l'outil et ne risquent pas d'être désagréablement ressentis sous la main. Cependant, lorsque les picots sont dans une zone étroite qui n'est pas une zone normale de préhension, par exemple lorsqu'ils sont en bout du manche, cette précaution n'est pas nécessaire.
  • La plaque comporte au moins un orifice d'accrochage et peut recevoir toutes sortes d'indications.
  • L'invention facilite la mise en place, notamment automatique, des étiquettes dans la mesure où chaque manche se trouve associé de façon sûre à une plaque permanente située toujours au même endroit. Aucun suremballage n'est nécessaire. La mise en rayon sur des broches s'effectue très facilement car les plaques peuvent être maintenues relativement rigidement par rapport au manche, au moyen des ponts frangibles.
  • D'autres caractéristiques et avantages ressortiront de la description suivante d'un mode préféré de réalisation. On se référera aux dessins annexés sur lesquels les figures 1 et 2 sont des vues respectivement de face et de profil d'un manche conforme à l'invention.
  • On y voit un manche 1, par exemple pour pinceau, dont la forme est conçue pour tenir bien en main. Il présente un corps oblong renflé en son milieu, à bout arrondi vers son extrémité arrière, et s'amincissant au niveau de son raccordement à la tête de l'outil.
  • Le manche présente un plan médian de symétrie, dans le sens de son épaisseur, qui coïncide sensiblement avec le plan d'une plaque mince 2 sensiblement rectangulaire de support et d'étiquetage. Aux fins de support, la plaque 2 comporte un trou 3 dans sa partie supérieure. Aux fins d'étiquetage, elle offre ses deux faces qui peuvent recevoir toutes sortes d'indications, de gravures, d'impressions et d'étiquettes.
  • A sa partie inférieure, la plaque 2 comporte un évidement 4 qui suit sensiblement le contour du manche 1 de l'outil dans cette région, en laissant subsister par exemple un intervalle curviligne d'environ 1 à 3 mm.
  • Des ponts 5 de matière, par exemple trois, relient la plaque 2 au bout arrondi du manche 1. Ces ponts 5 sont obtenus lors du moulage en une seule pièce du manche 1 et de la plaque 2 dans une matière plastique convenable (par exemple en polyéthylène).
  • Les angles inférieurs de la plaque 2 peuvent former des chamfreins 6.
  • Le manche 1 comporte un orifice 7 de suspension, destiné à être utilisé après qu'on a enlevé la plaque 2 par rupture des ponts frangibles 5.

Claims (4)

  1. Manche (1) d'outil, associé à une plaque (2) de suspension et d'étiquetage, caractérisé en ce que le manche (1) et la plaque (2) sont moulés en une pièce et reliés par des ponts frangibles (5).
  2. Manche selon la revendication 1, possédant au moins un plan de symétrie et un bout arrondi, caractérisé en ce que la plaque (2) est située sensiblement dans ledit plan de symétrie et comporte un évidement (4) dans lequel pénètre le bout arrondi du manche (1), en étant séparé dudit évidement par un intervalle curviligne dans lequel sont situés les ponts frangibles (5).
  3. Manche selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les ponts frangibles (5) se rattachent sur le manche (1) dans des zones enfoncées par rapport au niveau de la surface environnante.
  4. Manche selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la plaque (2) comporte au moins un orifice (3) d'accrochage.
