Abstract
Claims (8)
- Dispositif pour obturer une zone difficile dans un puits de forage, par rapport à des couches de roches critiques, constitué:- d'un entourage tubulaire profilé (1) dilatable hydrauliquement, avec des sections d'extrémité cylindriques, dont l'extrémité inférieure est obturable par un patin tubulaire (9),- d'un organe de positionnement de l'entourage tubulaire profilé (1) dans un tronçon critique de trou de forage, qui présente des éléments d'accouplement (15) coopérant avec le tronçon d'extrémité cylindrique supérieure (2a) de l'entourage tubulaire profilé (1), et- d'un mécanisme de déploiement, destiné à assurer le reste du déploiement et le lissage de l'entourage tubulaire profilé (1) déployé hydrauliquement, qui est susceptible d'être déplacé longitudinalement à l'intérieur de l'entourage tubulaire profilé (1), au moyen de l'organe de positionnement,caractérisé en ce que- le mécanisme de déploiement (14, 20) comprend un élément aval de déblaiement (14), pourvu d'éléments de laminage (16), ainsi qu'un organe d'évasement par laminage (20') relié rigidement à ce mécanisme et comportant plusieurs éléments de laminage (29),- en ce que l'organe d'évasement par laminage (20') est susceptible d'être disposé au-dessus de l'entourage tubulaire profilé (1), au début d'un processus de déploiement et, pendant le processus de déploiement mécanique, est susceptible d'être abaissé en étant exposé à une sollicitation axiale et à une rotation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'à chaque extrémité de l'entourage tubulaire profilé (1) est disposé un tasseur (4') qui est respectivement réalisé sous la forme d'une tubulure cylindrique (5) avec une gorge annulaire extérieure (6) destinée à recevoir un élément d'étanchéité (7) et une partie en saillie intérieure (8) de forme annulaire correspondant à la gorge annulaire (6).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément aval le déblaiement (14) présente, comme élément d'accouplement, un épaulement extérieur (15) qui coopère avec une partie en saillie intérieure (8) annulaire, constituant un élément d'accouplement, du tasseur supérieur (4').
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un corps (24) de l'organe d'évasement par laminage (20') présente des surfaces d'appui (30) disposées inclinées par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du corps et sur lesquelles sont montés les éléments de laminage (29).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que chaque élément de laminage (29) est réalisé sous la forme d'un segment sphérique tronqué.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'entourage tubulaire profilé (1) est équipé de joints d'étanchéité annulaires entres les tronçons de liaison des tubes individuels.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un tasseur (4') est disposé entre deux tubes individuels dans l'entourage tubulaire profilé (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'extrémité inférieure de l'organe de déploiement, sont prévus des moyens (17, 18) destinés à assurer la désolidarisation du patin tubulaire (9) monté à l'extrémité inférieure de l'entourage tubulaire profilé (1).
