- This mold filling process is a dynamic process which is carried out at a high speed, since a press can operate at a rate of more than 20 pressings per minute. This means that the feed slide hardly has one second to effect its path forward to fill the mold and to return. When the granular material falls, this granular matter tends to fall horizontally forward and therefore falls according to the inertia of its mass in an inclined manner.

Claims (3)
- Appareil pour la correction automatique de la densité de pressage dans la fabrication de tuiles (15) avant compactage par ajustement de la charge d'argile présente dans différentes régions d'un moule (4), comprenant un moule (4) pour recevoir de l'argile granulaire ou en poudre humide, un tiroir (7) d'alimentation horizontal comportant une ouverture (13) recevant l'argile d'un dispositif d'alimentation en argile et débouchant dans le moule (4) lorsqu'il coulisse par-dessus, le tiroir (7) comprenant de plus un moyen de raclage pour uniformiser la surface de l'argile dans le moule, un moyen pour détecter la quantité d'argile présente dans chaque région du moule (4), un dispositif d'essai du compactage et un moyen pour détecter la position relative du tiroir (7) et du moyen de raclage assemblé avec celui-ci, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de raclage est formé d'une pluralité de différentes racles indépendantes (2) qui balaient des régions longitudinales du moule (4), le moyen de détection détectant la position de chaque racle sur des lignes transversales (22) divisant le moule en régions égales, chacune des racles (2) étant indépendamment ajustable en hauteur en fonction de la quantité d'argile requise dans les diverses régions du moule pour ajuster la charge d'argile dans le moule (4).
- Appareil suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque racle indépendante (2) est verticalement ajustable et comprend une tête de cylindre (17) contenant une valve et un piston hydraulique pour son ajustement électronique en hauteur, de même que comme détecteur de distance au moyen duquel la position verticale de la racle (2) correspondante est reconnue, et en ce que le moyen détectant les positions longitudinales des racles (2) comprend des détecteurs détectant l'angle formé entre un levier (19) transmettant le mouvement alternant d'avance et de recul du tiroir (7) et un axe du tiroir (7).
- Appareil suivant les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'essai du compactage comprend un moyen de contrôle électronique qui procure au moyen de commande du tiroir (7) les informations nécessaires pour faire que les racles (2) compensent les défauts détectés dans les diverses parties carrées (16) en lesquelles une pièce ou tuile (15) est divisée.
