Claims (3)
- Vorrichtung zur automatischen Korrektur der Preßdichte bei der Herstellung von Fliesen (15) vor dem Preßvorgang durch Anpassen der Menge des Gemenges in verschiedenen Feldern einer Form (4), mit einer Form (4) für die Aufnahme des körnigen oder feuchten Gemenges, einem horizontalen Füllschieber (7), der eine Öffnung (13) aufweist, die das Gemenge von einer Füllvorrichtung übernimmt und beim Gleiten über die Form (4) in diese übergibt, wobei der Füllschieber (7) außerdem Abstreifmittel zum Einebnen der Oberfläche des Gemenges in der Form aufweist, sowie mit Mitteln zum Feststellen der Menge des in jedem Feld der Form (4) vorhandenen Gemenges, einer Dichtemeßvorrichtung und Detektormitteln zum Feststellen der relativen Stellung des Schiebers (7) und der mit diesem verbundenen Mittel zum Abstreifen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Abstreifen aus mehreren unabhängigen Abstreifern (2) bestehen, die Längsfelder der Form (4) überstreichen, wobei die Detektormittel die Stellung jedes Abstreifers über Querlinien (22) feststellen, die die Form in gleiche Felder unterteilen, und jeder Abstreifer (2) in der Höhe unabhängig einstellbar ist in Abhängigkeit von der Menge des Gemenges, die zum Anpassen der Menge des Gemenges in der Form (4) in den verschiedenen Feldern der Form erforderlich ist.
- Vorrichtung nach anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder unabhängige Abstreifer (2) in vertikaler Richtung einstellbar ist und einen ein Ventil und einen hydraulischen Kolben aufweisenden Zylinderkopf (17) für seine elektronische Höheneinstellung und einen Abstandsdetektor umfaßt, durch den die vertikale Stellung des entsprechenden Abstreifers (2) erkannt wird, und daß die Mittel zum Feststellen der Positionen der Abstreifer (2) in Längsrichtung Detektormittel umfassen, die den zwischen einem die Vorwärts- und Rückwärtsbewegung des Schiebers (7) übertragenden Arm (19) und einer Achse des Schiebers (7) feststellen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtemessvorrichtung eine elektronische Kontrollschaltung umfaßt, die den Regelungsmitteln für den Schieber (7) die nötigen Informationen liefert, damit die Abstreifer (2) die in den verschiedenen quadratischen Feldern (1), in die ein Stück oder eine Fliese (15) unterteilt ist, festgestellten Fehlmengen ausgleichen.
